Methods This study uses a cross-sectional method to collect data from 397 personnel at three Jordanian telecom enterprises. The Smart-PLS application assisted with structural equation modeling, which was used to examine the data. Results The findings show that TMP and POS have large and favorable effects on EP and OP, with TMP having a particularly strong influence on POS. The interplay of TMP and POS has a significant favorable influence on EP and OP, with POS acting as a mediator between TMP and both EP and OP. These results advance the comprehension of theories of RBV and organizational support by illuminating the relationship and relevance of TMP and POS in the setting of Jordanian telecommunications enterprises. Conclusion The study provides HR managers with practical insights into improving EP and OP by optimizing TMP and POS strategies. Recognizing the constraints of the cross-sectional methodology and self-reported assessments, the study recommends further studies to investigate the causal and longitudinal effects of TMP and POS on EP and OP and the mediating mechanisms of these interactions.

Nature: This study was absolutely quantitative and descriptive in nature. Data collection procedure: Primary data sought through instrument (close-ended questionnaire) on 7-point Likert scale. Population & Sample: First Line Managers (FLMs) were targeted for data collection, who were considered as the target population of the current study. A sample of 100 FLMs were taken into consideration for descriptive analysis through convenience sampling. Data analysis tools: SPSS was used for descriptive analysis which including response rate of the survey, Demographic profile of the participants, Cronbach's Alpha (CBA), Mean, Standard Deviation (SD), Corrected Item Total Correlation (CITC) and Cronbach's Alpha If Item Deleted (CBAIID). Eventually, Factor Analysis (FA) measured by PLS-SEM. Results: All factors and items measured significant and qualified to attain set threshold values of CBA, Mean, SD, CITC, CBAIID and FA except OI-1, OI-3, OI-5 and OI-7. Therefore, considered good fit for further testing for the main study. Conclusions: Four items were considered to be revised or revisited out of thirty. However, all other items were taken into consideration for further testing to complete the main study. Future research directions: This instrument was considered to be equally important for other sectors to collect the data and determine relationships between factors such as TL, OC and OI. A new factor can add further value in it.

This study also examined the mediating effect of Organizational Innovation (OI). Nature approach and philosophy: This study was purely quantitative and cross-sectional by using the positivist philosophy and deductive approach. Data collection: Data sought by close-ended questionnaire using simple random sampling technique. Population sample and sampling technique: A sum of 350 instruments delivered to Managers and Assistant Managers, who were working in 16 commercial banks based in Amman, Jordan, out of that 247 instruments considered fit for making data analysis and interpretation.

This study was quantitative & cross-sectional by using the deductive approach and positivist philosophy. Primary data acquired through instrument based on close-ended questions. There were five relevant range of choices for agreement and disagreement. Data acquired by simple random sampling that is component of probability sampling from the target population. A total of 352 Managers and Assistant Managers were identified as the sample size out of 3500 total population at margin of error 5% and confidence level 95%. (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970). Data analyzed and interpreted by SPSS and PLS-SEM. Descriptive analysis performed by SPSS and model measurement and verification performed by PLS-SEM. There were 5-objectives that were accomplished by developing & testing 5-hypotheses. All direct relationships tested positive and significant amid independent & dependent variables. The study approved mediating role between CA, SF and CM.

Since, conceptual model portrayed mediation, thus this study also examined the mediation effect between OC, TL and OI. This study was absolutely quantitative and explanatory with deductive approach to develop and test hypotheses based on the conceptual model followed by the positivist philosophy which is usually used in quantitative studies. Data sought through instrument (close-ended questionnaire) on seven point Likert scale from First Line Managers (FLMs) of private banks of Sindh. A sum of 107 close-ended questionnaires distributed among FLMs through convenience sampling out of which 100 received back for final data analysis. Two tools used for data analysis i-e, SPSS and PLS-SEM. Two conceptual models developed to test the relationships between factors. Direct effects model and specific indirect effects model. All direct relationships tested and approved through direct effects model and medication effect tested and approved through specific indirect effects model. Study revealed significant results particularly for private banks of Sindh which can be further corroborated while conducting the similar study in any other sector of the Sindh province.
