Method in this research is descriptive qualitative, the technique of collecting data through interview, observation, and documentation, and were data analysed by interactive model, trouhg reduction, display, and conclution. Subjects as data resource in this research were researcher, principal, and vice principal of student. Finding of this research indicates the student management process held by cooperation between school and university in auditing in every functions of student management. Abstrak: Penulisan artikel ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa dan mendeskripsikan proses manajemen peserta didik di SMA binaan universitas. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan model interaktif melalui reduksi, penyampaian, dan konklusi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala kesiswaan, dan tenaga pendidik. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses manajemen peserta didik dilaksanakan melibatkan kerjasama dengan universitas dalam pegauditan setiap fungsi dalam manajemen peserta didik.

The aim of this research is to find out principal's strategy in internalizing the entrepreneurial... more The aim of this research is to find out principal's strategy in internalizing the entrepreneurial values in private early childhood education institution. This is a qualitative research with case study design. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis in this research refers to the interactive model which is data condensation, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusion. Findings of this research are: (1) principal internalizes the entrepreneurial values to herself which include opportunity utilization, risk-taking, innovation and creativity, and leading and managing proactively; (2) principal implements the entrepreneurial values to all the school personnels; and (3) principal monitors the results of the implementation of entrepreneurial values for teachers and staffs, students, and also students' parents. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam penginternalisasian nilai-nilai kewirausahaan di lembaga PAUD swasta. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini mengacu pada model interaktif yaitu kondensasi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini (1) kepala sekolah menginternalisasi nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada dirinya sendiri yang mencakup pemanfaatan peluang, pengambilan resiko, inovasi dan kreatifitas, serta kepemimpinan dan pengelolaan secara proaktif; (2) kepala sekolah mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan kepada warga sekolah; (3) kepala sekolah memantau hasil implementasi nilai-nilai kewirausahaan bagi guru dan tenaga kependidikan, siswa, dan juga orangtua siswa.

Getaran yang terjadi di jalan raya merupakan salah satu dampak yang disebabkan oleh kenaikan juml... more Getaran yang terjadi di jalan raya merupakan salah satu dampak yang disebabkan oleh kenaikan jumlah kendaraan berat dan kondisi jalan yang semakin memburuk, sehingga menyebabkan kerusakan bangunan yang ada di sekitar jalan (Osama Unaidi, 2008). Penelitian yang mengkaji hubungan antara kerusakan bangunan dengan intensitas getaran di jalan raya sudah banyak dilakukan, namun demikian kajian yang secara spesifik melihat hubungan intensitas getaran pada akses jalan menuju areal pabrik (gudang) belum banyak dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya getaran yang dihasilkan oleh truk tronton dan dampaknya terhadap kerusakan bangunan. Untuk menjawab tujuan tersebut, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji coba semi lapangan terhadap getaran yang bersumber dari truk tronton 30 ton yang divariasikan dengan jarak (50 cm dan 100 cm dari sumber getaran). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) mengetahui analysis cost effectiveness mahasiswa penghuni asr... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) mengetahui analysis cost effectiveness mahasiswa penghuni asrama yang ada di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan Universitas Negeri Malang (UM); (2) mengetahui prestasi belajar mahasiswa di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan UM; dan (3) mengetahui hubungan analysis cost effectiveness mahasiswa penghuni asrama terhadap prestasi belajar di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan UM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelasional. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan survey google form dengan responden mahasiswa penghuni asrama di fakultasfakultas lingkungan UM. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis deskriptif dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) tingkat analysis cost effectiveness penghuni asrama mahasiswa yang berada di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan Universitas Negeri Malang tergolong jarang yang menggunakan analisis efektifitas biaya dalam mengatur keuangan untuk keperluan asrama dan pendidikannya; (2) tingkat prestasi belajar yang tersebar di semua fakultas yang ada di Universitas Negeri Malang cenderung kurang baik; dan (3) hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara analysis cost effectiveness penghuni asrama mahasiswa UM terhadap prestasi belajar.

