Pelayanan kefarmasian menurut Permenkes No.73 Tahun 2016 adalah suatu pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien yang berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi yang bertujuan untuk mencapai hasil yang pasti agar meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma 36 Ijen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif melalui penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengukur kepuasan pasien menggunakan model SERVQUAL (Service Quality) dengan teknik incidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa analisis Gap memiliki nilai negatif yang berarti pasien tidak puas dengan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma 36 Ijen. The boiling process that is too long allows the secondary metabolite compounds contained in kersen leaf to be damaged or reduced, therefore it is necessary to do a screening test of secondary metabolites of decoction of kersen leaf, besides plants containing secondary metabolites can be toxic, so that testing needs to be done components of chemical compounds that have toxic activity. Sirsakleaves contain alkaloids, tannins, and several other chemical contents including acetogenin.The aim of this study was to determine the acute toxicity of the infusion of Sirsak leaves onthe Artemia salina larvae by the Brine Shirmp Lethality Test (BSLT) method. This experimentalstudy used 5 treatment concentrations (10 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 500 mg/L, 1000mg/L) and 1 negative control. All treatments were repeated 3 times. The number of Artemiasalina larvae used for each concentration was 10 larvae. The number of dead larvae wascounted after 24 hours of treatment. Based on probit analysis, the LC50 value of Sirsak leafinfusion was 38,73 mg/L. Jamu lancar haid merek “x” merupakan salah satu jamu yang ada di indonesia yang berkhasiat melanc... more Jamu lancar haid merek “x” merupakan salah satu jamu yang ada di indonesia yang berkhasiat melancarkan haid dan nyeri haid mengandung ekstrak rimpang kunyit, rimpang kencur, kapulaga, kulit kayu manis, asam jawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil fitokimia jamu lancar haid merek “x”. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pembuatan ekstrak menggunakan metode maserasi pelarut etanol 70%, selanjutnya ekstrak kental diuji skrining fitokimia dan kromatografi lapis tipis, didapatkan hasil skrining fitokimia dari jamu lancar haid merek “x” positif flavonoid, saponin, triterpen.dan dari hasil kromatografi lapis tipis didapatkan bercak yang sama dengan farmakope herbal indonesia. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa jamu lancar haid merk “x” mengandung ekstrak rimpang kunyit, rimpang kencur, kapulaga, kulit kayu manis, asam jawa. Kata kunci : Profil fitokimia Jamu lancar haid merek “x”, Kromatografi lapis tipis.

This plant contains alkaloid, phenol, steroid, and flavonoid which can cause toxicity. The aim of this study was to know about acute toxicity of mengkudu fruit infusions using brine shrimp lethality test method which will be indicated by LC50 value. This research was experimental research using post test only control group design that used negative control and 5 concentrations of infusion those are 1000 mg/L, 500 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 50 mg/L, and 10 mg/L. Death of larvae observed 24 hours after giving the infusiona. LC50 of mengkudu fruit infusion is 62,3 mg/L. The result of this study showed that mengkudu fruit infusions cause toxic effect. We determined Kaempferia galanga that containing ethyl p-methoxycinnamate can increase the apoptosis activity in colon cancer cells. This study was designed to investigate effect of oil fraction from Kaempferia galanga alcoholic extract on apoptosis activity in mice colon cancer. Dimethylbenz(a)anthracene (DMBA)-induced colon cancer in mice is a useful model to investigate the changes of epithelial cells that occur during colon cancer progression. Colon cancer model was induced six times once a week by oral DMBA 50 mg/kg body weight. In previous studies of plants containing alkaloid, flavonoid and saponin could be used as larvicide. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of Cyperus rotundus extract as larvacide and look for the value of Lethal Concentration 50% (LC50) of Cyperus rotundus extract as larvicide on Culex sp. Dalam penelitian ini sifat tersebut diperbaiki dengan cara parasetamol digranulasi terlebih dr.hulu dengan bahan pengikat. Granul parasetamol dengan bahan pengikat polivinilpirolidon K-90 dan granul parasetamol dengan bahan pengikat metilselulosa ditambah dengan bahan pengisi avicel PH 102 dan pelincir magnesium stearat kemudian dilakukan cetak langsung. Mengkudu fruit and temulawak rhizome which contains scopoletin and curcumin, respectively, were u... more Mengkudu fruit and temulawak rhizome which contains scopoletin and curcumin, respectively, were used traditionally as antidiabetic. Both compounds have strong antioxidant activity. This research aimed to determined the antihyperglycemic and pancreas protection of combination of mengkudu fruit juice (MFJ) and temulawak rhizome juice (TRJ) on streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats. Rats were divided into 7 groups, each group consist of 5 rats. All groups, except normal group were treated accordingly for 28 days. Blood samples were taken from the plexus retroorbitalis for examination of blood glucose levels on day-8 th , 15 th , 22 nd , and 29 th. On the day-29 th , blood samples were examined for malondialdehyde (MDA) levels. At the end of the experiment, the rats were sacrificed for examination of pancreatic morphological conditions. The results showed that diabetic rats given MFJ-TRJ combination experienced a significant decrease in blood glucose levels, a significant decrease in MDA levels and improvement pancreas morphology when compared with the negative control group. The conclusion of this research showed the combination of MFJ-TRJ has hypoglycemic activity and can fix condition of pancreas morphology.

