The main objective of a business feasibility study is to assess opportunities for a business proj... more The main objective of a business feasibility study is to assess opportunities for a business project and whether the project is worth continuing or not. Results of calculation analysis on PT RA Beton Precast Concrete Wall Product Manufacturing Plant Design with an average production capacity of 128,772 pcs/year with two product designs (Type A-A and Type B-B). Based on the cash flow of the development investment plan, the new factory PT. RA Beton requires capital of Rp. 169.866.126.151.The calculations using the four methods, namely payback period (PP), produce results of 2 years and 4 months less than the economic life or maximum payback period, which is 10 years. Next, using the net present value (NPV) method, the results obtained are the NPV1 value > 0 from 75% interest amounting to Rp. 5,111,998,649, and the NPV2 value < 0 from 80% interest amounting to-Rp. 5,826,301,054. In calculating the Internal Rate of Return (IRR), results were obtained with a value of 94% greater than the applicable interest rate, namely 12%. Each method produces a different value; calculating the payback period concludes that the investment proposal can be accepted and declared feasible because it meets the criteria.

One source for improving the economy of the green fuel industry is to replace the conventional ra... more One source for improving the economy of the green fuel industry is to replace the conventional raw material CPO/CPKO (in this case, formerly processed into RBDPO) with the special palm oil IVO/ILO (industrial vegetable oil or lustrial linoleic oil). The technical aspects to be discussed are the selection of technology, production capacity and production plan, mass balance, production process description, technical equipment specifications, and availability of raw materials, including mechanical and electrical analysis. The abbreviation for the results of this study is that the raw material used is CPO/CPKO, and the product produced is IVO/ILO, which will be used as green fuel material. The process selected is the selection of the production process. IVO/ILO refers to the process of production of CPO, and RBDPO refers to the SNI standard or specification 8875:2020. Its production capacity is 10 tph, the TBS raw material requirement is +540-700 tons per day, and the energy requirement for wood work stations such as reception stations, thresher stations, pressing stations, clarification stations, seed processing stations, and earthquake amps stations Boiler Station and Bleaching Station reach 266.6 KW, where electricity and steam energy are obtained from fiber raw materials and palm fruit shells.

Feasibility analysis using a reference capacity of 1,000,000 tons of alumina. The parameters used to determine the financial feasibility analysis in alumina production at PT. PT "X" merupakan perusahaan yang akan bergerak di bidang produksi baterai kendaraan listrik khususnya untuk sepeda motor listrik, produk yang dihasilkan adalah baterai listrik dengan kemampuan daya 8 kWh dan berencana membangun industrinya di Kawasan JIIPE Gresik, dengan kapasitas produksi 48.216 unit atau 385.728 kWh. Dengan total biaya investasi Rp. 118.224.586.566,-, dimana 70% nya adalah pembiayaan dengan pinjaman ke Lembaga keuangan bank. The metal scrap studied is canned metal scrap, which is wasteful in the procurement and sales process. So that efforts are made to minimize the waste that occurs. Seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat, kebutuhan air juga mengalami peningkatan, baik dari sisi jumlah maupun mutu. Hal ini yang telah terjadi permasalahan umum bagi distributor dalam menentukan optimasi rute perjalanan, tidak kecuali distributor dalam pengiriman produknya ke pelanggan. Selain permasalahan tersebut daya tampung tiap kendaran juga menjadi salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam tujuan pengoptimalan proses pengiriman. Dengan Metode Nearest Neighbour memiliki kriteria pendekatan berdasarkan jarak titik terdekat, diharapkan dari pencairan jarak/titik terdekat menghasilakn waktu tempuh yang minimum sehingga dapat meminimialisi keterlambatan dalam pengiriman permintaan. Mini hydro uses renewable energy from water resources.Planning the PLTMH in Cipelah District includes Weir, Intake, Soothing Tub (Forebay), Rapid Pipe ( Penstock), and selection of turbines. The power generated from the effective fall height is 71.3 m, and a discharge of 2 x 3.51 m3 / s is 4MW. With a maximum capacity per year of 35.04 MWH. Total Production to PLN per year 23.93 MWH.The calculation of the feasibility analysis for the construction of a Mini Hydro Power Plant obtained an investment value of 6,297,758USD. The interest rate used is 6%, the composition of the loan is 4,408,431 USD, and the equity is 1,889,328 USD. The IRR value of the PLTM CIpelah development plan is 20.58%, and the NPV value is USD 11,952,550 and the Payback Period is five years. The conclusion is that the Cipelah PLTM construction project is feasible to build.

This is in line with the application of industry 4.0 according to the roadmap of Making Indonesia 4.0, which aims to increase the competitiveness of the national industry in the global arena. Examples of upstream petrochemical industry products include methanol, ethylene, propylene, butadiene, benzene, toluene, xylene, coproduct fuels, petrol pyrolysis, fuel oil pyrolysis, raffinate, and C4 mixtures. The metal scrap studied is canned metal scrap, which is wasteful in the procurement and sales process. So that efforts are made to minimize the waste that occurs. Seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat, kebutuhan air juga mengalami peningkatan, baik dari sisi jumlah maupun mutu. Hal ini yang telah terjadi permasalahan umum bagi distributor dalam menentukan optimasi rute perjalanan, tidak kecuali distributor dalam pengiriman produknya ke pelanggan. Selain permasalahan tersebut daya tampung tiap kendaran juga menjadi salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam tujuan pengoptimalan proses pengiriman. Dengan Metode Nearest Neighbour memiliki kriteria pendekatan berdasarkan jarak titik terdekat, diharapkan dari pencairan jarak/titik terdekat menghasilakn waktu tempuh yang minimum sehingga dapat meminimialisi keterlambatan dalam pengiriman permintaan. Mini hydro uses renewable energy from water resources.Planning the PLTMH in Cipelah District includes Weir, Intake, Soothing Tub (Forebay), Rapid Pipe ( Penstock), and selection of turbines. The power generated from the effective fall height is 71.3 m, and a discharge of 2 x 3.51 m3 / s is 4MW. With a maximum capacity per year of 35.04 MWH. Total Production to PLN per year 23.93 MWH.The calculation of the feasibility analysis for the construction of a Mini Hydro Power Plant obtained an investment value of 6,297,758USD. The interest rate used is 6%, the composition of the loan is 4,408,431 USD, and the equity is 1,889,328 USD. The IRR value of the PLTM CIpelah development plan is 20.58%, and the NPV value is USD 11,952,550 and the Payback Period is five years. The conclusion is that the Cipelah PLTM construction project is feasible to build.

It is hoped that the integration of the upstream-downstream industry can build a strong supply chain. This is in line with the application of industry 4.0 according to the roadmap of Making Indonesia 4.0, which aims to increase the competitiveness of the national industry in the global arena. Examples of upstream petrochemical industry products include methanol, ethylene, propylene, butadiene, benzene, toluene, xylene, coproduct fuels, petrol pyrolysis, fuel oil pyrolysis, raffinate, and C4 mixtures. The analysis developed is using an Industrial Tree Model and porter's value chain analysis and supply chain analysis. The results of this research are seven points.

This is due to the use of paper media with a long bureaucratic flow so that the cycle time becomes inefficient. This study used business process reengineering, modeling business process in business process modeling notation (BPMN), and supporting research problem analysis used fishbone diagram. The result showed changes in a process flow, job desk, unit elimination, and proposed design of information systems in the form of application software as a solution to the problems studied, so that it is expected to obtain process time efficiency of 65.1% and cycle time of 99.2% of the previous total time.
