The purpose of this research are (1) to produce innovation products for digital economic modules ... more The purpose of this research are (1) to produce innovation products for digital economic modules based on discovery learning on the subject of utility functions and (2) to know the level of feasibility of digital economic module innovation products based on discovery learning on the subject of utility functions. The development of this learning media is based on the importance of this problem is that with this discovery learning-based digital module innovation, students can be motivated to learn and prepare themselves before learning begins in the classroom, can help students better understand learning materials independently, ease the burden on students because the module does not need purchased in print. The ADDIE model is used in the development of this digital module, which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. From the results of the research that has been done, it turns out that the innovation of the digital microeconomic module based on discovery learning on the subject of utility functions that have been developed has been successfully applied and is feasible to be determined in the learning process.

The population in this study were students of class IV of Public Primary School 026609 of South Binjai which consisted of 2 classes, namely class IV-A of 25 students and class IV-B of 25 students.The population consists of 50 students. The research method used is quasi-experimental. Data was collected using questionnaires and multiple choice tests. Two-way ANAVA is used for data analysis.The results show that:(1) There are differences in the learning outcomes of Social Science by the learning model of IT-media-assisted Team Quiz with the learning model of image-media-assisted Team Quiz, where F-counted = 74.874 and significance level of 0.000 with α = 0.05, so it can be seen that the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) There are differences in learning outcomes by the learning model of IT-media-assisted Team Quiz and the learning model of image-media-assisted Team Quiz based on the level of motivation, where F-counted = 110.966 and significance level of 0.000 are obtained with α = 0.05, so it can be seen that the significance level of 0,000 <0.05; (3) There is an interaction between the learning model of IT-media-assisted Team Quiz and learning motivation in influencing the learning outcomes of Social Science of students in the subtheme of diversity of ethnicity and religion in my country, where F-counted = 22.115 and a significant level of 0.000 with α = 0.05, so it can be seen that the significance level of 0,000 <0.05.

This paper analyses monetary transmission mechanism by using macroeconomic model north Sumatera, ... more This paper analyses monetary transmission mechanism by using macroeconomic model north Sumatera, focusing especially on how the aggregate economy North Sumatera responds changes of interest rate. In this paper, we establish identification conditions macroeconomics model to uncover the effects of monetary policy to aggregate economy North Sumatera Utara. By using semiannual data over the period 2000S1-2015S2 macroeconomics model is developed to analyze various channels of monetary policy mechanism in North Sumatera. The empirical results show the strength and working of the monetary transmission mechanism is highly dependent on the balance-sheet compositions of the central bank, banks, firms and households. In the 3SLS model, changes of interest rate significantly affect the aggregate economic activity in North Sumatra through the mechanism of the magnitude of the elasticity of that occurs.

The problems that arise in this research is how the readiness of teachers targeted to implement the curriculum 2013 of Subjects Social Sciences. This research aims to uncover and analyze the readiness of teachers in the implementation curriculum 2013 of Subjects Social Sciences in 5 Junior High School in Medan City. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Objects in this research is targeted at teachers of 5 Junior High School in Medan City in implementing Curriculum 2013. The level of readiness of teachers obtained through data collection consisted of interviews and observations. Through the interviews with target teachers can known teachers understanding of curriculum 2013 is not optimal, because lack of socialization and training provided to teachers, there is target teacher once followed socialization and training held by the Government, but there are also teachers who have not been at all following the socialization and training, so that teachers understanding of curriculum 2013 is very less, as a result of teachers have not been able to implement Curriculum 2013 in the classroom, thus the results of observation also seen the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in social studies teacher applied in the classroom has not been accomplished in accordance with the expected government, teachers still use the learning process as the old curriculum, this is due the teachers constrained to: (1) management of time, time is very limited cause learning activities are not completed in the specified time, (2) textbooks, most of the schools objectives received textbooks are still very limited, in a table consisting of two students only get one book, the result student is difficult to understand learning materials, (3) assessment process, assessment is the hardest thing experienced teachers in the implementation of Curriculum 2013, assessment should be structured and described making the teacher is constrained in its implementation. From the result interviews and observations of target teachers can known readiness of teachers in the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in social studies was not optimal, because lack of socialization and training given to target teachers.

