Opposed to the knowledge-based and token-based security systems, cutting-edge biometrics-based identification systems offer higher security and less probability of spoofing. The need of biometric systems is increasing in day-to-day activities due to its ease of use by common people, e.g. in attendance system of organizations, citizenship proof, door lock for high security zones etc. The financial sectors, government, reservation systems are adopting biometric technologies for ensuring security in their own domains and to maintain signed activity log of every individual. This process requires management of big database and a distributed architecture so that users can remotely access and get responses from the biometric authentication device on Cloud.

However the success of a group depends on the attitude of the group members. Hence, this study assessed how personality traits affect group performance of Academic staff Union of Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba Akoko, Ondo state. A cross-sectional survey research design was used in carrying out this study and data were gathered from primary source. the population of the study consist of the total lecturers in Adekunle Ajasin University that belong to ASUU which is 431 staff while the sample size of the study was derived using Taro Yamane formula and this amounted to 207 staff. Purposive sampling technique was used in selecting the sample. The results revealed that the predictor variables (openness to experience, Neuroticism, Extraversions, Agreeableness and Conscientiousness) were individually statistically significant to group performance, and so the overall effect of personality trait on group performance was significant (F= 15.055, p<0.00).Based on the findings, it is recommended that organisation should give a reasonable attention to personality trait because it's the trait exhibited by individual that has an influence in the performance of the success of the group.

Using a qualitative approach to elicit information, the study used Focus Group Method to collect primary data that was used. This focus group session was conducted wherein an in-dept discussion took place. The researcher was the moderator and each participant are chosen Purposefully from the management team of Cococola Bottling Company plc Ilorin to answer the questions on how the artificial berries are created and why it is preferred as a competitive tool. Content analysis was employed to analysis the information gathered. The finding, among others stated that the use of artificial switching barriers can strangulate emerging competitive product and since the competitors are already restricted in the outlets conceded. The paper concludes that policy makers should see an opportunity to enforce some special tax on exclusivity to discourage interested companies and encourage fair competition.

The technology requirement needs to be carefully thought out to develop a single source of customer information that is interactive, fully integrated and enterprise wide and to ensure the use of innovative technology to support customer channels and delivery of value. As a result of the above, this paper tends to appraise the effectiveness of the CRM technology using seven-up Bottling company Apapa, Lagos as a case study This takes into consideration that CRM is organization specific. The study uses a five point liket scale to elicit information from salesmen. The study collected data from 45 respondents as uses simple frequency distribution analysis. The study concludes that efforts should be made to first establish sales as Marketing process and strategies that would support customers' strategy before we talk on the appropriateness of the technology.

The bounds test revealed that there exists a long-run relation between real output, money supply, interest rate and exchange rate when the price and financial deepening variables were the dependent variables. However, reverse cointegration relationships were not found when real output, money supply, government expenditure, exchange rate, interest rate and trade openness were the dependent variables. This study finds feedback effect from the short run dynamics between government spending and money supply, trade openness and government spending, trade openness and real output, trade openness and financial deepening, real output and financial deepening, and finally financial deepening and nominal effective exchange rate. Furthermore, the short run dynamics revealed a unidirectional causality from money supply to inflation, from government spending to exchange rate and to financial deepening, and from interest rate to financial deepening. The policy implication that can be deduced from the above findings are: Interest rate will not serve as an efficient intermediate target for the monetary policy; policy should be geared towards promotion of international trade and financial development; government spending should be checked especially extra budgetary spending in order to reduce money in circulation and subsequently control inflationary tendency in the economy.

Hence, this study looks at customer’s purchase expectations and actions to GSM offerings in Ondo State. To achieve the objective above, this study employs a survey research design. A sample of 385 respondents was selected using multistage sampling, out of a population of about 906,557. The result confirmed that 85% of the GSM subscribers cannot guarantee adequate satisfaction with the quality of services with only one network, hence they use more than one network at the same time, switching over to the next each time they have the problem with one network. Secondly, the study finds that network accessibility has the highest customer’s expectations or satisfaction being met; followed by ease of obtaining call cards. Though tariff cost, network quality and bonus do not count much on expectation ...

Specifically, it looks at whether organizational culture (OC) has an interceding impact on the TQM-SMEs performance relationship. Established on the literature review of TQM, OC and SMEs performance, the theoretical model for this investigation was formed. A self-controlled survey was utilized to gather information from the SMEs owners-managers in the South-western region of Nigeria. In determining the relationship, SEM-PLS 3.0 was utilized. Measurable results add to the literature by showing a positive direct impact of TQM and OC on SMEs' performance, and a critical and positive aberrant impact of TQM on SMEs' performance through OC. The quantitative cross-sectional research configuration explored an example of assembling SMEs. Subjective methods or a contextual investigation approach for additional data examination could be utilized for subsequent research. The results of this exploration give awareness into SMEs' owners-managers in the present unique manufacturing setting, concentrating on TQM as an instrument for improving their performance. The outcomes can help SMEs by giving direction with regards to the OC, on account of its impact on the effective execution of TQM, in this way improving the dimension of performance. The examination expands the TQM literature with an extensive comprehension of TQM from the point of view of SMEs in Nigeria. It fills the void in observational examinations that research the joint impact of TQM and OC on SMEs' performance.
