Berbagai macam cara menyembunyikan file telah banyak kita temui salah satunya yang paling populer adalah dengan cara menghidden. Perkembangan penyembunyian file itu sendiri semakin hari semakin pesat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, perubahan sikap dan tindakan ibu tentang Kelas Ibu Hamil. Rangkaian kegiatan telah dilakukan pada Februari-Agustus 2020, namun proses edukasi baru bisa dilaksanakan pada Juli-Agustus 2020 karena kendala covid-19. This work uses a conceptual development model which integrates some sub systems of internet connection support, desktop computer, smartphones, induction motor application based on Matlab, and remote access application. Product testing was conducted through the online practical work activities involve 19 students of Electrical Engineering as research subjects. The product’s performance in the presentation and instructional aspects was determined based on the research subject's perception, while the learning impact was determined using the portfolio assessment. Results of previous studies have shown that cognitive training related to everyday life (reading aloud and learning vocabularies and wisdom), namely learning intervention or therapy, can improve two cognitive function (executive functions and processing speed) in elderly people. This study investigates the positive effects of learning foreign language on cognitive functions of an elderly person. This study provides sufficient evidence of learning foreign language effectiveness in a healthy elderly. Method used is one single case subject design. A healthy elderly was asked to read aloud and memorize several Quran chapters and verses and write Arabic verbs proposition and several nouns found it the memorized verses and put it into correct sentences. The written words are concerning daily life activity. Since the Qur'an has best structure of Arab sentence, memorizing it help to understand the Arabic sentences properly. The finding support the previous research that the elderly able to improve their cognitive processes and ability through studying foreign language.

Th... more Diabetes mellitus and hypertension are degenerative diseases that require long-term treatment. This study aims to describe the anti DM and antihypertensive drug therapy, clinical output, and the relationship of combination therapy with the clinical output of DM patients with hypertension in private hospitals in Yogyakarta. This study included an observational analytic study with a retrospective cohort design. The sample in this study were 100 DM patients with hypertension with ICD E.11.9 and I.10. The data obtained were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The bivariate analysis used was chi-square to determine the relationship between combination therapy and clinical outcomes in the form of normal blood sugar levels and blood pressure. The results showed that the most widely used antidiabetic and antihypertensive use was metformin 15.2%, metformin-insulin as part mix 18.4%, amlodipine 14%, and candesartanamlodipine 12.6%. Most DM patients with hypertension have a blood sugar level and normal blood pressure. The chi-square test results showed that there was a correlation between combination antiDM or antihypertensive therapy with a normal status of blood sugar levels or blood pressure (p <0.05). The conclusion of combination antiDM treatment is not related to the increasing achievement of average blood sugar level status in DM patients with hypertension. Combined antihypertensive treatment increases the chances of DM patients with hypertension achieving normal blood pressure status.

The Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) is one of the important psycho-social characteristics ... more The Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) is one of the important psycho-social characteristics that can affect patient's ability to manage therapy. Poor of knowledge of hypertension and the changing lifestyle can affect the quality of life of patients. One of the pharmacist's interventions in hypertension management is to conduct counseling. Motivational counseling helps health service to assess patient's understanding and patient's readiness to change patient's behavior. Some motivational counseling methods still need to be developed. Therefore, this study aims to find the influence of the "brief counseling-5A" and "motivational SMS" by a pharmacist on the quality of life and blood pressure control in hypertension patients in the internal disease polyclinic, PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital, Yogyakarta. The study has been done by using the quasi-experimental method with prospective data collection during the period of January until April 2013. Sixty patients have met inclusion criteria and were divided into two groups. Thirty patients (50%) received "brief counseling-5A" and "motivational SMS" as intervention group and the other thirty patients (50%) received usual care as a control group. The data collection was done by interviewing patients. Medication adherence and QoL were assessed by using Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS) and SF-36. The values of blood pressure are taken from patient's medical records. Patient's quality of life showed a good improvement during post study. It is shown in 8 different domains including pain, fatigue, physical function, emotional function, social function, role physical, mental health, and general health. In intervention group, physical function, emotional function, and pain showed highly significant improvement (p<0.05). Systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the intervention group decreased significantly (p<0.05) (systolic p=0.001 and diastolic p=0.018) in the post study. From this study, it is concluded that the "brief counseling-5A by pharmacist" and "motivational SMS" had a positive impact on patient's QoL and patient's blood pressure, hence, the therapy outcome has been achieved.

The concept of advanced technologies in agronomic systems has been given a significant role in the improvement of agricultural creations e.g. sustainable agriculture, livestock production and Crop yield, in order to maintain food security. This paper illustrates what kind of enhancement needs to heighten the Malaysia economy through agronomy, sharing a knowledge of agricultural technology and exploring the reasons why the agriculture economy is back on the policy agenda of Malaysia.

Usually the search engine provides the search results ranked by the relevance. However, for a certain purpose that concerns with information credibility, particularly citing information for scientific works, another approach of ranking the search engine results is required. This paper presents a study on developing a new ranking method based on the credibility of information. The method is built up upon two well-known algorithms, PageRank and Citation Analysis. The result of the experiment that used Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient to compare the proposed rank (generated by the method) with the standard rank (generated manually by a group of experts) showed that the average Spearman 0 < r S < critical value. It means that the correlation was proven but it was not significant. Hence the proposed rank does not satisfy the standard but the performance could be improved.

The ink reservoir element is formed from a coherent sheet of flexible thermoplastic fibrous material, such as a spunbonded polyester fabric or a foam-attenuated extruded polyester fabric, which has been uniformly embossed with a series of parallel grooves. The embossed sheet is compacted and bonded into a dimensionally stable rod-shaped body whose longitudinal axis extends parallel to the embossed grooves. A method and apparatus is disclosed for continuous production of the ink reservoir elements from a continuous web of the fibrous sheet material.