T... more The Problem of this research is lowering motivation and result of learning student accountancy. This research target is to know that by application model of study Pair Checks using by strategy of Firing Line can improve the motivation and result of learning accountancy student of class XII IS 2 in State SMA 3 Tebing Tinggi of Study Year 2012/2013. The research has been concluded in State SMA 3 Tebing Tinggi at academic year 2012/2013. The subject of research was student class XII IS 2 with 30 students. Technique of collecting data is used by test to know the learning result and motivation questioner of student to see the learning motivation of student during the learning process. The technique of data analysis is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion based on the reduction and data presentation, and correlation test motivation and learning result. The data resulting from questioner of student motivation showed and increase in student activity from first cycle to cycle II. In cycle I gained 7 students or 23,33% for moderate motivation, 23 students or 76,67% for low motivation. While on the second cycle was obtained 25 students or 83,33% for high motivation, 5 students or 16,67% for moderate motivation. Furthermore, the data value of students learning result show that pre test average before action in first cycle score average is 64,67 with 26,67% or 8 students who fulfill KKM. After action in first cycle score average is 78,33 with 40% or 12 students who had get completeness and after action in second cycle, average score that got had upgrading be 82,67 with 80% or 24 students can got completeness the KKM. And from the result test correlation motivation and learning result was obtained rxy = 0,859 which show relation of motivation and learning result, it mean that if there is high motivation, learning result also high. Can be concluded that be application of learning model study Pair Checks using by strategy of Firing Line to improve motivation and test result of student accounting in class XII IS in State 2 SMA 3 Tebing Tinggi of study year 2012/2013 can enhance learning motivation and student learning outcomes. This means that the learning model Pair Checks using by strategy of Firing Line can be used as an alternative in learning accounting.

This research is carried out to identify and analyze the existence of export taxes and facility t... more This research is carried out to identify and analyze the existence of export taxes and facility toward export volume of PT.SMART Tbk Belawan. It is simultaneously tested with the variable of export influence in general such as price level both in domestics and abroad as well as the exchange value. The main problems to be discussed in this research are related to the available of two governmental policies accepted by PT.SMART Tbk Belawan. The two policies are against one and another seen from the objectives. The Bounded Zone Facility means a policy of government for adding the export volume of Indonesia and it is given for the companies oriented to export. Whereas, export taxes is the governmental policy charged to the products which must be limited and controlled related to the export volume such as palm oil and derivative products. PT.SMART Tbk Belawan is initially determined as bounded zone since 2004. For getting clear description regarding the influence of facility, the data in this research uses two quarters from 2000 -2008. It is the data before and after as the bounded zone. The usage on the quarter data and non monthly data because the bounded zone facility is as the place influencing the cash flow of the company, and it is with long term advantages. Based on the result of regression using OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) method with significance value 5% and 10%, it is obtained the result for the domestic and abroad CPO price, exchange value, and the bounded zone facilitates have significant influence to export volume of PT.SMART Tbk Belawan. Whereas for export taxes, it does not have significant influence. The price of abroad CPO, exchange value, and the facility of bounded zone have positive correlation, whereas for the domestics CPO price, it is with negative correlation. The export taxes charging does not have significant influence, whereas bounded zone facilities with significant values to the export volume per quarter of PT SMART Tbk Belawan shows that by the existence of the facility, PT.SMART Tbk is able to increase its production into maximum level and the export bargaining price is more competitive. Hence, even though there is the export taxes, it may control the export volume following the macro economy condition which are more advantages in export market, such as the rising price of world CPO, the reduced price of domestics CPO, and/or the weakened of rupiah exchange value.

By using semiannual data over the period 2000S1-2015S2 macroeconomics model is developed to analyze various channels of monetary policy mechanism in North Sumatera. The empirical results show the strength and working of the monetary transmission mechanism is highly dependent on the balance-sheet compositions of the central bank, banks, firms and households. In the 3SLS model, changes of interest rate significantly affect the aggregate economic activity in North Sumatra through the mechanism of the magnitude of the elasticity of that occurs.

