The current study will review and analyze the quality of scientific products in social sciences a... more The current study will review and analyze the quality of scientific products in social sciences at Payame Noor University based on scientometric and Altmetrics indicators in Dimensions and Scopus from the years 2010 to 2020. This descriptive survey study was conducted with scientometric and Altmetrisc approaches. For data gathering, Scopus, Scival, and Dimensions were used. The current study results showed that the rate of science production of Payame Noor University scholars in the field of Social Sciences is meager and needs to change policies and create incentives for science production in this field. In the area of science production and scientific leadership, this study showed that the rate of science production of researchers at this university is meager compared to national statistics in the field of social sciences and needs to change policies and create incentives for science production in this sector. Regarding the relationship between Altmetrics indices based on the results of this study and the findings presented in the previous section, we still see uncertainty in the relationship between these two measuring instruments of science. .

Purpose: Public libraries, like other organizations involved in the spread of coronavirus anxiety... more Purpose: Public libraries, like other organizations involved in the spread of coronavirus anxiety disorder, have taken different approaches to their activities. One of the most important challenges is job adjustment and change management during the corona outbreak. This study investigated the effect of corona anxiety on change management and the mediating role of work volition in public libraries. Method: This research is descriptive in terms of purpose and is descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this study includes all employees of public libraries in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province in the year 1400 SH (160 people). Using simple random sampling method, 115 people were selected as the statistical sample of the study. A combined questionnaire including coronavirus anxiety assessment (Alipour, Ghadami, Alipour, Abdollahzadeh, 2020), job adjustment (Davis and LaFquist, 2011) and change management (Armenakis et al., 2007) were used to collect data. In this study, with the help of a confirmatory factor analysis and using the partial least squares technique, the effect of corona anxiety on work volition and change management among public library staff was investigated. The software packages used to analyze the data are SPS and SmartPLS. Findings: The findings of this study show that coronavirus anxiety (mental and physical anxiety) can have a negative effect on employee adjustment and change management. However, one of the important points that was made clear after testing research hypotheses is the effect of work volition on change management. Considering that in the last two years, the organizational space has faced a major challenge called the coronavirus outbreak; The results show that in such situations, improving the work volition of employees can be a good option to reduce the negative effects of coronavirus anxiety. Originality/value: The effect of anxiety caused by coronavirus outbreak on job adjustment and change management in public libraries of Fars province has been studied for the first time in this research and thus it is innovative in this regard.

This study investigated the effect of trust, motivation, and reward on the willingness to share k... more This study investigated the effect of trust, motivation, and reward on the willingness to share knowledge on social networks by the Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (SUMS) staff. The instrument of the present study was a researcher-made questionnaire in which formal-content validity was confirmed, and its reliability, according to Cranach's alpha coefficient, was equal to .90. The study's statistical population was 27506, including employees and faculty members, according to the Krejcie and Morgan table, the sample size was 379. The results showed that the importance of knowledge sharing among employees and commitment to the university were two effective components of intrinsic motivation. Support of university administrators for knowledge sharing and improving the status of social pages (38.8%) through knowledge sharing were two effective components of external motivation for employee knowledge sharing in social networks. "Fear of employees being replaced" and "fear of losing a job" were two negative and very weak components of the trust variable on knowledge sharing. "Financial incentives" and "job promotion" were among the influential components of the reward variable, which "greatly" affected the sharing of knowledge in social networks. Paying more attention to evaluating the performance of employees and financial rewards by managers can be effective in sharing knowledge and motivation .

The current research paper attempts to identify and rank the factors influencing the process of commercializing the research results of Payam-e-Noor University (PNU) to recognise the extent to which the identified factors are influential to pave the way for offering a structural-interpretational model of commercialisation according to the present study's findings. The delineation of a structural-interpretational model based on the investigation of the factors influencing the commercialisation of the researches' results contributes to the managers and decision-makers in the area of knowledge commercialisation to, meanwhile paying attention to the existent factors offered in the influential and basic levels, set the ground for the corroboration and improvement of the statuses of the existent influential factors in higher levels of the model thereby to bring about an increase in the success rate of the commercialisation of the studies' results.

The research uses a survey method. Using stratified random sampling technique, 180 librarians were selected as a sample. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with an acceptable reliability. Data analysis was accomplished using Lisrel Full Version 8.7. The study findings revealed that education and consultation programs improve librarians’ performance. These should be designed based on employees’ ability and type of activity. The task-technology fit provides the opportunity to make more use of a technology thus improving the user’s performance. Existence of mutual trust between the librarians and their organizations, on the other hand, causes both sides to tend more to make knowledge-sharing.
