However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, various problems of gender inequality often occur and weaken family resilience. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the resilience of gender-responsive families and children during the Covid-19 pandemic in Tanjungpinang City, which is part of the Gender Mainstreaming policy, focuses on process evaluation and product evaluation. This research method is descriptive qualitative type. The data collection techniques used were unstructured observation, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, visual material methods, and online data tracking methods. The subjects of this study were the people of East Tanjungpinang sub-district, UPTD PPA, DP3APM, PUSPAGA, Children's Forum, PATBM. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using the Manual Data Analysis Procedure. The results of the study show that the resilience of genderresponsive families and children during the Covid-19 pandemic in Tanjungpinang City is still experiencing weakness, especially in the basic aspects of family structure, family economy, gender partnership, so that it has an impact on the occurrence of violence against women and children. To overcome this, DP3APM made efforts to handle and prevent it through the role of UPTD PPA, PATBM, Children's Forum, PUSPAGA, and women's economic empowerment through MSME assistance. The impact of this gender mainstreaming policy is that it opens up more access for the community to report acts of violence that occur in their environment, and the community receives education and counseling to increase family resilience.

Dalam saldo akhir pengelolaan pajak kendaraan bermotor roda dua dan empat per 31 desember 2017, kantor UPT PPD Kota Tanjungpinang. Jika dilihat masih banyaknya kendaraan yang menunggak pajak, dari sejumlah infromasi yang diperoleh dari hasil pra penelitian memperlihatkan indikasi kegiatan pemungutan tunggakan pajak kendaraan bermotor belum terlaksana dengan baik. The State of Indonesia is an agrarian country, which mostly seeks as farmers and ranchers. Howeve... more The State of Indonesia is an agrarian country, which mostly seeks as farmers and ranchers. However, Indonesia has not been able to meet the needs of beef for the community. Though demand for beef continues to increase from time to time in line with increasing population growth. Therefore, to overcome this problem, the government made a national program that is a special effort for pregnant cattle breeders (Upsus Siwab), which is stated in Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 48 / Permentan / PK.210 / 10/2016 concerning special efforts to accelerate the increase pregnant cattle and buffalo populations. For the city of Tanjungpinang, the national program Upsus Siwab focuses more on the target of increasing population through artificial insemination.
This study aims to determine the process and results of the implementation of the national program for the special effort of mandatory breeding cattle (Upsus Siwab) in the city of Tanjungpinang, using the CIPP evaluation model proposed by Stufflebeam and Shinkfield. This type of research is exploratory with a qualitative approach. Then the techniques and data collection tools are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research locations in the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries and five groups of fostered cattle from the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of Tanjungpinang city are one of the target groups of the program.
The results of the study indicate that the national program of Upsus Siwab in Tanjungpinang City has been implemented well, but with existing limitations. Because the components of the availability of facilities and infrastructure, namely facilities and budget are still inadequate.So there are still many obstacles that must be faced. The suggestions that the author can convey so that the policy implementers do a comprehensive outreach to groups and individual breeders in the city of Tanjungpinang. As well as the Tanjung Pinang city government to allocate a special budget for animal husbandry development in the city of Tanjungpinang, this is so that the implementation of the Upsus Siwab national program will continue without any limited facilities and infrasctructure.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of the OPAC implementation in public s... more The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of the OPAC implementation in public services in the library of Muhammad Yusuf Ahmadi in Riau Islands province. As a search tool, which serves community, the effectiveness of the information system facility needs to be measured in order to optimize its function. This research method is quantitative descriptive, using primary data through questionnaires.The results showed that the effectiveness of OPAC application (Online Public Access Catalog) in public services can be said effective. This can be seen from the percentage score of each subvariable, for the quality of the system at 61.3%, the quality of information at 53.8%, the quality of service at 46.2%, the use of 46.2%, user satisfaction at 57%, and net benefits at 48.4%, all is effective. It can be concluded that the application of OPAC in public services in the Muhammad Yusuf Ahmadi Library of Riau Islands Province is effective, ranging from 71.4-88.1 (63.4%). The sugge...
