At a worldwide scale, researchers have found negative, positive, and even mixed effects. It is the combination of these observations that led to this study. The objective of this paper is to provide a conceptual model measuring the impact: • Of an ISO 9001 certified QMS on commercial performance. • Management resources process and all the processes of this QMS. • Organizational performance on commercial performance. To realize this work, we used structural modelling according to the PLS approach on a sample of 55 questionnaires. Although the extent of influence is not substantial, the causal model put forth in this article has highlighted the presence of a positive correlation between some criteria of a certified QMS and commercial performance. Also, organizational performance has a positive and medium impact on commercial performance. Finally, we proved that criterion 'management resources' positively influences the QMS process.

The idea of this paper is based on the analysis of the death reports written in natural language, which are rich of information, and can be exploited in the calculation of mortality statistics, giving preventive solutions, as well as, help medical professional in their research. This paper proposes our approach to the task of Multi-label Categorization of French death certificates according to ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases) codes. This approach is based on Machine learning techniques, which is evaluated over CépiDC corpus. The experiment showed that our approach gives interesting results, with an average F1-measue of 79.02%.

This issue becomes more and more complex in the internet of things context where the security solution still poor and insufficient where the number of these noeud hugely increase (around 26 milliards in 2020). In this paper we propose a new security schema which avoid the use of cryptography mechanism based on the exchange of symmetric or asymmetric keys which aren't recommended in IoT devices due to their limitation in processing, stockage and energy. The proposed solution is based on the use of the multi-agent ensuring the security of connected objects. These objects programmed with agents are able to communicate with other objects without any need to compute keys. The main objective in this work is to maintain a high level of security with an optimization of the energy consumption of IoT devices.

This paper describes our system based on hybrid approach for the task of Named Entity Recognition and Normalization of French medical documents using QUAERO corpus [1]. To evaluate our system, we took part in three subtasks: Entity Normalization, Named Entity Extraction and Classification which involved 10 categories including Anatomy, Chemicals & Drugs, Devices, Disorders, Geographic Areas, Living Beings, Objects, Phenomena, Physiology and Procedures. The results on both tasks, Named Entity Recognition and Normalization, demonstrate high performance as compared to other methods for French Medical Entity Recognition and Normalization.

In this article, we propose a driver's assistant system that activates alarms to alert the drowsy driver. The proposed system is described as follows: the extraction and recognition of face elements, then that of the eyes then define their states. For the extraction and recognition of face and eyes, we use the Viola and Jones method. Finally, we use the Logistic Regression method, which will take the provided vector image to determine if the driver is in the drowsiness state or not. The tests performed on the real video sequences, using an Embedded System (Raspberry), provide good results and may function in real time.

In this paper, the authors proposed a new hybrid approach to forecast hourly GHI for the Al-Hoceima city, Morocco. For this purpose, a deep long short-term memory network is trained on a combination of the hourly GHI ground measurements from the meteorological station of Al-Hoceima and the satellite-derived GHI from the neighbouring pixels of the point of interest. Xgboost, Random Forest, and Recursive Feature Elimination with cross-validation were used to select the most relevant features, the lagged satellite-derived GHI around the point of interest, as input to the proposed model where the best forecasting model is selected using the Grid Search algorithm. The simulation and results showed that the proposed approach gives high performance and outperformed other benchmark approaches.

First, the doctor must have information about the patient's daily life (vital signs, stress, sedentary lifestyle, physical activities, nutrition, etc.). Secondly, the prescribed treatment must be evaluated each time to test the validity of the diagnosis. To achieve this goal, a decision support system based on big data mining technology must be designed in order to have a centralised knowledge of diabetics. This system will improve the quality of monitoring and treatment from the different data collected. Thus, this paper presents an architecture of a decision support system allowing doctors to monitor the health status of their patients, based on data collected from different resources, in order to enrich the knowledge database and prescribe new treatments based on similar cases and experiences of doctors and patients belonging to this system.

Contrary to some previous works in this direction, we find several pieces of evidence that support the importance of such a thesis. First, controlling for the effects of both economic development and educational inequality, we find that school enrolments are negatively correlated with income inequality and positively correlated with financial-market development. Second, these correlations are robust to the specific countryeffects, the composition of the sample of countries, and the inclusion of public education expenditures. Finally, public education expenditures are significantly correlated with school enrolment ratios. Distinguishing developed countries from developing ones reveals that the effects of both social and material factors are larger in rich countries than in poor ones. Our estimation results also show that the way public expenditures are allocated across educational levels affects enrolment ratios in higher educational stages. Specifically, countries where expenditure allocations are biased in favour of the advanced stages of education at the expense of the basic levels also experience low enrolment ratios in the higher levels of education.

In order to assess the clinical relevance of this variant, we investigated its prognostic value in two large series of patients with HCC treated by either surgical resection or radiofrequency ablation (RFA). We retrospectively included 237 HCC surgical samples and 284 HCC liver biopsies from patients treated by surgical resection and RFA, respectively. Histological slides were reviewed by pathologists specialized in liver disease, and the MTM-HCC subtype was defined by the presence of a predominant (>50%) macrotrabecular architecture (more than six cells thick). The main clinical and biological features were recorded at baseline. Clinical endpoints were early and overall recurrence. Nevertheless, in reality and especially in developing countries, unemployment rates strongly hit the most educated population. Contrarily to the traditional literature which takes hiring cost as exogenous, we assume that hiring cost is endogenous and proportional to the worker’s skill level. By doing so, our model displays a positive relationship linking education and unemployment which agrees with reality.

This model requires only three parameters (photocurrent, diffusion, and recombination of the dark current). The analytical resolution of continuity equations in each region of a crystalline solar cell enabled the determination of the expressions of diffusion and recombination of dark currents. New relationships are proposed giving the expressions of these currents as a function of their reference values, which are determined from both the data provided by the manufacturer and the different temperature values. This study indicated how the parameters of the proposed model were determined. Predicted current–voltage curves were compared with the De Soto one-diode model and experimental data from a building integrated photovoltaic facility at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for two different cell technologies (single crystalline, polycrystalline). The maximum power calculated by the proposed model was ca...
