ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Antenatal Care merupakan komponen dalam pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil terpen... more ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Antenatal Care merupakan komponen dalam pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil terpenting untuk meminimalkan serta menurunkan kematian, sehingga kunjungan pertama K1 antenatal care sangat penting agar sejak dini dapat dideteksi penyulit dan komplikasi dalam kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang kunjungan pertama K1 antenatal care di Puskesmas Sentani Kabupaten Jayapura. Metode penelitian: Jenis penelitian metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang berlokasi di Puskesmas Sentani pada 71 responden ibu hamil yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai 18 Oktober 2019. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil penelitian: Pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang kunjungan pertama K1 antenatal care di Puskesmas Sentani Kabupaten Jayapura sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang kunjungan pertama K1 antenatal care sebanyak 47 orang (66,2%) dan sedikit yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang kunjungan pertama K1 antenatal care sebanyak 24 orang (33,8%). Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang kunjungan pertama K1 antenatal care di Puskesmas Sentani Kabupaten Jayapura sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan baik. Saran: Meningkatkan penyuluhan khususnya pada calon pengantin dan remaja putri. Bagi calon ibu, sebaiknya mencari informasi tentang perawatan kehamilan sebelum merencanakan kehamilan. Salah satu standar operasional prosedur yang ditetapkan adalah pemasangan infus, agar perawat bekerja sesuai prosedur untuk mencegah terjadinya peradangan dan mencegah infeksi nasokomial pada pasien. The success in the learning process can be seen from the students learning achievement. The learn... more The success in the learning process can be seen from the students learning achievement. The learning achievement can be affected by several factors in the family, the parents' parenting. The aim of research to determine the correlation between parents' parenting on learning achievement of elementary student grade 4 th and 5 th in SD YPK Berap Jayapura regency. This research is descriptive analytic research with cross-sectional design with 31 respondents and to obtain data using questionnaire and analyzed by chi square test. The results showed that parents' parenting towards the achievement of elementary student grade 4 th and 5 th in SD YPK Berap Jayapura regency, as many as 3 respondents (9, 7%) were in permissive parenting, 14 respondents (45, 2%) were in authoritarian parenting and there were 14 respondents (45,2%) in democratic parenting. Student achievement grade 4 th and 5 th in SD YPK Berap Jayapura District in quite good categories as many as 7 respondents (22.6%), in good categories as many as 10 respondents (32.3%) and the very good category as many as 14 respondents (45.2%). The results showed no correlation between parents' parenting towards the achievement of elementary student grade 4 th and 5 th in SD YPK Berap Jayapura regency (p = 0,621).

Working environment such as physical, biological and chemical factors can influence health status... more Working environment such as physical, biological and chemical factors can influence health status of the workers. The research objective was studying about working environment and health problem felt by the women workers in 25 shrimp manufacture factories in East Java. The research method was observational with descriptive data. Working environment variables include cleanliness, physical, biological, and chemical factors. The result showed that working environment was clean but slippery. The disturbing physical factors were over lighting (brightness) and cold temperatur e at cold storage. Chemical factor was high used of chlorine. Biological factor was the shrimp trashes. The health problems felt by the women workers were headache, nausea, stiff neck and fatique. It is concluded that the problems in shrimp industries were cold temperature, over lighting, the shrimp trashes and the high use of chlorine. The health problem reported was indicated as light health problem. Therefore it is suggested to arrange lightning, floor condition and shift schedule for workers who work at cold storage.
