Patients suffering from mosquito-borne diseases must be treated immediately to find out the type of disease they are suffering from and their treatment solutions. The era of digitalization that is growing rapidly, including in the field of medical science, makes the use of information technology to help improve quality services for the community. The analysis used in this research is using the forward chaining method, as a comparison of the overall process of the problems obtained in the investigation and developed using the waterfall paradigm. Data Warehouse is highly needed to improve the company performance. The goal of this research is the create Data Warehouse based on the needs in PDAM in Cilacap Regency. The creation of Data Warehouse Architecture uses Framework Data Warehouse and the Database Cycle which is illustrated using the star schema with the objective to easily understand and use the available information. The curriculum that is taught using the curriculum of the Cilacap Regency Education office has the function of preaching Islam to the community. SD Muhammadiyah 05 is named SD Mulia which is an educational organization that is fixing the information system so that it is easily accessible to the public and widely known by the public so that its activities can support its existence. Request for fast and accurate information at the time of PPDB (New Student Registration) using information and communication technology is very urgent. The Community Service Team created an android-based website to answer the problems faced at SD Mulia, with a system that can be accessed using smartphone media.

Kemajuan teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai media edukasi adalah perkemban... more Kemajuan teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai media edukasi adalah perkembangan teknologi smartphone Android, Android merupakan sistem operasi smartphone paling populer di Indonesia dengan presentase 92%. Bahasa Jawa merupakan salah satu dari bahasa daerah yang ada di Indonesia, namun kini kondisinya terancam punah dikarenakan jumlah penuturnya yang semakin sedikit dalam percakapan sehari-hari. SD Negeri Karangmangu 1 merupakan salah satu institusi yang siswa-siswinya mengalami permasalahan ini, lantaran sebagian siswa merasa malu dan ragu-ragu menggunakan bahasa Jawa ketika berbicara dengan orang yang lebih tua, dikarenakan minimnya kosakata bahasa Jawa yang dipahami. Penelitian ini membahas Aplikasi Permainan Edukasi Bahasa Jawa Bagi Siswa SD Berbasis Android. Aplikasi yang dibangun diharapkan dapat membantu dan memudahkan siswa kelas 3-6 mempelajari bahasa Jawa, dengan mengemas bahasa Jawa ke dalam aplikasi multimedia interaktif yang menyenangkan (bermain sambil belajar). Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Konsep permainannya yaitu akan disediakan beberapa kosakata bahasa Jawa dan pengguna diwajibkan menjawab dan mengurutkan kata sesuai pertanyaan yang disediakan sebelum waktu habis, jika jawaban benar maka akan ditampilkan jawaban dan aksara Jawa, serta suara pengucapannya. Hasil pengujian aplikasi yaitu 38% menyatakan setuju dan 62% menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa Aplikasi Permainan Edukasi Bahasa Jawa Bagi Siswa SD Berbasis Android dapat membantu dan memudahkan siswa kelas 3-6 mempelajari bahasa Jawa dengan multimedia interaktif yang menyenangkan.

A strategy to circumvent the problem of multidrug resistant pathogen is consumption of functional... more A strategy to circumvent the problem of multidrug resistant pathogen is consumption of functional food rich in anti-infectives targeting bacterial virulence or host immunity. The black sea cucumber (Holothuria atra) is a tropical marine sea cucumer species traditionally consumed as remedy for many ailments. There is a paucity of knowledge the anti-infectives capacity of H. atra and the underlying mechanisms involved. The objectives of this study were to utilize the Caenorhabditis elegans-P. aeruginosa infection model to assess the anti-infective properties of H. atra. We first showed the capacity of a H. atra extract and fraction in promoting survival of C. elegans during a customarily lethal P. aeruginosa infection. The same chemical entities also attenuate the production of several P. aeruginosa virulence factors and biofilm. Treatment of infected transgenic lys-7::GFP worms with H. atra fraction restored the repressed expression of lys-7, a defense enzyme, indicating improved hos...
