Therefore, the relevance of this article stems from the need to ensure effective performance. The issue of studying the experience of countries in this field is relevant to find the best models to assess the activities of these structures, which will contribute to a better performance of tasks assigned to them by law - this is one of the tools to assess the performance of the police. The aim of the article was to investigate the peculiarities of police performance assessment, thereby identifying practices that can improve the assessment of police performance. The objective was achieved by using dogmatic, statistical, comparative legal methods and a system-structural approach. The authors revealed the peculiarities of police assessment in Ukraine, the USA, Canada, France and the UK. The main consequences of administrative-territorial reform in Ukraine are the formation of united... more The main consequences of administrative-territorial reform in Ukraine are the formation of united territorial communities and the growth of local budgets, which will further contribute to the financing of programs and projects for the socio-economic development of the regions and improve the quality of life of the population in the regions. In addition, administrative-territorial reform in Ukraine has contributed to the development of institutions that have a positive impact on social and economic development. Administrative-territorial reform in the future will contribute to the development of institutional tools for updating joint production by combining state assets with investment, management and other resources of the private sector, thus ensuring structural changes in the regional economy and capital renewal.

The article analyzes the legislation such countries as Ukraine, the Russian Federation (hereafter... more The article analyzes the legislation such countries as Ukraine, the Russian Federation (hereafter – RF) and the Republic of Belarus, norms of which provide a system of measures to combat corruption as well as responsibility for such kind of offences. Moreover the article considers such burning question as counteraction of such kinds of offences and also different legislative approaches on the definition of ‘corruption’ in the countries mentioned above. We consider the criminal-legal norms as provided in the Criminal Code of Ukraine, establishing the responsibility for obtaining of unlawful benefit by the officials. We study the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine aimed at prevention of corruption in the society. The special attention is given to the concepts of ‘illegal benefit’ and ‘bribe’, the key differences of these terms are defined. Money laundering poses a systemic risk to the financial and economic spheres, as well as to the national security of all countries. Financial monitoring should be pointed out while analyzing the issue of overcoming and preventing money laundering. It serves as one of the most sovereign remedies in the system of counteracting money laundering to minimize and effectively combat organized criminality and money laundering. The purpose of the article is to investigate the current state of the shadow relations in business activity in Ukraine and abroad; find out the essence of the term “the relations unshadowing in business activity”, develop the suggestions, which are aimed at improving the scientific approaches to the economic and legal principles of the relations unshadowing in business activity as a factor of an influence at the macroeconomic level. The issue of sensitive motivation system creating is actualized for the purpose of the economic activities unshadowing. It is proved that it is impossible now to accurately assess the extent of the shadow economy. Lapangan ATM merupakan lapangan yang mempunyai 3 sumur yaitu ATM#1, ATM#2 dan ATM#3, dimana sumur... more Lapangan ATM merupakan lapangan yang mempunyai 3 sumur yaitu ATM#1, ATM#2 dan ATM#3, dimana sumur ATM#1 mulai berproduksi dari tanggal 1 Januari 2018. Pemboran eksplorasi sumur ATM#1 dilakukan tahun 2005 kemudian ditutup sementara sebagai sumur penemu gas. Pada tahun 2016 sumur ATM#1 dilakukan survey EMR yang terdiri dari Uji Deliverabilitas dengan metode Modified Isochronal Test (MIT) dan Pressure Build Up (PBU). Dari uji deliverabilitas diketahui bahwa sumur ATM#1 menghasilkan gas dengan laju alir 3.068 MMSCF/d pada saat extended flow dengan diameter choke 28/64 inch.
