Many people not understood the threat level and risk of earthquake disaster at surround them. It caused by the lack of geographical knowledge of their region. People who don't understand about geographical knowledge may worsening the impact caused by the happening disaster and harm themselves. The understanding of geographical knowledge must be planted from an early age, because the varieties and characteristics of regions will affect the potential and threat level in the region. Therefore, geographical knowledge and society's preparedness deals with earthquake disaster are very important. This research is conducted in urban community and rural community in sub district of Bulu, Sukoharjo. Health promotion to control acute respiratory infection (ARI) is one of Indramayu District Health... more Health promotion to control acute respiratory infection (ARI) is one of Indramayu District Health Office program. The methods used posters on the street side and health center. The aim of this study are (1) to obtain information of knowledge, attitude, and practise of mothers about pneuonia and ARI, (2) to obtain information of communities perception about CC and ARI, and (3) to determine CC and ARI prevalence in the community. The study was carried out in Indramayu District, West Jawa with cross sectional design. Data collected from 340 mothers who have a child under 5 years old and they were not health official or wives of health official by questionaire s. Also data collected from the communities by focus group discussion, and sick child report at 30 health centers. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, regression and logistic regression analysis. Penelitian bertujuan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir pada perusahaan penggil... more Penelitian bertujuan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir pada perusahaan penggilingan baja di kabupaten Bekasi terhadap niat untuk tinggal dengan keterikatan kerja sebagai intervening. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 61 karyawan. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis struktural menggunakan Smart PLS 3. Penelitian menemukan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja dan ikut mempengaruhi niat untuk tinggal. Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja dan niat untuk tinggal, tetapi hal ini perlu menjadi perhatian khusus bagi perusahaan. Banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengetahuai tingkat ancaman dan resiko bencana di daerahnya masing-masing, hal tersebut terjadi karena kurang pengetahuan geografis masyarakat di daeranya. Masyarakat yang tidak paham pengetahuan geografis dapat memperparah akibat yang ditimbulkan oleh bencana yang terjadi dan dapat merugikan dirinya sendiri. Salah satu alternatif agar dapat menjaga eksistensi adalah perusahaan dituntut agar terus menciptakan pertumbuhan yang stabil. Selain dengan membangun unit bisnis yang baru, ekspansi yang sering dilakukan perusahaan ialah melalui takeovers.
