Every year, the price of a house changes due to different aspects, so accurately estimating the b... more Every year, the price of a house changes due to different aspects, so accurately estimating the buying and selling price is a problem for real estate agencies. Therefore, the research work aims to build a Machine Learning (ML) model in Azure ML Studio and a web application to predict the buying and selling price of two types of houses: urban and rural houses, according to their characteristics, to minimize the forecast error in prediction. Following the basic stages of machine learning construction, we build the prediction model and the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology to build the web application. As a result, we obtained a model trained with a linear regression algorithm and a predictive ML model with a coefficient of determination of 95% and a web application that consumes the prediction model through an Application Programming Interface (API) that facilitates price prediction to customers. The quality of the prediction system was evaluated by expert judgment; they evaluated efficiency, usability, and functionality. After the calculation, they obtained an average quality of 4.88, which indicates that the quality is very high. In conclusion, the developed prediction system facilitates real estate agencies and their customers the accurate prediction of the price of urban and rural housing, minimizing accuracy errors in price prediction. Benefiting all people interested in the real estate world.

The objective of the review is to analyze the state of adoption of computer security in the healthcare sector and provide valuable knowledge to researchers and health organizations interested in this field of study. An exhaustive search of international and regional articles on computer security in healthcare organizations was conducted using Scopus, Dimensions, and pubMed databases. Preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) statement was used for the selection of articles published between 2018 and 2022. The final number of articles considered is 50. The review explored approaches related to computer security types, mechanisms, and technologies. Early detection is essential to reduce the impact of a condition, and artificial intelligence (AI) and chatbots provide new opportunities to enhance diagnosis. This study evaluates the effectiveness of integrating a chatbot with ChatGPT version GPT-3.5 for the preliminary diagnosis of dengue and its contribution to timely detection. To evaluate this, two types of tests were conducted using a dataset of 30 dengue cases. In the first test, the chatbot was evaluated without being trained with dengue symptoms. In the second test, however, the model was trained using dengue symptoms obtained from official websites such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO). The performance of the chatbot was evaluated using the confusion matrix, performance metrics, and user satisfaction. The results of the second test showed impressive performance, with accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of 100%. This surpassed the first test, which achieved accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of 83%, 80%, and 90%, respectively. In addition, 15 users reported positive satisfaction, with an overall average rating of 4.25 out of 5. In conclusion, these results highlight the effectiveness of the chatbot as a valuable public health tool for the early detection and management of dengue. It is important to note that, despite the remarkable diagnostic results of the chatbot integrated with ChatGPT, it does not replace medical judgment.

This study investigates the implementation, effectiveness, and impact of a unique e-learning syst... more This study investigates the implementation, effectiveness, and impact of a unique e-learning system designed specifically for emergency signs and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) emergency preparedness in marathon events. Our approach introduces the first e-learning system specifically designed for marathon events. It delivers engaging content, including infographic stories, expert lectures, and interactive modules, to provide registered runners with comprehensive knowledge of first aid and emergency signs for CPR. To evaluate the e-learning application, we conducted a comparative experiment during the CMU (Chiang Mai University) marathon with 9,761 participants. We used pre-and post-tests, as well as a survey questionnaire. The results showed significant improvements in participants' CPR knowledge across all educational backgrounds. The integration of e-learning into the registration process contributed to a safer marathon environment, as participants felt more confident in handling emergencies. Approximately 85% of participants expressed a willingness to recommend the e-learning system. This increased confidence among participants in handling emergencies benefits both runners and marathon organizers by enhancing safety measures and emergency response during events. In conclusion, our findings strongly support the integration of e-learning into the registration process for marathon events. Recommendations based on our research include providing comprehensive guidelines for other marathon events, instilling stakeholder confidence, and emphasizing the suitability of e-learning for medium-to largescale events. However, caution is advised for smaller events due to potential complexities and costs. Additionally, we suggest limiting the validity of e-certificates to ensure that participants have up-to-date CPR knowledge.

Currently, computer security or cybersecurity is a relevant aspect in the area of networks and co... more Currently, computer security or cybersecurity is a relevant aspect in the area of networks and communications of a company, therefore, it is important to know the risks and computer security policies that allow a unified management of cyber threats that only seek to affect the reputation or profit from the confidential information of organizations in the business sector. The objective of the research is to conduct a systematic review of the literature through articles published in databases such as Scopus and Dimension. Thus, in order to perform a complete documentary analysis, inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied to evaluate the quality of each article. Then, using a quantitative scale, articles were filtered according to author, period and country of publication, leaving a total of 86 articles from both databases. The methodology used was the one proposed by Kitchenham, and the conclusion reached was that the vast majority of companies do not make a major investment in the purchase of equipment and improvement of information technology (IT) infrastructure, exposing themselves to cyber-attacks that continue to grow every day. This research provides an opportunity for researchers, companies and entrepreneurs to consult so that they can protect their organization's most important assets.

Therefore, the objective of this research is to help families with their welfare and safety and motivate the use of mobile applications. In the present work the situation, task, action, dan result (STAR) methodology was applied to elaborate the present work, this technique will allow improving the difficulties of the people. This methodology is very important because it is used to evaluate the circumstances in which people find themselves, a sequence must be followed to achieve the proposed objectives. The result obtained is an average of 84.5% on the design of the mobile prototype; being approved by the experts. The beneficiaries of the research are citizens through the mobile application.

The objective of the research is to develop a mobile application that allows detecting what type of disease a patient suffers from and maintaining communication with the expert in the field using an expert system such as azure machine learning studio that allows detecting the deadliest diseases. For the development of this research, the rup methodology was applied, which allows the use of different techniques where the necessary activities can be carried out with efficient communication. For the validation of this project, a survey was used for the experts with a questionnaire of questions, giving a positive result in the implementation of this project. The result was an acceptance of 83.3% in a high way in their survey responses. In conclusion, this mobile application was successfully designed, benefiting many people and, above all, preventing dangerous diseases that can even lead to death.

It has been identified that the development of these companies is hindered by deficiencies in this aspect. The central question that guides this research is: How does working capital affect the development of companies in the Malvinas Plaza Shopping Center in Metropolitan Lima? To address this problem, the following hypothesis is formulated: Working capital has a significant influence on the development of companies in the Malvinas Plaza Shopping Center in Metropolitan Lima. Based on this premise, the main objective is to determine the influence of working capital on the development of companies in this specific context. Among the most notable results, it is found that 90% of those surveyed recognize that working capital is crucial for the daily operation of companies in the Malvinas Plaza Shopping Center in Metropolitan Lima, from a financial point of view. In conclusion, the importance of working capital in the development of the companies of the Malvinas Plaza Shopping Center in Metropolitan Lima is confirmed, especially with regard to the management of cash and equivalents, accounts receivable, inventories, current liabilities and capital. of net work.