Jamu lancar haid merek “x” merupakan salah satu jamu yang ada di indonesia yang berkhasiat melanc... more Jamu lancar haid merek “x” merupakan salah satu jamu yang ada di indonesia yang berkhasiat melancarkan haid dan nyeri haid mengandung ekstrak rimpang kunyit, rimpang kencur, kapulaga, kulit kayu manis, asam jawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil fitokimia jamu lancar haid merek “x”. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pembuatan ekstrak menggunakan metode maserasi pelarut etanol 70%, selanjutnya ekstrak kental diuji skrining fitokimia dan kromatografi lapis tipis, didapatkan hasil skrining fitokimia dari jamu lancar haid merek “x” positif flavonoid, saponin, triterpen.dan dari hasil kromatografi lapis tipis didapatkan bercak yang sama dengan farmakope herbal indonesia. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa jamu lancar haid merk “x” mengandung ekstrak rimpang kunyit, rimpang kencur, kapulaga, kulit kayu manis, asam jawa. This plant contains alkaloid, phenol, steroid, and flavonoid which can cause toxicity. The aim of this study was to know about acute toxicity of mengkudu fruit infusions using brine shrimp lethality test method which will be indicated by LC50 value. This research was experimental research using post test only control group design that used negative control and 5 concentrations of infusion those are 1000 mg/L, 500 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 50 mg/L, and 10 mg/L. Death of larvae observed 24 hours after giving the infusiona. LC50 of mengkudu fruit infusion is 62,3 mg/L. The result of this study showed that mengkudu fruit infusions cause toxic effect. We determined Kaempferia galanga that containing ethyl p-methoxycinnamate can increase the apoptosis activity in colon cancer cells. This study was designed to investigate effect of oil fraction from Kaempferia galanga alcoholic extract on apoptosis activity in mice colon cancer. Dimethylbenz(a)anthracene (DMBA)-induced colon cancer in mice is a useful model to investigate the changes of epithelial cells that occur during colon cancer progression. Colon cancer model was induced six times once a week by oral DMBA 50 mg/kg body weight. In previous studies of plants containing alkaloid, flavonoid and saponin could be used as larvicide. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of Cyperus rotundus extract as larvacide and look for the value of Lethal Concentration 50% (LC50) of Cyperus rotundus extract as larvicide on Culex sp. Cyperus rotundus were extracted by maceration method using 95% ethanol. After that phytochemical screening was carried out and testing larvicidal activity on Culex sp. Dalam penelitian ini sifat tersebut diperbaiki dengan cara parasetamol digranulasi terlebih dr.hulu dengan bahan pengikat. Mengkudu fruit and temulawak rhizome which contains scopoletin and curcumin, respectively, were u... more Mengkudu fruit and temulawak rhizome which contains scopoletin and curcumin, respectively, were used traditionally as antidiabetic. Both compounds have strong antioxidant activity. This research aimed to determined the antihyperglycemic and pancreas protection of combination of mengkudu fruit juice (MFJ) and temulawak rhizome juice (TRJ) on streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats. Rats were divided into 7 groups, each group consist of 5 rats. All groups, except normal group were treated accordingly for 28 days. Blood samples were taken from the plexus retroorbitalis for examination of blood glucose levels on day-8 th , 15 th , 22 nd , and 29 th. On the day-29 th , blood samples were examined for malondialdehyde (MDA) levels. At the end of the experiment, the rats were sacrificed for examination of pancreatic morphological conditions. The results showed that diabetic rats given MFJ-TRJ combination experienced a significant decrease in blood glucose levels, a significant decrease in MDA levels and improvement pancreas morphology when compared with the negative control group. The conclusion of this research showed the combination of MFJ-TRJ has hypoglycemic activity and can fix condition of pancreas morphology.
