Web 2.0 is a web-based technologies and learning technologies such as blended learning, Instant M... more Web 2.0 is a web-based technologies and learning technologies such as blended learning, Instant Messaging, Video Sharing Sites and Social Networking Sites are being used by university students for education, searching the information, learn new things, access to information, group discussion, entertainment, and for the social interaction to keep in touch with friends. The purpose of this article is to identify the suitable features in blended learning based on the acceptance of the students. The important elements of the interface design include layout, visual design, text, sound and interaction. What if the web 2.0 technologies such as Social Networking Sites, Video Sharing Sites and Instant Messaging be proposed to be as part the features of blended learning and how students accept the technology. Many theories have been proposed to determine the relationship between the technology's acceptances effect and the user. In this research, TAM are used to predict user behavior in Information Technology and TAM can explain on why a user accepts or reject the technology.
