This study aimed to gain an understanding of the indigenous knowledge strategy process in the art... more This study aimed to gain an understanding of the indigenous knowledge strategy process in the art of the rangguk dance in accordance with the knowledge of art conservation in Kerinci Regency. In this qualitative case study, data were collected through observations, interviews and documentation. The results demonstrate that necessary strategies to preserve traditional knowledge can be implemented in various forms among community groups in Kerinci Regency. Conservation efforts introduced to communities both within and outside Kerinci District by utilizing media and technology are expected to record and document the authenticity of rangguk as a traditional art form that has now become a cultural icon for the area. Strategies can be directed toward maintaining the sustainability of the dance as a local art form and continuing to introduce this art to others in Kerinci District while providing clear limitations and directions.

In the last discussion, they have been supported by an open access movement to support and develop their own community research, and develop their institutional repositories. However, evidence shows that even though there is considerable investment in the college library towards these repositories, scientists and researchers have not fully demonstrated the same commitment to Open Access. Because the main problem in the repository is ensuring that it does not violate copyright or other intellectual property rights. Variabel laten eksogen yang digunakan adalah kinerja keuangan yang dibentuk oleh lima indikator, yaitu ROA, BOPO, NPF, FDR dan CAR. Variabel laten endogennya adalah kemaslahatan stakeholder yang dibentuk dari lima indikator, yaitu kemaslahatan pemilik, kemaslahatan karyawan, kemaslahatan pemerintah, kemaslahatan masyarakat dan kemaslahatan konsumen pembiayaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) yang tepat untuk menghubungkan variabel-variabel laten dan tidak didasarkan banyak asumsi. The aim of this study to gain an understanding of the government's efforts to organize and contro... more The aim of this study to gain an understanding of the government's efforts to organize and control fake news in the democratic era, especially ahead of the 2019 election. This research used the qualitative research methods, with a critical discourse analysis approach. Data was obtained from news texts published by online media during in 2018. Especially those containing fake news relating to general elections. Data collection used documentation techniques. The results showed that what was needed to control fake news were by making people healthy in cyberspace. The government must worked together with various organizations to disseminate and educate the public regarding content in cyberspace. In addition, the government have also set up a special institution which was tasked with overseeing the circulation of news on the internet and testing the truth. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman tentang upaya pemerintah dalam menata dan mengendalikan berita palsu menjelang pemilu 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis. Data diperoleh dari teks berita yang dimuat oleh media online tahun 2018. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa yang diperlukan untuk mengendalikan berita palsu yakni dengan membuat masyarakat bersikap sehat di dunia maya. Pemerintah harus berkerja sama dengan berbagai organisasi untuk melakukan sosialisasi dan edukasi pemanfaatan konten informasi di dunia maya. Selain itu, pemerintah juga perlu membentuk lembaga khusus yang bertugas mengawasi peredaran berita di internet dan menguji kebenarannya.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of financial performance to stakeholder’s masl... more The purpose of this research is to know the effect of financial performance to stakeholder’s maslahah on Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The exogenous latent variable that is used is financial performance which is formed by five indicators that are ROA, BOPO, NPF, FDR and CAR. The endogenous latent variable is stakeholder’s maslahah which is formed by five indicators: proprietor’ maslahah, employee’s maslahah, government’s maslahah, society’s maslahah, and consumer financing’s maslahah.Technique of analysis that is used is Partial Least Square (PLS) which is appropriate to relate latent variables. There are nine Sharia Commercial Banks which are appropriate to be taken as samples. The length of observation of this research is five years, from 2010 to 2014.The result of this research shows that business performance has positive and significant effect to stakeholder’s maslahah. It means that the rise of business performance will increase stakeholder’s maslahah.

The arrival of Islam in the archipelago is full of debates, there are three main issues that historians debate. First, the place of origin of Islam. Second, the carriers. Third, the time of arrival. However, Islam has entered, grown and developed in the archipelago quite rapidly. Considering the arrival of Islam to the archipelago which at that time already had Hindu-Buddhist culture. So this is very encouraging because Islam is able to develop in the midst of the lives of people who already have strong and longstanding cultural roots.
