Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between workplace spirituality, work-family... more Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between workplace spirituality, work-family conflict, loneliness in the workplace, and the intention to stay among women employees in the Indonesian manufacturing industry. It is important to understand the factors that increase employees' intention to stay as an essential resource for the company's survival. Design/methodology/approach: Women employees were selected as the study object due to their unique roles, perspectives on work and family, and emotional sensitivity. This study was conducted with a sample of 300 women employees manufacturing in Indonesia and used the Smart-PLS analysis method. Findings: The results showed that workplace spirituality positively and significantly impacted the intention to stay but had a negative and significant effect on work-family conflict and loneliness at work. The data presented in this study used the Scopus database and were visualized using the VOSviewer. The data collected were obtained by searching with the keywords "(TITLE-ABS-KEY (deradicalization) OR TITLE-ABS-KEY (deradicalisation) OR TITLE-ABS-KEY (counter-terrorism") AND TITLE-ABS-KEY (Indonesia)". This study aims to determine: (1) the number of documents; (2) the number of documents by the author; (3) the number of documents by affiliation; (4) the number of documents by country; (5) documents based on the subject area, (6) documentation based on the type of research, (7) co-occurrence and (8) co-author. The results of this study indicated that there were 262 documents discussing deradicalization in Indonesia from 1980 to 2022. The Islamic University of Indonesia became the most dominating university in writing articles on deradicalization and efforts to prevent the acts of terrorism. This showed that scholars actively study the theorizing and deradicalization issues in Indonesia. The highest publication was found in 2021 with 38 documents. Gunaratna, R became the author who has mostly discussed the deradicalization program in Indonesia with six documents. Most authors published articles; 68.7% of them do so, and 48.4% do so in the study of social science and political science.

Social Media and Terrorism are often studied together and have become the focus of many authors i... more Social Media and Terrorism are often studied together and have become the focus of many authors in recent years. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate international publication trends on social media and terrorism, using the Scopus database through bibliometric analysis from 2009 to 2022. Data visualization and analysis were conducted using Microsoft Excel and VOSviewer. The results showed that the international publications trend reached a peak in 2018, with 103 publications emphasizing various topics, such as social media, terrorism, Twitter, terrorist attacks, and several issues related to terrorist activities and digital platforms. The United States was also the most common country of publication with the highest number of affiliated authors. In addition, the authors with the most published documents were Tsikrika T. and Vrochidis S., with the majority of reports prioritizing social sciences. Data were obtained from the Scopus database using the keywords "terrorism", "terrorist", "terror", and "Indonesia". Data Analysis. This research was conducted on the workforce of the Lumajang Islamic Hospital with a total of 68 respondents. Sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique and data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that Islamic leadership has an effect on employee performance, Islamic leadership has an effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance, and Islamic leadership has a role in mediating job satisfaction on employee performance.

Hal ini didasari karena adanya jumlah PPh yang terpulihkan pada periode akan datang sebagai akibat dari adanya perbedaan temporer yang dikurangkan dari beban dalam perhitungan laba fiskal dan sisa kompensasi kerugian. Semakin naik aset pajak tangguhan, maka earning management yang dilaku kan oleh manajemen perusahaan semakin tinggi. Beban pajak tangguhan tidak berpengaruh terhadap earning management disebabkan beban pajak tangguhan tidak dapat mendeteksi perusahaan dalam melakukan earning management. Apabila perusahaan menurunkan labanya, maka akan berpengaruh terhadap beban pajak tangguhan kecil. Sehingga, mendeteksi earning management dalam perusahaan melalui beban pajak tangguhan tidak efektif karena beban pajak tangguhan tidak dapat menggambarkan bahwa perusahaan tersebut melakukan earning management.

A total of 107 questionnaires have been distributed to the Muslim entrepreneur community in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Data analysis using Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic Leadership can improve the practice of Islamic Organizational Culture and this can encourage increased performance. The application of Islamic Leadership can increase Islamic Spirituality and this can encourage increased performance and the application of Islamic Leadership can increase Islamic Performance. The total of 138 questionnaires was distributed to the employee of Muslim restaurants in East Java, Indonesia. The data is analyzed by using Smart-PLS and Sobel. The results show that Islamic values are proven to increase the employee satisfaction and performance. The business implication of this study is management need to ensure that the employees are actively involved in the application of moral and Islamic values in their workplace with the support of the leader. Islamic values in this case are Islamic work ethics, Islamic leadership and Islamic job satisfaction.

The Sample are 76 women employees that work at M2M and D’Mriah restaurant. Data analysis used Smart-PLS and Sobel as a mediation test. Result of this research showed there are positif and significant relationship between Islamic work ethic and Islamic work satisfaction, Islamic work ethic to affective commitment also Islamic work ethic to affective commitment through Islamic work satisfaction. Employees who implementing islmaic work ethic will fell satisfaction higher and this will increase affective commitment to organization. Effect Islamic work ethic directly to affective commitment higher than through Islamic work satisfaction.
