UMKM dapat dikatakan sebagai usaha produktif untuk dikembangkan guna mendukung perkembangan ekonomi Indonesia karena UMKM merupakan solusi dari penanggulangan kemiskinan. Desa Alai Selatan merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di kabupaten Muara Enim dimana sebagian masyarakatnya menekuni kegiatan UMKM di bidang makanan dan minuman. Salah satu UMKM yang berkembang di desa ini yakni dengan menjual kerupuk singkong dan minuman susu kedelai dan yang menjadi mitra nya langsung yaitu masyarakat setempat. Through this article, we would like to propose the method of urgent information notification or a... more Through this article, we would like to propose the method of urgent information notification or an early warning about the dangers that occur in the college environment by utilizing smartphone devices. Early warning notification media currently still has many shortcomings, a little passive, not directly to the parties who need the information. The media we mean is like a notice board or website portal owned by a college. In other words, the given early warning information may be targeted or otherwise. Therefore, here we try to provide a solution to this problem, which is by utilizing smartphone device to convey information of early warning that is happening or will occur in a campus environment. This information notification system or the early warning system is called e-Announcement.

Train is an alternative transportation that has many advantages such as low pollution, free traffic, bulk, cheaper costs, and also relatively faster. The highest frequency of train accidents in Indonesia is caused by human error. Therefore, it is important to provide OHS training for employees and provide appropriate compensation, in order to improve employee performance. The data were analysed by using multiple linear regression analysis. Respondents were 85 employees. The data is managed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicated that OHS Training provides a simultaneous effect on employee performance. ABSTRAK Salah satu strategi untuk mendorong kinerja dan peran UKM dalam pasar bebas serta mengata... more ABSTRAK Salah satu strategi untuk mendorong kinerja dan peran UKM dalam pasar bebas serta mengatasi kesenjangan yang terjadi, adalah dengan menumbuhkan usaha menengah yang kuat dalam membangun struktur industri. Strategi pengembangan usaha menengah ini praktis banyak dilupakan sejalan dengan kurang diperhatikannya entitas dan posisi usaha menengah dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi maupun dalam kebijakan pengembangan UKM. Di dalam proses industrialisasi, peranan usaha menengah sangat dibutuhkan, baik untuk mempercepat proses industrialisasi maupun meningkatkan produktivitas ekonomi. Studi empiris pada sektor industri (sebagai gambaran riil competitiveness) menunjukkan bahwa usaha menengah memiliki beberapa keunggulan untuk bersaing di pasar. Deregulasi perizinan dan penyederhanaan pencatatan usaha, akan menciptakan tambahan pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 0.25 % PDB. Bagi Indonesia angka tersebut berarti US$ 434 juta yang bertambah dalam PDB. Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) merupakan salah satu kekuatan pendorong terdepan dan pembangunan ekonomi. Gerak sektor UKM amat vital untuk menciptakan pertumbuhan dan lapangan pekerjaan. UKM cukup fleksibel dan dapat dengan mudah beradaptasi dengan pasang surut dan arah permintaan pasar.

On that situation, the Goverment should emend all of economy sector in order Indonesian is not extend crisis of economy. It may be not happend if Goverment have specific rule for them. for example: give the prohibition for them to dismissal of their employee, if they do that, they can not carry out their activities.

The purpose of the study was to find out and analyze the role of the school committee in monitori... more The purpose of the study was to find out and analyze the role of the school committee in monitoring used of school operational funds of state junior high school in Seberang Ulu I sub-district of Palembang. This study used a qualitative method with quantitative data. The implementation of the program of the school committee on education in junior high school in Seberang Ulu I sub-district of Palembang was not as expected, it was caused by the use of the school operational funds (BOS) that had not fully referred to the expected dimensions of Kepmendiknas No. 44 of 2002. There are several roles of the school committee, namely: 1) as advisory agency, 2) as supporting agency, 3) as controlling agency, and 4) as mediator agency; in fact, the role of the executive of school committee in Seberang Ulu I sub-district had not participated optimally. The school committee did not act as a mediator in the funding proposal of BOS; the school committee's role was only to be involved in the other funds, such as DAK or fund from advisory and supporting agencies. From the four roles of the school committee mentioned above, only the role of advisory and supporting agencies had been implemented by the executive of school committee of the school in Seberang Ulu I sub-district of Palembang; on the other hand, the role of them as controlling and mediator agencies in Seberang Ulu I sub-district of Palembang were not done optimally.

