Forensic science is a dynamic field of knowledge and skills which can be highly helpful and useful for criminal investigation. Forensic science applies technical skills to detect, identify and prosecute offenders. The application and awareness of forensic science is growing in Law Enforcement Agencies in Pakistan. The Police in Sindh province is a mix of the human resource having different levels of education and exposure to training besides variant thinking patterns and perceptions. The force with better education and training feel that forensic science is inevitable for successful criminal investigation. The traditional thinking police is totally unaware about role of new technology in helping investigators. The 81% of respondents were satisfied from police knowledge of forensic techniques. The 19% opined police has poor forensic knowledge and skills. The future of forensic science in Sindh depends on overcoming the constraints and strengthening the developmental factors. The constraints are orthodox attitudes, lack of implementation, lack of funds, and lack of training staff, equipment and laboratories. Forensic science-investigation is possible if police adopts new professional culture, ethics of professionalism, scientific methods & tools, merit-based recruitment and promotion, discouraging political interference, enhancing training inputs and establishing the forensic laboratories.

The research being descriptive in nature is based on Primary as well as Secondary data. Structured and standard Questionnaire based on motivatorshygiene has been used for data collection. The respondents (retail executive) respondents were contacted through online Google form and questionnaires were distributed by the researcher personally. The final sample size was 180. Factor analysis is the main statistical tool used to identify underlying variables, or factors, that explain the pattern of correlations within a set of given variables. Researcher has used Principal component method of extraction. The KMO Test was carried out for finding sampling adequacy and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity was carried along with approx. Chi-Square test to test the hypothesis. It is identified from the analysis that out of the eight factors six factors are hygiene factors. Out of these six hygiene factors 3 are money based-Monetary gains attracts, Pay Satisfaction and Love of Money. The results have showed that hygiene factors dominated over motivators in terms of job satisfaction (retail executives in NCR.). The data was collected using questionnaires that were distributed to the managerial level's employees of specified organizations. The research Intended to identify how these variables interrelate at the bi variate and multivariate levels. Analysis was doneby applying various bi-variate & multi variate analysis tools. Results show that innovation strategy choices differ substantially across firms with distinct business strategies and that business strategy influences the strength of the relationship between firm performance and specific innovation strategy. This is the first study examining the moderating role of business strategy on establishing the relationship between innovation strategy and firm's performance in Indian context.

The purpose of this study was to compare results of L-THIA model and ARIMA models in Namrood sub-basin located in the Hablehrood watershed. At first, land use changes were studied from the years till that showed increase in agricultural lands and expansion of cities and roads. Then, using L-THIA model for both land use categories, the amount of pollutant and the volume of runoff were calculated that showed high growth. In the end, using ARIMA models were estimated water quality parameters for years. Among the different ARIMA models, a model with a lowest error and akaike (AIC) criterion was selected as an optimal model for TDS, total of cations and anions. Desirable models for TDS, total of cations and anions were (), (,) and (,), respectively. The end, diagrams of Trend Analysis and Time Series were performed for three parameters that indicated high growth in amount of pollutant. The results showed efficiency of time series modeling in water resources studies in order to forecast water quality parameters.

For healthcare settings, these are important matters to consider due to the fact that the service is delivered thoroughly by healthcare workers to the patients. Therefore, attitudes and perceptions of the employees can influence how they deliver the service. The aim of this study was to evaluate healthcare employees' perceptions of organizational climate and test the hypothesized impact of organizational climate on organizational commitment and perceived organizational performance. Methods: The study adopted a quantitative approach, by collecting data from the healthcare workers currently employed in public hospitals in North Cyprus, utilizing a self-administered questionnaire. Collected data was analyzed with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences, and ANOVA and Linear Regression analyses were used to test the hypothesis. Results: Results revealed that organizational climate is highly correlated with organizational commitment and perceived organizational performance. Simple linear regression outcomes indicated that organizational climate is significant in predicting organizational commitment and perceived organizational performance. Conclusions: There was a positive and linear relationship between organizational climate with organizational commitment and perceived organizational performance. Results from the regression analysis suggested that organizational climate has an impact on predicting organizational commitment and perceived organizational performance of the employees in public hospitals of North Cyprus. Organizational climate was found to be statistically significant in determining the organizational commitment of the employees. The results of the study provided some critical issues regarding the relationship of three concepts in the study. According to the findings, if the organizational climate scores of the employees are high, organizational commitment scores of the employees are high at the same time. In other words, if the employees in public hospitals of North Cyprus perceive the organizational climate in a positive way, they will have higher levels of organizational commitment. Findings suggested that organizational climate is an important factor in healthcare settings in terms of employee commitment and how employees perceive organizational performance, which would lead to significant results about the provision of service in healthcare organizations.