To achieve that goal this research is implemented by a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used are by observation methods, documentation and interviews. While the research object is done in SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi. The analytical techniques used are descriptive analysis by data on all assets owned by the school, calculating the value of the assets and reduced by the depreciation rate, and then the value of the asset owned by the school. The results of this study indicate that; Assets owned by SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi belong to current assets, fixed assets, and intangible assets; Based on the results of the study is known that the estimated tangible assets owned by the school is Rp 224,474,037.00. This study aims to describes the public image of SMAN 3 Malang, the leadership of the principal, ... more This study aims to describes the public image of SMAN 3 Malang, the leadership of the principal, the strategic steps of the principal, the problems and solutions made in building a public image. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. The results of the study include: (1) SMAN 3 Malang has a good or positive image. This image is seen from achievements in the academic and non-academic fields, good school services and alumni ties, (2) The principal acts as the top leader and manager in leading SMAN 3 Malang, the principal has a high commitment and firmness and open minded, and the principal uses Bottom-Up in making decisions, which means analyzing and collecting data first and communicating with the parties involved, (3) SMAN 3 Malang uses the PDCA step in making a good program of activities, namely Plan, Do, Check, and Action. (4) There are problems that lie in the commitment section of some teachers that need to be motivated. In addition, there are problems, namely lack of carrying capacity such as facilities and infrastructure to finance. The solution is to motivate teachers to have a high commitment and take a humanist approach, especially to the community or student guardians so that the carrying capacity can be fulfilled.

The purposes of this research to describe: (1) the process of establishing school accreditation t... more The purposes of this research to describe: (1) the process of establishing school accreditation teams, (2) completing accreditation instruments and physical evidence, (3) inhibiting and supporting factors in preparation of school accreditation, (4) quality control of process completing accreditation instrument and physical evidence, (5) follow-up preparation of school accreditation, and (6) successful strategies in school accreditation. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study research design. Research location at SDN Ketawanggede Malang. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research (1) the process of establishing the team through the appointment of the team leader by the principal, drafting SK, meeting and making SK team, (2) completing the accreditation instrument and physical evidence through attending socialization, checklist of accreditation instruments, preparation of accreditation data and fulfillment of physical evidence , (3) inhibiting factors such as time constraints, the existence of teacher mutation, pension and death, the document is irregular and printer is inadequate while the supporting factors are principal assistance and motivation, inter-team collaboration, and assistance of school stakeholders (4) control through checks and evaluation meetings, (5) follow-up preparations by familiarizing the completeness of school equipment, establishing school programs, and undertaking quality assurance through the SPMI team, and (6) success strategies in school accreditation there are strategies to get score A values and strategies for rapid done.

Salah satu layanan pendidikan khusus adalah keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas. Namun, masih ada Sekolah Luar Biasa yang belum memberikan layanan ini kepada penyandang tunanetra. Maka dari itu peneliti berinisiatif melakukan penelitian dalam rangka pemberian layanan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kemampuan orientasi dan mobilitas penyandang tunanetra sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan tongkat dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan tongkat terhadap kemampuan orientasi dan mobilitas penyandang tunanetra. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen one group pre-test post-test. Hasil penelitian ini keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas penyandang tunanetra meningkat jauh lebih baik setelah menggunakan tongkat. Tongkat membuat penyandang tunanetra mandiri dalam berorientasi dan mobilitas. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan peneliti, tongkat mempengaruhi keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas penyandang tunanetra.

To achieve the vision and mission of the school of motivation in work so that teachers have good performance learning process. The gap is found at the moment is the principal have not showed the applicability of management education in schools in rural areas. This research aims to know the factors which form the principal leadership in rural areas, see invalid constructs of motivation and the factors that affect the performance of teachers in rural invalid constructs. Then to describe the influence of principal leadership and motivation against the performance of primary school teachers in the Blitar. The research design used was descriptive korelasional. Results of the study of leadership high school principal (46.7%), motivation levels are (56.7%), a high level of teacher performance (44.4%) There is a positive influence provided leadership and motivation against the performance of teachers. The influence of the leadership after invalid constructs models made on performance and path analysis gained 0.68 β value. For motivation on performance of teachers acquire the value of β 0.6. So the factors that can affect the performance of primary school teachers such as leadership, and motivation.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelasional. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan survey google form dengan responden mahasiswa penghuni asrama di fakultasfakultas lingkungan UM. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis deskriptif dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) tingkat analysis cost effectiveness penghuni asrama mahasiswa yang berada di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan Universitas Negeri Malang tergolong jarang yang menggunakan analisis efektifitas biaya dalam mengatur keuangan untuk keperluan asrama dan pendidikannya; (2) tingkat prestasi belajar yang tersebar di semua fakultas yang ada di Universitas Negeri Malang cenderung kurang baik; dan (3) hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara analysis cost effectiveness penghuni asrama mahasiswa UM terhadap prestasi belajar.

