This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on the decision of guests to stay at... more This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on the decision of guests to stay at Crystal Kuta Hotel. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with a total of 110 respondents. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires that have been tested through an instrument test in the form of validity and reliability tests, then the data are analyzed using the classical assumption test as a prerequisite for regression tests and hypotheses using multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test results state that partially the product, price, place and promotion variables have a significant effect on the guest decision to stay at Crystal Kuta Hotel, this is indicated by the product variable regression value (X1) of 0.283 with sig 0,000. Place (X3) of 0.229 with sig 0,000 and promotion (X4) of 0.160 with sig 0.002. While the price variable regression coefficient (X2) is negative at -0.103 with sig 0,000. Simultaneously the marketing mix influences the guest decision to stay at Crystal Kuta Hotel, this is indicated by the sig F value of 0,000 <0,05. Adjusted R Square value of 0.575 means that the guest decision to stay at Crystal Kuta Hotel is influenced by the marketing mix of 57.5% while the remaining 42.5% is influenced by other variables
outside of this study. Based on these results, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the decision of staying guests is the product variable, this is indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.283.

The brand awareness of the customers’ mind cannot be separated from the service quality and brand image which are felt by the interaction with the service provider. This research uses a quantitative method through Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and Sobel test technique analysis. The results show that brand awareness is formed from service quality construct and brand image construct. The limitation of this research is the use of two constructs which support brand awareness, and only at one chain hotel in Bali. Further researches should develop constructs that support brand awareness, such as marketing mix, cognitive, affective and conative aspects of behavior and attitude of the customers.

Di sisi lain, dampak negatif juga turut mengiringi : penurunan kualitas lingkungan hidup, yang ditandai dengan semakin langkanya ketersediaan air bersih. Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konflik air di kawasan selatan Bali akibat pengembangan Pariwisata dari sudut pandang perundang-undangan, khususnya UU No 7 Tahun 2004 tentang Pengelolaan Air, dan kaitannya dengan UU No 10 Tahun 2009 tentang Kepariwisataan. Teori Fungsionalismen Struktural, Konflik dan perubahan sosial juga digunakan dalam kajian ini. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah (i) penegakkan hukum dalam tata kelola air masih perlu ditingkatkan, (ii) produk hukum perlu ditinjau ulang khususnya dalam privatisasi air menjadi kegiatan bisnis khususnya terkait dengan pariwisata, (iii)kerjasama antar stakeholder pariwisata dalam pemanfaatan air dan (iv) Konservasi air
This research has a specific purpose: (i) finding the influence of brand image to brand loyalty ... more This research has a specific purpose: (i) finding the influence of brand image to brand loyalty (ii) finding the influence of customer satisfaction to brand loyalty (iii) finding the influence of brand image and customer satisfaction altogether to brand loyalty and (iv) finding the role of customer satisfaction as mediating variable between brand image to brand loyalty . The general objective to be achieved is to improve the performance of the hotel to gain cunsomer loyalty through loyalty to the brand.. This research is quantitative research with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Population of this research were whole costumer whohad stayed at the minimaly first time. There were 170 sample used, collected by using offline and online self administered questionnaire. There were 14 indicator used. The research found that (i)brand image positively significant influenced customer satisfaction, (ii)customer satisfaction positively significant influenced brand loyalty,(iii) brand image positively significant influenced brand loyalty and (iv) customer satisfaction mediated brand image influence to brand loyalty.
This study has a background of concern for land ownership in Bali, especially in coastal areas, t... more This study has a background of concern for land ownership in Bali, especially in coastal areas, the which has plenty of potential to be developed into a creative tourist attraction in the future to provide welfare society. The purpose of this study was (i) determining the potential for coastal tourism can be developed as a creative tourism products, (ii) identifying what the constraints faced in developing the tourism potential of the coastal area as a creative tourism products (iii) determine strategies that can used in developing the tourism potential of the coastal area as a creative tourism products. This study uses descriptive qualitative method, comparative, and SWOT analysis techniques. Data collected by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Location of research on Kedungu Beach, Pangkung Tibah Beach, Yeh Gangga Beach, Nyanyi Beach located at Tabanan Regency and Kuta Beach, Nusa Dua Beach, Serangan Island located in Badung Regency. These locations Represent the condition of the coastal region has been developed and under developed. Informants or respondents in this study include all tourism stakeholders such as : government, tourist, businessman, local community and academic community. The results showed (i) the potential of the creative industries that can be developed include: art, crafts market, video and photography, music and performing arts, scenery and culture attractions, landscape, accommodation , restaurants and surfing; (ii) the constraints faced in developing the tourism potential of the coast as a creative tourism products include: still a lot of potential coastal region has not been applied as a tourist destination by the local government, most strategic land has changed hands to investors, gray and black sand, the cleanliness of the beach that does not meet the standards, (iii) the strategies proposed by seeking the status of coastal areas that have the potential to be designated as a tourist attraction developed by the Government of the District, to stop the sale of land to investors, the formation of groups of tourism awareness and promote cooperation on all stakeholders. The results of this study would be useful to provide input on policies in the field of tourism development of Bali Province. This study has limitations that only use a few objects coastal areas , therefore the following research can be developed on a larger object that covers the entire coastal area of the island of Bali .
