Anaemia is a global public health affecting human health as well as social and economic developme... more Anaemia is a global public health affecting human health as well as social and economic development. It is more prevalent in adolescent females. It is preventable and treatable. The most common cause recognized is iron deficiency. It is one of the major health concerns with prevalence of 59.1% (NFHS 2019-2021) among adolescent girls. The research was conducted in the year 2023, November on 50 adolescent girls were taken as sample using random sampling technique in selected community area Mehrauli, Delhi. Research design used in the study was descriptive research design & data was obtained through simple random sampling technique with the help of structured questionnaire for accessing the level of knowledge regarding anaemia and its prevention. The finding of the study indicates that 46.48% girls were having average knowledge score and subjects were deficit of knowledge regarding anaemia and its prevention. The calculated chi-square value between the level of knowledge and demographic variables was not statistically significant as evident from p < 0.05 value.

Hypertension is one of the most important cause of premature death worldwide and problem is growi... more Hypertension is one of the most important cause of premature death worldwide and problem is growing so rapidly that in 2025 an estimated 1.56 billion adults will be living with hypertension. Hypertension kills nearly 8 million people every year, worldwide and nearly 1.5 million people each year in the south east Asian (SEA) region, approximately one third of the adult population in SEA region has high pressure. Objective: To assess the knowledge and attitude regarding lifestyle modification to prevent hypertension among bank employees. Methods and Material: Survey research design was used. 100 bank employees were included from selected banks of Delhi by convenient sampling technique. Structured knowledge questionnaire and attitude scale were used to assess the knowledge and attitude regarding lifestyle modification to prevent hypertension. Besides, they will feel less worn-out in their work. It will also enhance the care of patient outcomes. Powerless nurses are less satisfied with their jobs and are more susceptible to burnout and depersonalization. Lack of nursing power may also contribute to poorer patient outcomes 1. Structured knowledge questionnarie and rating attitude scale were used to assess the knowledge and attitude of school students. The findings of the study revealed that the mean post test scores were significantly higher than mean pre scores. There was no association found between the selected demography variables with the knowledge and attitude scores of 9th and 10th standard students regarding road safety measures.
