To successfully complete a project, it is important to follow effective ways to use available tools, technique, and methods, considering present technology and management. Recently, Building Information Modelling is one of the techniques which creates, manage, or generate a model by taking physical and functional characteristics of building by using digital presentations. Term 4D modeling refers to fourth dimension that associates the 3D model of any construction project with the planned schedule and provides visualization of the actual sequence of construction activities. The study was carried out to understand the uses and benefits of BIM for better proper functioning of the project in accordance with the project schedule. The objective of the study is to minimise the challenge associated with traditional or conventional scheduling process of construction sequences and misunderstanding brought by the lack of visualization. To fulfill the objective of the study, the uses of different dimensions of Building Information Modelling (2D, 3D and 4D) for preconstruction and construction phase was identified. Then a prototype 4D Building Information Model was created and the BIM based schedule was integrated with it and studied. The software used for scheduling, 3D modelling and 4D simulation are Primavera, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Navisworks respectively.

The transition from traditional learning to online learning can be a completely different experience. As the lockdown has ended, it will be difficult to return to traditional learning. We aimed to assess academic stress, the factors responsible for it, and solutions during the post-COVID-19 transition to traditional learning. Methods: In total, 250 physiotherapy students were recruited for this study. After a proper explanation, voluntary consent was obtained, and participants were requested to fill out a self-reported questionnaire and the Perception of Academic Stress (PAS) scale. The questionnaire consisted of questions regarding the presence of academic stress, its factors, and solutions from the perspective of physiotherapy students. Findings: The mean age of the students was 20.38 + 1.30 years. According to the PAS, most of the students (n=165) exp...

It has been difficult in creating payloads that are both safe and effectively delivered. Modern approaches that focus on the drug delivery system, such as Niosomes, can accomplish this. Scientists working on drug delivery systems have become more interested in the formation of non-ionic surfactant vesicles as a technique to enhance drug delivery over the past few decades. The development of Niosomes involves hydration of synthetic surfactants with the right proportions of cholesterol or other amphiphilic compounds to form self-assembled vesicular Nanocarriers. Niosomes also offer an easy manufacturing process, with low production costs, and have increased stability, thus eliminating the fundamental drawbacks of liposomes. Simple preparation techniques and commonly used surfactants in pharmaceutical technology can be employed to prepare Niosomes. This review covers composition, preparation, characterization/evaluation, benefits, limitations, applications, and recent developments of Niosomes.

This happens due to defects in intrahepatic bile production, defects in transmembrane transport of bile, or mechanical obstruction to the flow of bile. Etiology varies from biliary atresia, choledochal cyst, inborn errors of metabolism, neonatal hepatitis, progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis, congenital infections, etc. Our 3 patients presented with hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, pale stools, and dark urine. We hereby report all these Indian infants presented with cholestasis and discussed in detail regarding clinical, laboratory, and etiological profiles of all.

The transdermal medication delivery method is a treatment strategy that is extraordinarily safe and well-tolerated and has enormous potential for delivering active ingredients against a variety of illnesses. However, because to the low skin permeability of the majority of active medicines in the formulation, its application is currently restricted in clinical settings. To get over this restriction, new strategies for skin permeation improvement techniques are offered. The drug delivery industry has undergone a revolution due to recent advances at the nano and microscale. A growing trend in drug delivery applications is the use of several kinds of microneedles (MNs), in particular because they are safe, compliant with patient preferences, and practical. If we detect melanoma cancer in the early stage, there are possibilities to cure it. In this paper, we present the method which segments skin lesion using clustering, which is helpful to detect the melanoma skin. The input to the system is, the image of the skin and then apply clustering method on it and give the cancer lesion as the output. We compare the final output of cancer lesion with the reference image. The final output have high accuracy and low error rate. The outputs obtained are used by doctors for quick judgment which in turns give benefit to both doctors and patients.

This unpredictability means that organizations are being challenged at all levels. Customers, employees, partners, investors and society are all sources of uncertainty resulting in the need for organizations to be adaptive. Traditional deliberate strategies based on cycles of stability and predictability are no longer relevant for today¹s business environments. Emergent strategies have been proposed by many as the answer. However, this research explores the need for organizations to interweave the deliberate with the emergent in terms of the key behavioral flows of information, learning and control for an organization to be truly adaptive. We propose a systems view of an Adaptive Sustainable Organization and we illustrate this using a research driven University as an example. Furthermore, we build system dynamic models to illustrate the vicious and virtuous cycles that could occur in such a University context.

To determine the accuracy of fingerstick hemoglobin assessment in blood donors, the performance of a portable hemoglobinometer (HemoCue Hb 301) was prospectively compared with that of an automated hematology analyzer (Horiba Pentra XLR). Material and Method: 330 blood donor's capillary fingerprick, venous sample hemoglobin were measured by HemoCue Hb 301 and concurrent venous sample hemoglobin measured by automated hematology analyzer. Results: Mean capillary hemoglobin using HemoCue Hb 301 was 13.60± 1.02 gm/dl which was more than venous hemoglobin using HemoCue Hb 301(13.39 ± 0.96 gm/dl) and both were higher than automated hematology analyzer venous hemoglobin values (13.13±1.01 gm/dl). The correlation coefficient between automated hematology analyzer and capillary HemoCue values was 0.98, between venous and capillary HemoCue was 0.99 and between automated hematology analyzer and venous HemoCue was 0.99. P value for all comparison group is < 0.0001. Fingerprick capillary hemoglobin value measured by HemoCue Hb 301 has only 1.53% false-pass rate. Conclusions: Capillary fingerprick hemoglobin measured by HemoCue Hb 301 was slightly higher than venous hemoglobin value measured by an automated hematology analyzer. HemoCue Hb 301 is an appropriate and reliable screening method for pre-donation haemoglobin estimation for blood donors.
