This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs ... more This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs and the role of business innovation as a mediating variable. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Research variables include entrepreneurial orientation, business innovation, and the performance of MSMEs. This study reached all the people who owned MSMEs in Pujon Kidul Village with a sample size of 65 people. Data was obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation does not have a direct influence on the performance of MSMEs with a significance value of 0.35. The effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs mediated by business innovation has a significance value of <0.

Perdagangan barang dan jasa, serta aliran modal dan dana antar negara selalu menimbulkan pertukaran valuta asing antar negara. Fluktasi nilai tukar valuta asing tidak saja berpotensi memberikan dampak negatif terhadap arus kas maupun nilai perusahaan ( firm value ), tetapi juga dapat mengancam kelangsungan hidup perusahaan yang mempunyai eksposur valuta asing. The process of situation analysis and identification of problems with service partners was carried out on March 3, 2021. Based on the situation analysis process, the service found that entrepreneurship subject activities at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang still need to be readjusted related to business details that must be built when setting up a business. Because of this need, we as a servant answer this by providing assistance with entrepreneurship learning methods with the canvas business model method. This study aims to analyze the capital structure, firm value in the go public automotive and comp... more This study aims to analyze the capital structure, firm value in the go public automotive and component sectors as well as the effect of capital structure on firm value. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The sample used is 9 companies taken using the purposive sampling method. The Independent variable is proxied by DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) and PBV (Price to Book Ratio). The results of the analysis show that the variables of capital structure and firm value have a significant negative effect. This means that a decrease in the capital structure will increase firm value.

Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana menanggulangi kemiskinan melalui sinergi ekonomi islam. Ekonomi Islam secara implementatif memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu bagaimana mensejahterakan msayarakat dan menegakkan keadilan ekonomi. Masing-masing sudah berjalan dan ada pada msayarakat sebagai suatu kenyataan dan jawaban alternatif dari sistem ekonomi kapitalis yang gagal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel memakai simple random sampling oleh karena keserupaan populasi (Mahasiswa jurusan manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang angkatan 2016, yakni mahasiswa yang baru saja selesai menempuh matakuliah matematika ekonomi di semester 1). Hasil regresi menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 57,2%, artinya hubungan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen cukup kuat atau erat, dan nilai signifikansinya p = 0.00 < α = 0.05. The main goals of this paper is to explore (1) the influence of firm's ethical value to ethical l... more The main goals of this paper is to explore (1) the influence of firm's ethical value to ethical leadership and organizational commitment, (2) the influence of ethical leadership to organizational commitment, and (3) the impact of religiosity as a moderating variable to the relationship of ethical leadership toward organizational commitment on Syariah Banks in Pasuruan and Probolinggo City, Indonesia. This study is an explanatory research that held by quantitative method. To collect the data a survey using questionnaire as an instrument of the research was filled out by 109 respondents as the research's sample. The population of this research is the employees of both the state-owned enterprises and private Syariah Banks in Pasuruan and Probolinggo city. The population involve all the permanent employees besides the top level manager of those Syariah Banks. Data obtained from the questionnaire was analysed with Partial Least Square method. This study found that firm's ethical value has significant influence toward ethical leadership and ethical leadership has significant influence toward organizational commitment, but firm's ethical value has found no significant relationship to organizational commitment. This study also found that religiosity be able to mediate the indirect relationship between ethical leadership and employee's organizational commitment. This paper give contribution to the firms that religiosity has a moderating effect that can improve the relationship between ethical leadership toward organizational commitment.

In the development of Islamic banking there are still some challenges to be solved especially for a small market share, lack of human resources, and the lack of product development.

The purpose of this study is to describe a business model that can be applied to the SMEs during ... more The purpose of this study is to describe a business model that can be applied to the SMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic with Business Model Canvas approach so that SMEs can survive (Business Resilience). This research uses a qualitative method, with literature studies taken from several sources both printed and electronic media, books, and research results accessed from various electronic journals. The data analysis used is content meta-analysis through an interactive procedure consisting of four stages: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The business model that can be applied to SMEs is the Business Model Canvas. Three important elements of business resilience are product excellence, people behavior, and process reliability, Business resilience is supported by digital transformation. Digital transformation exists when new digital skills emerge and digital tools are adopted. The right digitalization strategy is needed in achieving business goals and developing SME products or services to be more competitive. Competitive advantage is related to cultural diversity, plurality, and social motivation. In the process of digital transformation, the correct digital infrastructure testing is required. By using the appropriate technology for system resilience, a business can carry out its digital transformation and create digital resilience.
