The family environment is the first place of education for children because this is where childre... more The family environment is the first place of education for children because this is where children first receive education and guidance. The research purpose is to explore the influence of the family environment on the motivation of the Buddhist youth in Buddhist Temples throughout Pringsewu Regency in Lmapung Province. The problems faced include low educational motivation allegedly influenced by lack of family support, economic factors, and ineffective communication. The study developed the quantitative method and survey data collection tecnique with a questionnaire and supported by SPSS program This study involved a population of 87 number of people. This study's results show a significant influence of the family environment on educational motivation. These findings show that family support is essential in increasing the motivation of young people in monasteries.

This study explores the impact of silent sitting on students' academic achievement. The problems ... more This study explores the impact of silent sitting on students' academic achievement. The problems faced by students include lack of focus while studying, low active participation, and high levels of stress and anxiety. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data processing techniques from the distribution of questionnaires containing 78 statement items using the Likert scale, involving 94 students as the population. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26.0. The study results showed a significant effect between silent sitting and students' academic achievement, with a t count of 10.761 and a t table of 1.661 (p = 0.000 ≤ 0.05), so Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted. The R square value of 0.557 indicates that silent sitting affects academic achievement by 55.7%, while other factors influence 44.3%. Thus, it is concluded that silent sitting significantly affects students' academic achievement

learning in 2024. The problems that occur in students are that there are still students who are busy and like to daydream, are less interested, and feel bored. In addition, feeling stiff, sleepy, crowded class conditions, and less favorite materials can also make it boring and difficult to concentrate, and hunger and gadgets (cell phones) can also interfere with their concentration in learning. Proportional Random Sampling technique. The study was conducted at a Senior High School with respondents from
the school's students in the 2024/2025 academic year. The results of the study showed that there was a significant favorable influence between the practice of Mindful Breathing on Students' Learning Concentration with t_count value of 5.212 and a significance value (p) of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the simple regression analysis calculation, the R square determination value was found to be 0.190, which means that the practice of mindful breathing has a 19% effect on students' learning concentration, while other factors influence the remaining 81%.

tolerance and harmony among Buddhists at Wihara Dipa Prabhava. Using a survey method with a sample of 112 respondents, the research found that the application of mindfulness-based communication significantly enhances tolerance and harmony among individuals. These findings emphasize the importance of mindfulness in fostering harmonious communication and reducing conflicts within the Buddhist community. The results indicate a significant positive effect of mindfulness in communication on tolerance and harmony among Buddhists, with a t-value of 10.729, a significance value (p) of 0.000 < 0.05, And an R Square value of 0.511 obtained from the simple regression analysis. This means that mindfulness in communication influences tolerance and harmony by 51.1%, while other factors affect the remaining 48.9%.

emotional regulation of high school students. Emotion regulation is the ability of individuals to manage and control their emotions effectively, which is very important in students' psychological development. Along with the increasing academic and social demands among high school students, mindfulness and self-efficacy are essential to help better regulate emotions. This study uses a quantitative survey method. The research population was 139 high school students, with a sample of 104
students using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires tested for validity and reliability and then analyzed using multiple regression techniques to test the influence of mindfulness and self-efficacy on emotional regulation. The study showed that mindfulness and self-efficacy positively and significantly affected students' emotional regulation. Mindfulness, which includes full attention to the physical body, feelings, and mind, has been proven to help students be more aware of their emotions and manage them more effectively. Self-efficacy, as an individual's belief in their ability to overcome challenges, is significant in helping students cope with difficult emotional situations.

Emotional Learning (MBSEL) on students' learning focus in private junior high schools. Problems often faced by students include putting their heads on the table when bored, scribbling as a sign of lack of attention, chatting while the teacher is teaching, and using cell phones to check notifications. In addition, less interactive teaching methods also play a role in decreasing learning focus. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population included 140 students, with a sample of 104 students selected using proportional random sampling
techniques. Respondents came from grades VII to IX students in the 2024/2025 academic year. The analysis showed a positive and significant effect between MBSEL and students' learning focus, with a tcount value of 8.034 and a significance value of p <0.05. Simple regression produced an R² value of 0.388, indicating that MBSEL contributed 38.8% to increasing students' learning focus, while 61.2% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This finding confirms the importance of implementing MBSEL to improve students' learning focus.

practice on students' learning anxiety. Students often face problems such as a lack of understanding of the material presented during lessons and difficulty completing assignments. This study uses a quantitative approach, using a survey method. The population consists of 118 students, with a sample of 81 respondents selected through Proportional Random Sampling. The study was conducted on high school students in the 2024/2025 academic year. The study showed a significant favorable
influence between mindfulness practices and learning anxiety, with a t-value of 7.303 and a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). Simple regression analysis produced an R-squared value of 0.375, indicating that mindfulness practices explain 37.5% of the variation in learning anxiety, while other factors influence the remaining 62.5%.

