Therefore, the community service of UIN Suska Riau in collaboration with Majelias Taklim Salimah Pekanbaru provide alternative strategies in waste management by educating citizens through the establishment of a waste bank that is integrated with the 4R principle, can build community awareness so that they can 'make friends with waste, and to benefit socially , economy and environment from sorting garbage that is saved to a garbage bank. The waste bank counseling program is focused on housewives because the community women in the Limbungan sub-district in Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. Oleh karena itu, pengabdi UIN Suska Riau bekerjsama dengan Majelias Taklim Salimah Pekanbaru memberikan alternatif strategi dalam pengelolaan sampah dengan edukasi warga melalui pembentukan bank sampah yang diintegrasikan dengan prinsip 4R, dapat membangun kepedulian masyarakat agar dapat ‘berkawan dengan sampah, serta untuk mendapatkan manfaat secara sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan dari pemilahan sampah yang ditabung ke bank sampah. Program penyuluhan bank sampah ini fokus untuk ibu ibu rumah tangga karena ibu masyarakat kelurahan limbungan di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru Propinsi Riau. Thus, developing chemistry pocket book teaching material with Green Chemistry oriented Chemo-Entrepreneurship approach on Acid Base Lesson was designed in this research. 4-D development model was used in this research until Develop stage. The subjects of this research were a media expert lecturer, a material expert teacher, 2 Senior High School teachers for media practicality test, and 10 students at State Senior High School 4 Pekanbaru for knowing the response to the media. Data collected in this research were in the forms of interview and questionnaire. Instruments of collecting data were validity and response questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. It was Research and Development (R&D) research that implemented Borg and Gall Development model. It was administered at the eleventh-grade students of MIPA 1 of State Senior High School 1 Kampar. The instruments of collecting the data were validity test questionnaire by the experts, teacher practicality test questionnaire, and student response questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by using Descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The module could be stated appropriate, if it passed validity and practicality aspects. The validity result of chemistry module by 2 media experts and a material expert was 87.09% and it was on very valid category.