Penelitian ini berjudul " Pengaruh Pemberian Tugas Mandiri Terhadap Peningkatan Daya Serap Siswa ... more Penelitian ini berjudul " Pengaruh Pemberian Tugas Mandiri Terhadap Peningkatan Daya Serap Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi di SMA Negeri 3 Palembang ". Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Adakah pengaruh yang signifikan dari pemberian tugas mandiri terhadap peningkatan daya serap siswa pada mata pelajaran akuntansi di SMA Negeri 3 Palembang, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pemberian tugas mandiri terhadap peningkatan daya serap siswa dalam menyususn laporan keuangan perusahaa dagang. Dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen, peneliti menggolongkan dua kelas sampel menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Data diambil dari tes awal dan tes akhir (pretest dan posttest) dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Dari hasil analisis data didapati bahwa kelas eksperimen yang diberi tindakan berupa tugas mandiri rata-rata hitungnya adalah 63,70 sedangkan kelas kontrol yang tidak diberi tugas mandiri, rata-rata hitungnya adalah 41,94. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari metode pemberian tugas mandiri terhadap peningkatan daya serap siswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disarankan kepada guru untuk menggunakan metode pemberian tugas mandiri dengan terus mengontrol pelaksanaan tugas siswa tersebut. Tugas tersebut harus dikumpulkan, diperiksa dan dibahas bersama dengan siswa dan guru guna mengambil tindak lanjut setelah mengetahui pekerjaan siswa. Kata kunci: tugas mandiri, daya serap. Dari hasil analisis data didapati bahwa kelas eksperimen yang diberi tindakan berupa tugas mandiri rata-rata hitungnya adalah 63,70 sedangkan kelas kontrol yang tidak diberi tugas mandiri, rata-rata hitungnya adalah 41,94. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari metode pemberian tugas mandiri terhadap peningkatan daya serap siswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disarankan kepada guru untuk menggunakan metode pemberian tugas mandiri dengan terus mengontrol pelaksanaan tugas siswa tersebut. Tugas tersebut harus dikumpulkan, diperiksa dan dibahas bersama dengan siswa dan guru guna mengambil tindak lanjut setelah mengetahui pekerjaan siswa. Kata kunci: tugas mandiri, daya serap. The purpose of the study was to find out and analyze the role of the school committee in monitori... more The purpose of the study was to find out and analyze the role of the school committee in monitoring used of school operational funds of state junior high school in Seberang Ulu I sub-district of Palembang. This study used a qualitative method with quantitative data. The implementation of the program of the school committee on education in junior high school in Seberang Ulu I sub-district of Palembang was not as expected, it was caused by the use of the school operational funds (BOS) that had not fully referred to the expected dimensions of Kepmendiknas No. 44 of 2002. There are several roles of the school committee, namely: 1) as advisory agency, 2) as supporting agency, 3) as controlling agency, and 4) as mediator agency; in fact, the role of the executive of school committee in Seberang Ulu I sub-district had not participated optimally. The school committee did not act as a mediator in the funding proposal of BOS; the school committee's role was only to be involved in the other funds, such as DAK or fund from advisory and supporting agencies. From the four roles of the school committee mentioned above, only the role of advisory and supporting agencies had been implemented by the executive of school committee of the school in Seberang Ulu I sub-district of Palembang; on the other hand, the role of them as controlling and mediator agencies in Seberang Ulu I sub-district of Palembang were not done optimally.
