There is nothing wrong in saying that human beings and mobile phones are one soul and two bodies. Today, an estimated 448.2 million people in India use mobile. Most of them are young. Therefore, it is important for a person using the mobile to know about the mobile technology, its usage, its operating system, its security, useful apps, etc. In which librarians can play the appropriate role. The study presented in this way will describe mobile technology, various types of apps, etc. Also, librarians will tell steps to become literate about different apps oftheir users. The role of the librarian will also be discussed in this.

It has its institutions alive and libraries have its readers, and the blood circulation in the arteries is the services provided by the library. There have been many transforms in the Types of obtaining and providing information after the arrival of the World Wide Web and the Internet. Libraries are using ICT tool, they have increased their services and methods. As well as services made fast. In today's digital era, the type of information has become electronic such as E-books, e-journals, edatabases etc. in the different form, which can be easily accessed from its website. So, in this study the website of Agricultural University's libraries has been analyzed and attempts have been made to study the material available on their website.

This bibliometric study is centered on the findings of 'Annals of Library and Information Studies... more This bibliometric study is centered on the findings of 'Annals of Library and Information Studies' (ALIS) during the year of 2010-2019. NISCAIR Online Periodical Repository is used and 354 articles retrieved are analyzed on various parameters i.e. year wise distribution, category wise classification, authorship, length of articles and range of citation etc. More than semi of the articles are published under a joint author and the average degree of collaboration is 0.598. This study has a show very large proportion of articles (74.34 percent) published by India. The most prolific authors are B. K. Sen with 30 articles each and highest contributed institution is National Institute of Science, Technology and Development Studies (CSIR) with 30. The average articles per paper is 8.85 and 11 papers received 51 and more citations during the year of 2010-2019.

that 1 Average of agricultural university libraries subscribing e-journals, e-books, and e-databases, X2 Value
(15.42797,P=0.973555) and 60% of agricultural universities Provided Face book and YouTube facilities.
