Nursing service satisfaction is obtained from consumer assessments regarding the quality and performance of the benefits received from products or services. Quality nursing services can be realized through the provision of nursing care based on the caring behavior of nurses. Caring behavior must always be carried out by nurses in all conditions, even during the current COVID-19 pandemic situation. This paper aims to determine the benefit of Healing Garden for the patients in the hospital and to produce evidence that Healing Garden relates to the positive experiences of the patients and contributes to their feeling of well-being. Method: The study utilized An Integrative Literature Review of Literatures through EBSCO, ProQuest, and Google Scholar. The articles searched were within 10 years, starting in 2007 until 2017 using the following terms for Boolean Search: “Healing Garden AND/OR Healing environment AND Hospital”. Healing Garden Therapy Program (HGTP) is an important program could be developed to support patient’s healing process. The purpose of the study was to develop quality indicators of a HGTP in Indonesian hospital Method: A Modified two-round RAND Delphi procedure was conducted between January and April 2019 at two private hospitals. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode penelitian survai dan cara pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan rumah sakit Panti Rapih yang mengalami kecelakaan kerja selama tahun 1997, yaitu sebanyak 40 orang. Aspek yang diteliti adalah karakteristik karyawan (tingkat pendidikan, jenis pekerjaan, masa kerja, waktu kerja, tingkat pengetahuan dan tingkat persepsi) yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan jaminan kecelakaan kerja program jamsostek. This research aims at giving an overview on the patient safety behavior application to prevent un... more This research aims at giving an overview on the patient safety behavior application to prevent unwanted circumstances in Panti Rapih Hospital Yogyakarta. The approach used in this research was a crosssectional approach. The population was the employee of Panti Rapih Yogyakarta Hospital. The number of the respondents was 373 respondents selected by using simple random sampling. The result showed that the highest positive response of the patient safety behavior was the development of organization learning aspect (81.67%). Meanwhile, the number of incident reports (21.09%) needed more attention from the management. In conclusion, this research on patient safety behavior was not optimally achieved. Keywords: adverse event, patient safety behavior, incident report.
