Method: The study is a multicentre, retrospective study. ED admissions in two hospitals between April 1st, 2019 and May 31st, 2019 (pre-COVID-19 period); and between April 1st, 2020 and May 31st, 2020 (the period of COVID-19) have been compared. Result: Among 47888 ED admissions, 22854 (47.7%) females and 25034 (52.3%) males, with a mean age of 40.9±19.6 years have been included in the study. Of all patients, 30.1% (14440) were admitted to the EDs during the pandemic period in 2020. When the processes have been compared, it can be seen that while more laboratory examinations were requested from the EDs in the pre-pandemic period, more radiological examinations were requested during the pandemic period. Patients were consulted approximately 5 times more during the pandemic period than in the previous year. There has been a statistically significant difference bet...

Then, for the class introduced, we study coefficient bound estimates and investigate the Fekete-Szegö problem. Furthermore, we discuss some intriguing special cases of the results found.

The study was conducted with 161 individuals 19±1.86 years of age who are students at Atatürk University Sport Sciences Faculty in Erzurum. Two different scales were applied to individuals participating in the study. The first applied scale is the ID form which is tdesigned o obtain personal information. The second scale applied is the Eating Attitude Test (EAT) which is to determine eating disorders and eating attitudes. The analysis of acquired datas is done using SPSS (version 22) and Significance for statistical datas was selected being p<0.05. As a result of study, individuals participating in the study's EAT levels were found to be fairly high. According to these results, it can be said that Athletes have eating disorders. Nevertheless, there were no significant differences in EAT levels according to state of family income, abode, smoking, or alcohol use.

The sample size needs to be increased in order to increase the statistical power of a scientific study. However, studying on large sample size may not always be possible. Therefore, many experimental designs have been developed for data collection purposes to keep the sample size minimum. Group sequential designs have been enhanced for the data entered sequentially to the trial most of the time in medicine, production, economy etc. With these designs, the studies can be early terminated and results can also be obtained the results based on with high statistical power with smaller sample size. These experimental designs are specifically applied to survival data. In the survival analysis used in the field of aquaculture, all of the samples are included at the beginning. One of the important risk in this method is the loss of most or all of the samples due to unexpected effects. If this occurs, the trial must be discontinued or repeated and procedure then becomes time consuming and expensive. To minimize these risks the use of group sequential test methods is proposed in our study. It can be done by a standard treatment (or survival etc.) group and a (or more) new treatment (or survival etc.) group(s). For this approach, 450 rainbow trout were divided into three sequential groups including 1. Control, 2. Aeromonas hyrophilia infected group and 3. Yersinia ruckeri infected group. The survival-time of each sequential run was evaluated by means of four interim analyses via a retrospective trial design. By entering new samples during the trial, both unexpected risks were minimized and continuous data was provided. After the third interim analysis, it was determined that the survival times of the three groups were significantly different from each other and the early termination of the trial was approved.

For this purpose, Cox Regression was proposed as an alternative to the preferred regression methods in previous studies. In the study, based on the seasonal data of two different season growing seasons (2012-2013, 2013-2014 and both), each of which has 5 replicates 27 samples, growth rates of these cereals via dry matter accumulation quantities were explained in three different models. For this purpose, the dry matter accumulation amounts were fitted to the survival data and Cox Regression method, which uses the hazard function, the rate of occurrence of a particular event, was preferred. As a result, each model was found to be very important (p <0.000). It was determined that i) the fastest growing species was barley, ii) dry matter accumulation decreased as temperature increased, and iii) dry matter accum...

In the first part of this study, the literature summary on the Riemann boundary value problem, the Riemann boundary value problem for the half plane and the Riemann boundary value problem for the half plane in the weighted spaces are given. In the second chapter, the Riemann boundary value problem for the half-plane in the weighted spaces is established, in the third chapter, Lemmas, which are the results obtained for the solution of the problem, are given together with their proofs, and finally, in the fourth chapter, two theorems and their proofs that indicate the necessary and sufficient conditions for the solution of the problem are given.

For this reason, four different rankings were obtained by AHP, TOPSIS, VIKOR and WASPAS methods. According to the rankings made by the AHP, VIKOR and WASPAS methods, while the district with the highest rangeland quality was Biga, the highest rangeland quality according to the TOPSIS method was found to be the Central district.

It is also applied in the field of agriculture, especially for the solution of problems such as agricultural field selection or technological product development. On the other hand, classical statistical methods are generally used in due diligence studies in a certain time period, such as product cultivation. Experimental design methods or in other words analysis of variance (ANOVA) methods come first among these methods. With the experiments modeled by ANOVA, the factors affecting the subject of interest and the levels of these factors are analyzed according to a single rule of the method used. Since the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of the model formed by the multiple rules of ANFIS...
