This research leads to the object of learning in network-based learning programs application of t... more This research leads to the object of learning in network-based learning programs application of the use of VR in online learning for students in Higher EducationThis research is located in the Education Technology study program, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia. This study focuses on learning theories, learning methods and learning models used in technology to improve learning outcomes in class. This method used explanatory sequential mixed methods research. Field trials were conducted for students, with a total of 12 students and field trials would be conducted for students with a total of 30 people in 2018. Data collection through interviews of 15 students and 3 lecturers for 40 minutes. The results showed that using VR can foster motivation to learn to develop student skills in simulating learning models and learning can be efficient and effective. VR can also enhance students for teaching practices and train students to innovate learning models used in technology.

This study aimed to develop a valid draft clinical supervision web-based model for increasing the... more This study aimed to develop a valid draft clinical supervision web-based model for increasing the professionalism of elementary school teachers who have complete commitment, integrity, and competence in Jakarta, Indonesia. This study used qualitative research. Data was collected through observation and interview. The researcher worked together with three supervisors, five schools, two elementary school head chiefs, and three elementary school teachers. Clinical supervision consists of five phases following a research and development procedure, such as the initial preparation, observation, interpretation, post-observation meeting, and reverse meetings. The supervisor assessed explained clinical supervision web-based model was very effective and efficient considering teachers who had to be fostered in one target area, good communication between supervisors and teachers in the target area, because they could use the website and even upload videos teaching teachers in the classroom.

Data collection was carried out using the Instructional Development Institute model Grabowski. The control class learning outcomes of 40 students get an average value of 73.25, while the experimental class learning outcomes of 40 students get an average value of 83.25. Furthermore, to find out the significance of the differences in learning outcomes between the two classes, a t-test was performed by conducting a normality test and a homogeneity test. Significant value is obtained for the control class of 0.153 and the experimental class of 0.601, so it can be concluded that the data are normally distributed because > 0.05.

This qualitative research collected data through literature study by analyzing 5 research results from various academics in various countries and conducting interviews with 10 youth aged 19-23 years, and 3 counselors. The results of this qualitative study indicate that online counseling makes it easy for youth in expressing the problem in their life. In addition, online counseling has great potential in offering therapy and can be done anywhere. Therefore, clients can minimize transportation costs for face-to-face counseling. Simultaneously, populist movements supported by the World Bank that support neo-liberal projects also develop various political strategies that move at the local level. They move along with the momentum of political decentralization in Indonesia, by carrying the values of good governance. This study shows how women's organizations participate in strengthening democracy in Brebes. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. Data obtained through observation of PEKKA organization activities (Women Headed Family Empowerment) in Brebes, Central Java. Interviews were conducted with PEKKA leaders, administrators and members. The results of this study indicate that strengthening democracy for women in rural areas increases women's active participation in conveying aspirations without discrimination in Brebes and increasing the potential of women to be involved in decisionmaking in village consultations in Brebes.

This quantitative research method is distributed questionnaires to 157 respondents from retail sector in Indonesian. Based on dimensions of new media literacy, the strongest dimension is visualization with the highest average value of 3.40. Visualization enhances entrepreneur innovation in supply chain knowledge management. The results of this study indicate that new media literacy helps consumers on community economy in Indonesia.

College students today are Millennial's Generation (Y Generation) who are very familiar with internet and use in technology. The development of technology provides a challenge for the education system. This qualitative research is carried out using the literature study method, observation and interviews in the subject of learning media in the classroom. In this study lecturers used Google Classroom media. The researcher was worked together with ten students of Pancasila and Civic Education Program and a lecture of learning media in Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia. The interview was conducted after learning media class closing. Data analysis was carried out in two way that was arranged repeatedly and coding of interviews data. Based on the results shows Civic Education through e-learning using Google Classroom has increases students to be able to critical thinking, creative and innovative. The use of Google Classroom also gives freedom to college students in learning activities so that they can create learning media and implement it when practicing teaching at school.

Adjustment of the learning process is made by civic education teachers to build civic disposition in students. The purpose of this study is to describe the learning management in civic education to be achieved more effectively, efficiently, and productively. This study uses a qualitative method. Data was collected by interviews with 14 civic education teachers, 10 senior high school students, and two senior high school principals in Jakarta. Video pembelajaran menjadi salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi yang harus dimiliki guru terutama guru PPKn dalam rangka mendukung suksesnya pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) yang efektif dan efisien. Hal ini dikarenakan materi PPKn yang cenderung tekstual sehingga diperlukan media yang mampu meningkatkan perhatian dan minat belajar peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan dan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 116 guru PPKn SMA di berbagai sekolah yang ada di Indonesia.
