Herein, nanoprecipitation techniques had been employed for the preparation of SGG nanoparticle. The prepared nanoparticle had been subjected to various types of analytical techniques like transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and particle size analysis to confirm the characteristics of nanoparticle as well as for selenium incorporation. Physical characterization of nanoparticle showed that the size of nanoparticles increase upto ,69-173 nm upon selenium incorporation from ,41-132 nm. Then the prepared nanoparticles were evaluated for its effect on H9c2 cells. In this regard, the effect of nanoparticle on various vital parameters of H9c2 cells was studied. Parameters like cell viability, uptake of selenium incorporated guar gum nanoparticle by the cells, effect of SGG on DNA integrity, apoptosis, reactive oxygen species generation, alteration in transmembrane potential of mitochondria and cytoskeletal integrity had been investigated. Viability results showed that up to 25 nM of SGG was safe (10.31%) but beyond that it induces cytotoxicity. Cellular uptake of selenium showed that cell permeability for SGG is significantly high compared to normal selenium (7.2 nM of selenium for 25 nM SGG compared with 5.2 nM selenium for 25 nM sodium selenite). There was no apoptosis with SGG and also it protects DNA from hydroxyl radical induced breakage. Likewise no adverse effect on mitochondria and cytoskeleton was observed for 25 nM of SGG. Overall results reveal that SGG is highly suitable for biomedical research application.

The compounds were separated on an ODS analytical column with a mixture of Acetonitrile, and Phosphate buffer (pH 4.5±0.05 adjusted with ortho phosphoric acid) in the ratio 72:28 (v/v) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min -1 at 238 nm. The retention times of Atorvastatin and Atenolol was found to be 2.167 and 3.737 minutes. Calibration plots were linear over the concentration ranges of 4-20 µg mL -1 and 20-100 µg mL -1 respectively. Validation studies revealed the method is specific, rapid, reliable and reproducible. Stability or stress studies was carried out for acidic alkaline, oxidative hydrolysis, thermolytic, relative humidity and photolytic exposure on the drug substance and drug product The high recovery and low relative standard deviation confirm the suitability of the method for determination of atorvastatin and atenolol in tablets.

A natural and powerful representation for this problem is a multipartite graph, where the vertices represent the objects and the partite sets the predefined classes, enabling work with multiple levels of relationships simultaneously. The clustering problem itself is formulated as the iterative finding of multipartite quasi-cliques.

Handwritten symbol recognition has received and continues to receive much attention by many researchers. The vectorization algorithms often used in pattern recognition tasks also require one-pixel-wide lines as input the thinning process reduces such components to a thickness of one pixel or sometimes to a few pixels [1]. Till date many parallel thinning algorithms exist. But parallel thinning algorithms which generate one-pixel-wide skeletons generally have difficulty in preserving the connectivity of an image or generate spurious branches. A thinning algorithm for roman, devnagri and gurumukhi numerals have been implemented and evaluated qualitatively on the basis of performance parameters.

In particular, Goldreich and Ostrovsky considered the goal of software protection via oblivious RAM. Goldwasser, Kalai, and Rothblum introduced the concept of one-time programs: in a one-time program, an honest sender sends a set of simple hardware tokens to a (potentially malicious) receiver. The hardware tokens allow the receiver to execute a secret program specified by the sender's tokens exactly once (or, more generally, up to a fixed t times). A recent line of work initiated by Katz examined the problem of achieving UC-secure computation using hardware tokens.
