The purpose of this research is to design and evaluate the application of knowledge management us... more The purpose of this research is to design and evaluate the application of knowledge management using knowledge management system application based on technology acceptance model method in Education Division of PT. Yasiga Sarana Utama so that the quality of acceptance knowledge management system by the user runs well, With the hope to facilitate the performance of employees so as to improve the quality of sharing knowledge corporate culture. The research methods used include analytical methods (surveys of ongoing systems, observations on enterprise environments within the scope of the network, interviews with company staff and literature studies) and knowledge management system design methods, where knowledge management system is evaluated for performance and acceptability through method of technology acceptance model. The result of the research is the implementation of knowledge management system and the evaluation result using technology acceptance model method to measure the level of user acceptance. The conclusion of this research is by using knowledge management system and implementation of sharing knowledge culture, knowledge management and the use of knowledge management system owned by organization become more effective and efficient.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika deng... more ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI berbantuan LKPD berbasis Saintifik. Jenis penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui nilai tes hasil belajar siswa setiap siklus. Instrumen hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI berbantuan LKPD berbasis Saintifik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII.2 SMPN 4 Kota Bengkulu Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII.2 SMP Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu tahun ajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 35 orang terdiri dari 15 peserta didik laki-laki dan 20 peserta didik perempuan.