The problems that occur in students are that students pay less attention when the teacher explains the material, can understand the material if the lesson is following their interests, some teachers are also considered to use teaching methods that are not very suitable for students, and some teachers are considered too monotonous in teaching students are also often sleepy in class during learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study was 70. This study was conducted in junior high schools with respondents from the 2023/2024 academic year. The study's results showed a significant favorable influence between mindfulness practices and the quality of student learning, with a t count of 13.706 and a significance value (p) of 0.000 <0.05. From the simple regression analysis calculation results, the R square value was obtained as 0.734, meaning that mindfulness practices affect the quality of learning by 73.4%, and the remaining 26.8% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Limitations of learning media in Buddhist education in Sunday schools give impetus to researchers to develop multimedia to develop appropriate media. This research aims to build Android application-based learning media on the material of puja facilities and infrastructure in Buddhism. A Multimedia set is expected to be able to provide good results in learning. This approach uses research and development methods to develop Android-based Multimedia as a learning medium for Buddhist Sunday Schools in Pesawaran Regency. The study population was 144, with a sample of 21 learners. The development flow refers to the Bord and Gall development steps. The data analysis technique used is descriptive percentages to determine the questionnaire's validity and reliability and evaluate the product's effectiveness-assessment of product trials tested to media experts, material experts, and teacher and student users. The results showed that Android-based Multimedia had passed validation and operational tests with reasonable criteria, and the effects of field tests showed a significant difference between the average scores before and after using the application. Therefore, the application developed can be an effective learning medium for Buddhist Sunday Schools.

The researcher used a pretest-posttest experimental group design. The research was conducted from April to May 2023 in the Jinarakkhita Buddhist College Bandar Lampung. The researchers used the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 program to analyze the data. A rubric score was used to analyze and measure the students' narrative text writing ability before and after treatment. The student's writing ability improved from 49.9 to 65.1. In addition, the researcher found that students who previously struggled to write now have a growing understanding of how to gather information and confidently use CSBWI in their writing. Therefore, it is critical to use a suitable and effective method to assist students in overcoming the difficulty of their writing achievement.

Learning motivation sometimes becomes a problem in a learning society. So it needs a solution to students do not lose their motivation anymore. The researcher tries to investigate how the role of mindfulness in teaching-learning. The method that the researcher applied was a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique of this study was proportional random sampling, and the questionnaires were distributed randomly. The number of statements in the questionnaire was 74 items distributed to 71 respondents with a measurement scale of questionnaire answers using a Likert scale. The results of hypothesis testing and simple linear regression obtained a t arithmetic value of 24,322 with a significant level of 0.000, while t table with n = 71 and = 0.05 got a value of 1.667. It can be assumed that t arithmetic t table (24,322 > 1.667) or sig < 0.05 (0.000 0.05), then H a is accepted while H 0 is rejected. While the value of R Square in this study is 0.896, meaning that mindfulness affects interest in learning by 89.6%. This study explores the dual role of educational practitioners as leaders and educators in the ed... more This study explores the dual role of educational practitioners as leaders and educators in the education sector, focusing on conflict management through mindfulness, ten principles of Buddhist governance, and transformational leadership. The research, involving 116 Buddhist monks and nuns with leadership experience in Indonesian Buddhist education institutions, employed statistical analysis techniques such as descriptive statistics, parametric inferential statistics, and SPSS 27. The findings indicate that transformational leadership directly impacts conflict management, while mindfulness and the ten principles of Buddhist governance have indirect effects mediated by transformational leadership. Additionally, mindfulness has a direct influence on conflict management, as do the ten principles of Buddhist governance. The study underscores the importance of developing mindfulness, incorporating Buddhist principles, and fostering transformational leadership among educational leaders and practitioners to enhance conflict management skills.

The results showed that Android-based Multimedia had passed validation and operational tests with reasonable criteria, and the effects of field tests showed a significant difference between the average scores before and after using the application. Therefore, the application developed can be an effective learning medium for Buddhist Sunday Schools.

The researcher used a pretest-posttest experimental group design. The research was conducted from April to May 2023 in the Jinarakkhita Buddhist College Bandar Lampung. The researchers used the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 program to analyze the data. A rubric score was used to analyze and measure the students' narrative text writing ability before and after treatment. The student's writing ability improved from 49.9 to 65.1. In addition, the researcher found that students who previously struggled to write now have a growing understanding of how to gather information and confidently use CSBWI in their writing. Therefore, it is critical to use a suitable and effective method to assist students in overcoming the difficulty of their writing achievement.

Learning motivation sometimes becomes a problem in a learning society. So it needs a solution to students do not lose their motivation anymore. The researcher tries to investigate how the role of mindfulness in teaching-learning. The method that the researcher applied was a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique of this study was proportional random sampling, and the questionnaires were distributed randomly. The number of statements in the questionnaire was 74 items distributed to 71 respondents with a measurement scale of questionnaire answers using a Likert scale. The results of hypothesis testing and simple linear regression obtained a t arithmetic value of 24,322 with a significant level of 0.000, while t table with n = 71 and = 0.05 got a value of 1.667. It can be assumed that t arithmetic t table (24,322 > 1.667) or sig < 0.05 (0.000 0.05), then H a is accepted while H 0 is rejected. While the value of R Square in this study is 0.896, meaning that mindfulness affects interest in learning by 89.6%. The research, involving 116 Buddhist monks and nuns with leadership experience in Indonesian Buddhist education institutions, employed statistical analysis techniques such as descriptive statistics, parametric inferential statistics, and SPSS 27. The findings indicate that transformational leadership directly impacts conflict management, while mindfulness and the ten principles of Buddhist governance have indirect effects mediated by transformational leadership. Additionally, mindfulness has a direct influence on conflict management, as do the ten principles of Buddhist governance. The study underscores the importance of developing mindfulness, incorporating Buddhist principles, and fostering transformational leadership among educational leaders and practitioners to enhance conflict management skills.
