Manuscript type: Literature review Research aims: This study aims to identify research trends in ... more Manuscript type: Literature review Research aims: This study aims to identify research trends in theoretical models of financial literacy in the Scopus database from 2013 to 2021. Future research can focus on the least-used variables in theoretical models of financial literacy. Design/Methodology/Approach: Seventy-three articles using theoretical models of financial literacy are discussed in this study. This paper uses bibliometric analysis to visualise the bibliographic coupling, co-citation, and co-occurrence of keywords. Research findings: An increasing number of articles on financial literacy models have been published in the Scopus database, suggesting a growing interest in theoretical models of financial literacy and financial literacy knowledge. Performance, competitive advantage and business experience are increasingly being used as variables, indicating an opportunity to further investigate financial literacy models. Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study is the first to investigate theoretical models of financial literacy using bibliometric analysis and a literature review. This study focuses on articles published between 2013 to 2021. Practitioner/Policy implication: This study is important because it connects previous and more recent studies, identifies gaps in understanding, and suggests new ways to study theoretical models of financial literacy.

People with disabilities have had difficulty finding jobs in the formal sector. However, entrepre... more People with disabilities have had difficulty finding jobs in the formal sector. However, entrepreneurship gives an alternative for expanding job opportunities. Accordingly, the Covid-19 pandemic in the past two years has caused many businesses to stop. The same applies to businesses run by persons with disabilities in Argodadi Village, Sedayu, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Thus, the Community Partnership Program aims to overcome these problems to obtain additional income from oyster mushroom cultivation. The applied method was through a tutorial and practical. Techniques for implementing activities included training, practice, and mentoring. This activity incited the motivation of persons with disabilities in Argodadi Village. Knowledge and skills also increased in oyster mushroom cultivation, and dry food products from oyster mushrooms could be produced. In addition, the understanding of persons with disabilities in management and entrepreneurship could be improved. The assistance to the Argodadi Village Disability Group was held so that independent entrepreneurs could function properly. The development of oyster mushroom cultivation for persons with disabilities can be done at home.

Research aims: This research aims to analyze the mediating role of organizational citizenship beh... more Research aims: This research aims to analyze the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the effect of passion and empowerment on teachers' job performance. Design/Methodology/Approach: Respondents in this research were Muhammadiyah elementary school teachers in Ngampilan and Wirobrajan Districts. This research used nonprobability purposive judgment sampling with the number of respondents as many as 51 teachers. Statistical tests and data processing were then carried out utilizing the Partial least Square (SmartPLS) 3.0. Research findings: The research found that passion had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. This research also revealed that organizational citizenship behavior and empowerment positively and significantly affected job performance, while passion was significant toward job performance with partial mediation of organizational citizenship behavior. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: OCB serves as a mediating variable in this analysis, while in previous studies, these variables were not mediated by OCB. Practitioners/Policy Implications: As a result, the principal must enable teachers to be flexible in their teaching and learning activities. Teachers must also be active in voluntary activities outside of teaching and learning that can enhance their abilities and skills to improve their performance. Research Limitations/Implications: The study was only performed at Muhammadiyah elementary schools in Ngampilan and Wirobrajan Districts. Therefore, the collected data had a low degree of normality.

Turnover intention is the permanent resignation of employees voluntarily (voluntary) or not (invo... more Turnover intention is the permanent resignation of employees voluntarily (voluntary) or not (involuntary) from an organization. In fact, human resources are an investment for the organization. This study will attempt to review the symptoms that occur during a pandemic through a review of Turnover Intentions obtained by job satisfaction and job imperfections. This study aims to see the effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on turnover intentions in the case study of the Presidium business unit. The object of this research is the Marketing Executive with a saturated sample technique method and a questionnaire to 158 respondents. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 22 application, traffic conclusions with multiple data analysis techniques. The results of this study can ignore that the variables of job satisfaction and job insecurity have a positive influence on turnover intention. This explains that Turnover Intentions are a symptom that occurs during a pandemic. The implications for the findings of the review results can be used as insights for organizations in facing a pandemic period and can become a future research agenda for a more comprehensive organizational review.

This research aims to look at empirical evidence regarding the relationship between digital engagement, gamification, and psychosocial safety climate (PSC) on work engagement. This study employs a quantitative approach with structural equation modelling, analyzing a series of exploratory and confirmatory factors to determine the relationship between variables. This study uses primary data through a questionnaire of as many as 164 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. This research aims to analyze the factors determining the dividend policy of the Southeast Asian ... more This research aims to analyze the factors determining the dividend policy of the Southeast Asian non-financial corporate sectors. In this research, the dividend policy of firms in Southeast Asia follows more closely the predictions of Modigliani-Miller theory, that dividend policy does not give impact to the firms' value, but the firms' characteristics include investment decision that supports to the firms' value. This research is verification research that aims to explain the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. The samples were taken by specifying multiple criteria. The criteria required in this research are: First, these companies are included in the non-financial industries. Second, the companies have been listed on the Capital Market in the selected countries in Southeast Asian Capital Market between 2000-2015. Third, from 2000 to 2015, the companies distributed the cash dividend. The study used panel data of companies listed in the capital market in selected countries in Southeast Asia. This study analyzes the dividend policy of non-financial companies in selected countries in Southeast Asia. This study showed that In Indonesia, the dividend payment was determined by the company's size, while in the Philippines, it was determined by the condition of the company's liquidity. Companies in five countries consistently showed that size was a significant factor affecting firm value. This finding implied that investors would be better off investing in large companies because the value tended to increase and, of course, would impact the welfare of shareholders. This study confirmed that the dividend payment showed a positive impact on the firm value in Malaysia and Philipina. Companies in the Philippines showed that dividends significantly affected firm value. Meanwhile, dividends were significantly influenced by company liquidity. Based on this study's results in the Philippines, dividend policy mediated the effect of liquidity on firm value.

Indonesia has not established guidelines for integrated reporting because it is still a novel concept for businesses and requires voluntary disclosure. Aim: The objective of this research is to the influence of independent board members, the board size, the female board, and the type of auditor on independent board members as a moderating variable on IRD. Method: The sample in this study was the LQ45 Non-Banking on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period with a purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used was Eviews 10 (x64). Findings: The result is independent board members have a positive effect and negative significance on IRD, board size has a positive effect on IRD, the female board has no effect on IRD, and the type of auditor no strengthens independent board members on IRD.
