They are characterized as invasive nodules with mesodermal origin. Our study was carried out during the period January 2015-September 2015. The aim of this study was to use of different stain techniques to characterize histological features of the leiomyosarcoma and to differentiate it with similar tumors like as Schwannoma, malignant fibrohistiocytoma, etc. The special stain techniques (Malloy's Trichrome, Toluidine Blue pH4.5, Pears Van Gieson and Periodic Acid-Schiff), used to evidence the neoplastic architecture and relationship according with surrounding tissues. Histopathological examination showed a tumor composed of pleomorphic spindle to ovoid cells forming interlacing bundles and variably dense fibrous connective tissue separated by streams of neoplastic cells. These techniques identify the specific connective tissue for interesting structures. This case report to give a short information about of the using of a pannel of stains in order to make in evidence histological changes of muscles and cells in a perianal area tumor in a dog.

It is studied in 10 bitches of cross and pure bred and aged from 1-13 years. In this study, the average age of animals was 8.33±1 year. Hematological and biochemical lab findings were evaluated in bitches with or without vaginal discharge. Lab findings were leukocytosis, neutrophilia and normocytic, normocromic anemia. Biochemical results shown increased of ALT and ALKP and a moderate of BUN. An increased number of parabasal and intermediate cells were detected in vaginal cytology. Histopathologic diagnosis confirmed thickness of uteri wall, a lot of cystic glands of it and the pus presented in lumen of uterus and its horns. The purposes of this study were that through different techniques to diagnose earlier Cystic Endometrial Hyperplasia – Pyometra complex in bitches, in order to welfare of animals.

Mammary and skin tumors are the more frequented neoplasm in dog.Cutaneus metastases (CM) of a primary mammary tumor are significant clinical findings; CM can be considered as a “cutaneus target” of them. CM represents about 1% to 5 % of skin lesions in dog and they can be the first clinical sign of a primary tumor. Metastasis, usually are painless, with differentclinic signsand they are generally multiple. Mammary carcinoma, as one of the most frequented forms of malignant mammary tumors can be spread metastasis in the skinand it is a direct relationship between the primarymammary tumor and the developing of CM. The aim of this study case was clinic and histopathological evaluation of CM from a primary mammary gland carcinoma and relationship according to their histological features. Keywords: dog, tumor, mammary gland, skin, cutaneusmetastasis, histopathology.

Mammary gland carcinomas are quite heterogeneous in terms of morphology and biological behavior. Twentythree female dogs were confirmed affected by mammary tumors during the period January 2014-June 2015. In this study were used different stained technuques in mammary gland tumors of bitches to help us in diagnosing of them. The aim of this study was to compare HE technique and Masson Trichrome staining technique in mammary gland tumors, in order to differentiate histological types of neoplastic lesions.
