This research’s goal is to understand the meaning of profit which is seen from cadger’s side. Cad... more This research’s goal is to understand the meaning of profit which is seen from cadger’s side. Cadger profession become focus because their relation directly between cadger, money, and society. Cadger p rofession, society and "money" is an endless circle. They related to the various circle of life. With Intensionalism Hermeneutic, researchers trying to interpret and explore the meaning of the words in the text or informant of what the language or what is thought by informants. This research concludes that there are three meanings of profit for cadger profession. The first meaning is material profit in the form of deposits or savings that used to cover personal necessity. The second meaning is spiritual profit will be seen from the street cadger’s to keep attention to the command of God to all His commandments. And the third meaning is inner satisfaction profit when can make others happy, even as street vendors still have the opportunity to share. These are the three mea...

The long-term objective of this study is to find a model of assistance for village officials in c... more The long-term objective of this study is to find a model of assistance for village officials in compiling village financial reports in accordance with Permendagri No. 113 of 2014. In the short term, this study wants to find out how the village apparatus in preparing financial statements and what are the constraints in preparing financial statements Village. The method used in this study is to use descriptive quantitative research by collecting financial statement data in 2016 and then analyzed where this financial report will be sought in accordance with Permendagri No. 113 of 2014. The results of this study are the sengonbugel village government has organized a government with use the Village funds budget in accordance with the Permendagri number 113 of 2014. It's just that in the field of administration of the Village administration there is an allowance for the family which has not been regulated in the Permendagri.

Speaking is the basic tool of education and the most important skill in everyday life. However, t... more Speaking is the basic tool of education and the most important skill in everyday life. However, the fact shows that generally many students are inhibited to speak English. Drama can foster language skills such as reading, writing, speaking and listening by creating a suitable context. Drama is a powerful language teaching tool that involves all of the students interactively all of the class period. Drama can also provide the means for connecting students’emotions and cognition as it enables students to take risks with language and experience the connection between thought and action. The objective of the study isinvestigating the effect of using drama technique in teaching speaking skill.The study employed a quantitative method, with quasi experimental design with non- equivalent control group. Generally, people want to be able to speak their main and express their ideas fluently, but it`s ... more Generally, people want to be able to speak their main and express their ideas fluently, but it`s not an easy way to make it comes true. There were many times when they keep silent for knowing nothing what they want to speak. Through this research, the writer attempt to analyze brainstorming effectiveness in speaking to make them speak up. This research is aimed to give us a brief experimental of the speaking ability of the first semester students of Economic and Business Faculty UNISNU Jepara overcome their form and express their ideas in speaking. After the data were analyzed, it can be seen from the result that brain storming is should help the students, overcome their form and express their ideas in speaking that is 85% and average score 80,95 and without using brainstorming is 65% and average score 75,94. However, it`s suggested that it is better for applying brainstorming at the earliest level.