To achieve that goal this research is implemented by a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used are by observation methods, documentation and interviews. While the research object is done in SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi. The analytical techniques used are descriptive analysis by data on all assets owned by the school, calculating the value of the assets and reduced by the depreciation rate, and then the value of the asset owned by the school. The results of this study indicate that; Assets owned by SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi belong to current assets, fixed assets, and intangible assets; Based on the results of the study is known that the estimated tangible assets owned by the school is Rp 224,474,037.00. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. The results of the study include: (1) SMAN 3 Malang has a good or positive image. This image is seen from achievements in the academic and non-academic fields, good school services and alumni ties, (2) The principal acts as the top leader and manager in leading SMAN 3 Malang, the principal has a high commitment and firmness and open minded, and the principal uses Bottom-Up in making decisions, which means analyzing and collecting data first and communicating with the parties involved, (3) SMAN 3 Malang uses the PDCA step in making a good program of activities, namely Plan, Do, Check, and Action. (4) There are problems that lie in the commitment section of some teachers that need to be motivated. In addition, there are problems, namely lack of carrying capacity such as facilities and infrastructure to finance. The solution is to motivate teachers to have a high commitment and take a humanist approach, especially to the community or student guardians so that the carrying capacity can be fulfilled.

This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study research design. Research location at SDN Ketawanggede Malang. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research (1) the process of establishing the team through the appointment of the team leader by the principal, drafting SK, meeting and making SK team, (2) completing the accreditation instrument and physical evidence through attending socialization, checklist of accreditation instruments, preparation of accreditation data and fulfillment of physical evidence , (3) inhibiting factors such as time constraints, the existence of teacher mutation, pension and death, the document is irregular and printer is inadequate while the supporting factors are principal assistance and motivation, inter-team collaboration, and assistance of school stakeholders (4) control through checks and evaluation meetings, (5) follow-up preparations by familiarizing the completeness of school equipment, establishing school programs, and undertaking quality assurance through the SPMI team, and (6) success strategies in school accreditation there are strategies to get score A values and strategies for rapid done.

Salah satu layanan pendidikan khusus adalah keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas. Namun, masih ada Sekolah Luar Biasa yang belum memberikan layanan ini kepada penyandang tunanetra. Maka dari itu peneliti berinisiatif melakukan penelitian dalam rangka pemberian layanan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kemampuan orientasi dan mobilitas penyandang tunanetra sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan tongkat dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan tongkat terhadap kemampuan orientasi dan mobilitas penyandang tunanetra. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen one group pre-test post-test. Hasil penelitian ini keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas penyandang tunanetra meningkat jauh lebih baik setelah menggunakan tongkat. Tongkat membuat penyandang tunanetra mandiri dalam berorientasi dan mobilitas. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan peneliti, tongkat mempengaruhi keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas penyandang tunanetra.

To achieve the vision and mission of the school of motivation in work so that teachers have good performance learning process. The gap is found at the moment is the principal have not showed the applicability of management education in schools in rural areas. This research aims to know the factors which form the principal leadership in rural areas, see invalid constructs of motivation and the factors that affect the performance of teachers in rural invalid constructs. Then to describe the influence of principal leadership and motivation against the performance of primary school teachers in the Blitar. The research design used was descriptive korelasional. Results of the study of leadership high school principal (46.7%), motivation levels are (56.7%), a high level of teacher performance (44.4%) There is a positive influence provided leadership and motivation against the performance of teachers. The influence of the leadership after invalid constructs models made on performance and path analysis gained 0.68 β value. For motivation on performance of teachers acquire the value of β 0.6. So the factors that can affect the performance of primary school teachers such as leadership, and motivation.
