Subject to the provisions of Article 2 paragraph (2) of Law Number. 37 Year 2004 jo Government Regulation Number. 17 Year 2000 stipulates that the Attorney General as one of the parties who may file for bankruptcy, with the requirements to be met is that no other party has submitted similar applications in the public interest. Kompilasi Hukum Islam pun tidak memberikan kedudukan yang jelas terhadap keberadaan anak zina mengenai kewarisan anak zina. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Teori Keadilan terhadap kedudukan Anak Zina dalam Hukum Islam dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam tentang kewarisannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif empiris. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara deskriptif analitis. pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penerapan Kompilasi Hukum Islam tidak memberi solusi terhadap kewarisan anak zina. Negara dituntut untuk menyelesaikan dinamika masalah dengan cepat dan tepat dengan memutuskan suatu kebijakan politik hukum walaupun terjadi kekosongan hukum. Legal protection of the Bajapuik marriage tradition needs to be done as an effort to preserve and... more Legal protection of the Bajapuik marriage tradition needs to be done as an effort to preserve and sustain Indonesian culture and in order to realize the cultural resilience of the Pariaman community. The protection referred to here is the substance and form of legal protection provided by the Regional Government in accordance with the mandate of the Regional Government Law and the Law on the Promotion of Culture. Globalization can have a negative impact on the Bajapuik marriage tradition. This happens because of the development of human thought, increasingly rapid technology, and economic principles that are used by the Pariaman community in their lives in West Sumatra. That is why it is necessary to build the concept of protection to maintain the existence of the Bajapuik marriage tradition so that it does not disappear as the local wisdom of the Pariaman community. Background Epidermal growth factor (EGF) is a multifunctional polypeptide, which could be utilize... more Background Epidermal growth factor (EGF) is a multifunctional polypeptide, which could be utilized to solve problems in the industry such as increasing growth performance of commercial broilers or enhancing resistance to diseases under adverse conditions. Thus far, very few studies have focused on the gallus epidermal growth factor (gEGF) despite the availability of a plethora of studies on mammalian EGF. The aim of this study was to express gallus epidermal growth factor (gEGF) using a food-grade Lactococcus lactis expression system and to investigate its biological effects on broiler chickens. Results A recombinant Lactococcus lactis producing the secretary form of bioactive gEGF at 2.67 μg/ml in culture supernatant was generated. In vitro testing denoted that gEGF promoted the proliferation of UMNSAH/DF-1 cells.
