The study carried between May and August of 2013. They used the test of normality (W de Shapiro-Wilks) and the one bonded of adjustment (χ²) to determine the type of distribution of the data. In variables with normal distribution, they calculated the reference values for ± 1.65 standard deviation and when
the adjustment to normal distribution was not satisfactory they
calculated limits of tolerance for 90 % of the population. Most
of the energetic and proteic indicators, the profiles hepatic
and mineral differ from the diagnosed in other subspecies of
Odocoileus virginianus ustus and they had normal distribution
or had adjusted satisfactory to normal (P> 0.05). It is concluded
that the biochemical profile differs from other subspecies maids
in captivity and in wildlife in America, so that the intervals of
reference determined for these animals can be used under these
conditions
Key words: White-tailed deer; biochemical indicators; reference parameters

This goal is however considered a challenging computational biology task due to low inter-sequences homology. Consequently, a previous work based only on DNA sequence had to use a large input parameter set and multilayered feed-forward ANN architecture trained using the error-back-propagation algorithm to raise
