This research aims to invistigate and analyze the internal factors affecting intention to pay zak... more This research aims to invistigate and analyze the internal factors affecting intention to pay zakat and the selection of formal zakat institutions on Generation Y in Indonesia. The object of this study was Generation Y (22-40 years old) in Indonesia and obliged to pay zakat with the number of samples taken were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and Structural Equational Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS version 3 as the tool for data analysis. The results showed that religiosity and susceptibility to interpersonal influence has a positive and significant effect on the intention to pay zakat. Altruism has a negative and significant effect on the intention to pay zakat. The purpose of this study is to obtain the perception of students on Batur Global Geopark’s website quality. The research method used is qualitative and respondents are students at UPI management study program. The results shows Batur Global Geopark website quality is quite good according to the respondents and able to attract several new customer and increase knowledge about geopark as a tourism destination.

There are at least two main reasons why the development of women entrepreneurs in Indonesia needs to be examined. First, national and West Java data on the number of women entrepreneurs and their main characteristics are very limited. Second, public interest in women entrepreneurs in Indonesia has just been revealed after the Asian financial crisis was driven primarily by the introduction of the MDGs. The purpose of this study is to reveal the typology of West-Javanese women entrepreneurs engaged in fashion. The research employed explanatory survey. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by Small ... more This study aims to analyze the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by Small Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in West Java Province, Indonesia. This research is qualitative research using in-depth interviews for the data collection. Five small enterprises participated in this study. They cover different fields of business, namely fashion, travel, food, sneakers, and photography. Interview guidelines were set up to observe customer relationship management programs in every company. This was categorized into three programs: continuity marketing, one-to-one marketing, and partnering program. The study shows that participants basically have implemented CRM in their businesses. They have known the fundamental function of CRM, although they are not fully aware of CRM terminology. It is crucial for those enterprises to know and understand more of what CRM is and the benefit of its implementation to perform well and create customer loyalty.

With its potential, West Java has initiated the development of tourism as a core business of development. Attractions and cultural art in Bandung, West Java, are rich in diversity, as reflected in the acronym "Gurilaps" (gu = gunung (mountain), ri = rimba (jungle), l = laut (sea), a = air (water), p = pantai (beach), s = seni budaya (art and culture)), and making this tourism industry become one of the core business out of the six (6) core businesses of West Java. The use of social media as a marketing medium through the Internet is considered to have a great potential to increase and raise the value of a product or a tourist destination in the eyes of tourists. The research method used survey method and simple regression analysis. The effect of the use of social media which consists of High Quality Content, Easy Navigation, Lurk, Contact Strategy Participate, Updated Information indicators on the increase of visit is low. This can be improved by more listening and involve with the conversations that occur on social media.