The problems that arise in this research is how the readiness of teachers targeted to implement the curriculum 2013 of Subjects Social Sciences. This research aims to uncover and analyze the readiness of teachers in the implementation curriculum 2013 of Subjects Social Sciences in 5 Junior High School in Medan City. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Objects in this research is targeted at teachers of 5 Junior High School in Medan City in implementing Curriculum 2013. The level of readiness of teachers obtained through data collection consisted of interviews and observations. Through the interviews with target teachers can known teachers understanding of curriculum 2013 is not optimal, because lack of socialization and training provided to teachers, there is target teacher once followed socialization and training held by the Government, but there are also teachers who have not been at all following the socialization and training, so that teachers understanding of curriculum 2013 is very less, as a result of teachers have not been able to implement Curriculum 2013 in the classroom, thus the results of observation also seen the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in social studies teacher applied in the classroom has not been accomplished in accordance with the expected government, teachers still use the learning process as the old curriculum, this is due the teachers constrained to: (1) management of time, time is very limited cause learning activities are not completed in the specified time, (2) textbooks, most of the schools objectives received textbooks are still very limited, in a table consisting of two students only get one book, the result student is difficult to understand learning materials, (3) assessment process, assessment is the hardest thing experienced teachers in the implementation of Curriculum 2013, assessment should be structured and described making the teacher is constrained in its implementation. From the result interviews and observations of target teachers can known readiness of teachers in the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in social studies was not optimal, because lack of socialization and training given to target teachers.

T... more The Problem of this research is lowering motivation and result of learning student accountancy. This research target is to know that by application model of study Pair Checks using by strategy of Firing Line can improve the motivation and result of learning accountancy student of class XII IS 2 in State SMA 3 Tebing Tinggi of Study Year 2012/2013. The research has been concluded in State SMA 3 Tebing Tinggi at academic year 2012/2013. The subject of research was student class XII IS 2 with 30 students. Technique of collecting data is used by test to know the learning result and motivation questioner of student to see the learning motivation of student during the learning process. The technique of data analysis is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion based on the reduction and data presentation, and correlation test motivation and learning result. The data resulting from questioner of student motivation showed and increase in student activity from first cycle to cycle II. In cycle I gained 7 students or 23,33% for moderate motivation, 23 students or 76,67% for low motivation. While on the second cycle was obtained 25 students or 83,33% for high motivation, 5 students or 16,67% for moderate motivation. Furthermore, the data value of students learning result show that pre test average before action in first cycle score average is 64,67 with 26,67% or 8 students who fulfill KKM. After action in first cycle score average is 78,33 with 40% or 12 students who had get completeness and after action in second cycle, average score that got had upgrading be 82,67 with 80% or 24 students can got completeness the KKM. And from the result test correlation motivation and learning result was obtained rxy = 0,859 which show relation of motivation and learning result, it mean that if there is high motivation, learning result also high. Can be concluded that be application of learning model study Pair Checks using by strategy of Firing Line to improve motivation and test result of student accounting in class XII IS in State 2 SMA 3 Tebing Tinggi of study year 2012/2013 can enhance learning motivation and student learning outcomes. This means that the learning model Pair Checks using by strategy of Firing Line can be used as an alternative in learning accounting.

This research is carried out to identify and analyze the existence of export taxes and facility t... more This research is carried out to identify and analyze the existence of export taxes and facility toward export volume of PT.SMART Tbk Belawan. It is simultaneously tested with the variable of export influence in general such as price level both in domestics and abroad as well as the exchange value. The main problems to be discussed in this research are related to the available of two governmental policies accepted by PT.SMART Tbk Belawan. The two policies are against one and another seen from the objectives. The Bounded Zone Facility means a policy of government for adding the export volume of Indonesia and it is given for the companies oriented to export. Whereas, export taxes is the governmental policy charged to the products which must be limited and controlled related to the export volume such as palm oil and derivative products. PT.SMART Tbk Belawan is initially determined as bounded zone since 2004. For getting clear description regarding the influence of facility, the data in this research uses two quarters from 2000 -2008. It is the data before and after as the bounded zone. The usage on the quarter data and non monthly data because the bounded zone facility is as the place influencing the cash flow of the company, and it is with long term advantages. Based on the result of regression using OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) method with significance value 5% and 10%, it is obtained the result for the domestic and abroad CPO price, exchange value, and the bounded zone facilitates have significant influence to export volume of PT.SMART Tbk Belawan. Whereas for export taxes, it does not have significant influence. The price of abroad CPO, exchange value, and the facility of bounded zone have positive correlation, whereas for the domestics CPO price, it is with negative correlation. The export taxes charging does not have significant influence, whereas bounded zone facilities with significant values to the export volume per quarter of PT SMART Tbk Belawan shows that by the existence of the facility, PT.SMART Tbk is able to increase its production into maximum level and the export bargaining price is more competitive. Hence, even though there is the export taxes, it may control the export volume following the macro economy condition which are more advantages in export market, such as the rising price of world CPO, the reduced price of domestics CPO, and/or the weakened of rupiah exchange value.
