Reservoir monitoring usually uses conventional means such as recording the pole leveling height at a certain time, using large ships with the sounding method and determining the position and depth by utilizing total stations with intersection method measurements. However, such conventional methods require a lot of manpower, a significant period of time, a lot of equipment, and, more often than not, yielding in results that cannot be used to depict the real condition of the corresponding reservoir. This paper uses bathymetric and aerial photographic data to construct land and water topography, the state of the reservoir, and a 3D model of the reservoir, which later can be used as the basis for volume and sedimentation analyses. Dense point clouds of the inspected object surface are of typical data required and their accuracies are also become more demanding. Deriving these data are off particular interest of this paper instead we work on overlapping images for generating those ones. An imaging geometry of stereo images is exploited further to reveal some drawbacks of the normalized stereo imaging configurations. We utilize a photogrammetric collinearity condition to model physical reality of the imaging process. However, since burgeoning off-the-shelf cameras mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) are commonly utilized for photographing such boundaries, unreliable and unstable intrinsic parameters of these non-metric cameras impede good quality orthophoto productions. This paper presents an alternative method to measure the boundaries reliably without an existence of the orthophoto. A degraded quality of the orthophoto can be circumvented by our newly proposed method so called direct visual referencing. This method comprises two stages. The first step is to perform on the fly camera calibration to minimize instabilities of the intrinsic components of the non-metric camera. Differences in the choice of focal length in shooting can affect the resulting photo. The resulting photo may differ from how much of the object is captured and may suffer distortion due to different selections of the focal length. The purpose of this study is to show the magnitude of the effect of focal length variation in making a three-dimensional model based on the comparison of the results of the three-dimensional model visualization, the comparison of the results of geometric accuracy based on the independent checkpoint coordinate data, and the comparison of the distance results between retro targets. In such condition, it is impossible to maintain the camera optical axis truly vertical while it is directed downward to the ground. Unavoidable aircraft tilts causes captured images to be exposed with the camera axis tilted slightly from vertical. This study aims to compare convergent, normal, and combined shooting using drones with close-range photogrammetry methods. In the CRP technique, shooting is carried out using the DJI Phantom 4 Pro Drone with convergent and normal shooting techniques and a combination of both shots. Convergent shooting is done by positioning the drone centered on one point by forming a cone against the bridge object with an angle ranging from 40-90 degrees. While shooting normally is done by positioning the drone by facing a straight line against the object. Kekeringan lahan mengakibatkan aktivitas pertanian terganggu karena pasokan air terhambat. Salah satu kabupaten yang mengalami kekeringan lahan adalah Kabupaten Lamongan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi wilayah yang mengalami kekeringan lahan di Kabupaten Lamongan agar dampak kekeringan dapat diminimalisir. Metode identifikasi kekeringan lahan yang digunakan berdasarkan pengolahan data penginderaan jauh, yaitu memanfaatkan data citra satelit Landsat 8 saluran 4 (merah), saluran 5 (Near InfraRed/ NIR), dan saluran 6 (Short Wavelength InfraRed/ SWIR). Technology transfer is a way to improve technology capability, especially for Small to Medium Ent... more Technology transfer is a way to improve technology capability, especially for Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Emerging Economies such as in Indonesia. SMEs are often thought to have insufficient resources for advancing their in-house technology development. Therefore, SMEs need technology transfer programs to increase their technology capability. Government, Business, Universities have been involved in technology transfer program in this country. Using data from about 200 Javanese metal-based SMEs, this paper discovers the technology transfer program from Government, Business, Universities in advancing the SMEs technology capability in Indonesia. The results show that substantial numbers of small to medium enterprises are actively involved in technology transfer programs.

In contrast, non-metric cameras are characterized by unstable intrinsic parameters over the times and they are vulnerable to the engine and other vibrations during flight data acquisitions. These orthorectified images have been resampled from the original ones that may have been prepared from a DTM which does not accurately model the surface. Meanwhile, some proprietary software such as Agisoft utilizes spatially dense 3D point clouds that are generated from a so called Structure from Motion technique to generate the orthophoto. The software provides a black-box method to regard these clouds as DSM, and it utilizes this surface model to project pixels from the original images. This study aims to compare convergent, normal, and combined shooting using drones with close-range photogrammetry methods. In the CRP technique, shooting is carried out using the DJI Phantom 4 Pro Drone with convergent and normal shooting techniques and a combination of both shots. Convergent shooting is done by positioning the drone centered on one point by forming a cone against the bridge object with an angle ranging from 40-90 degrees. While shooting normally is done by positioning the drone by facing a straight line against the object. SMEs are often thought to have insufficient resources for advancing their in-house technology development. Therefore, SMEs need technology transfer programs to increase their technology capability. Government, Business, Universities have been involved in technology transfer program in this country. Using data from about 200 Javanese metal-based SMEs, this paper discovers the technology transfer program from Government, Business, Universities in advancing the SMEs technology capability in Indonesia. The results show that substantial numbers of small to medium enterprises are actively involved in technology transfer programs.

These orthorectified images have been resampled from the original ones that may have been prepared from a DTM which does not accurately model the surface. Meanwhile, some proprietary software such as Agisoft utilizes spatially dense 3D point clouds that are generated from a so called Structure from Motion technique to generate the orthophoto. The software provides a black-box method to regard these clouds as DSM, and it utilizes this surface model to project pixels from the original images.
