While some of studies respond the needs, there is still a long way in front of the people who are teaching Turkish as second language. As known, human beings were born in a language. Our world view is shaped with this language while gives shape to the language. Humans understand himself and rest of the world in the border of their language. Every language evaluates the world from its point of view and reacts this point of view to sentences, words and endings if any. As an agglutinative language in Turkish, the suffixes have such a big importance. Particularly for teaching Turkish as second language some suffixes gets more important. One of the important suffix categories is case suffixes. The aim of this paper is to determine and then discuss the students'mistakes who are learning Turkish at Level B while using noun cases in their writings. Qualitative research method is used in this study. The sample group consists of 34 B1 level students learning Turkish at SOAS and London Yunus Emre Culture Centre. The data was taken from students' writings and analyzed by content analysis. In this study, it is determined that the students misuse or make mistake the "accusative" and "dative" cases at most. The most used case suffix is "locative", the least used is "equality" and "instrumental". The paper will be ended with some important suggestions due to the results of this study.
