Theoretical Framework: The theoretical framework used is entrepreneurship theory, pentahelix theory and community learning center (PKBM). Design/Methodology/Approach: This study uses a quantitative approach, namely research based on assumptions, then determined several variables through the right research instruments. The statement, as mentioned earlier, is an understanding of the waste of the previous paradigm of thought; now, we must establish a new paradigm in which waste can generate income and bring advantages. Children must be taught from a young age that waste has numerous benefits and can generate income to influence future generations to be more concerned about waste issues. Children who get early childhood education are encouraged to care about the environment from an early age. This study tested a model that shows the influence between KM, job performance, leadership, and organizational culture. The high rate of stigma and discrimination upon them is apparently one of the influential causes of the problem. The lack of honesty and openness of the family to admit the family member's mental problem and to seek proper treatment on it still occurs. Some may assume their mentally retarded family are suffering caused by genie disturbance or black magical practices and that cause them treated inhumanly, like being locked on their legs between two pieces of wood, got their legs chained or being isolated. Thus, there should be promote and curative efforts to prevent the increase and curative and rehabilitative efforts to fasten the healing process. This research is aimed at analyzing mental health literacy programone of the promote programs in preventing stigma and discrimination regarding the mental health problem. The research method employed was literature review of the issue from various countries. The findings reveal that the mental health literacy program in the form of courses or trainings is very helpful to make the society aware of the issue and allow people with mental disorder may get immediate professional treatment and immediately cured.

Abstrak: Penelitian tentang mengefektifkan supervisi klinis untuk meningktkan kualitas pembelajar... more Abstrak: Penelitian tentang mengefektifkan supervisi klinis untuk meningktkan kualitas pembelajaran guru di MI Nurul Falah Amcang. Rancangan penelitian berupa Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) dengan 2 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas 1 pertemuan dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Dengan tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guru dengan mengefektifkan supervisi klinis di MI Nurul Falah Amcang. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 6 orang guru, dengan instrument berupa instrument supervisi klinis, instrument lembar penilaian RPP dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian bahwa supervisi klinis dengan pendekatan identifikasi, solusi, diskusi dan kolaborasi (ISDK) dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guru di MI Nurul Falah Amcang, sesuai hasil penilaian RPP memperoleh rata-rata 68,40 pada siklus 1 dan 87,33 pada siklus II dengan hasil penilaian pembelajaran pada siklus 1 rata-rata 60,58 dan pada siklus II rata-ratanya 71,50.
