Bu çalışmanın amacı iyimserlik konusunda Türkiye'de yayımlanmış makaleleri inceleyerek, mevcut li... more Bu çalışmanın amacı iyimserlik konusunda Türkiye'de yayımlanmış makaleleri inceleyerek, mevcut literatür boşluğunu ve ilgili literatürdeki eğilimleri tespit etmek ve bunlara çözümler sunmaktır. Bu doğrultuda, Türkiye'de iyimserlik üzerine hazırlanan makalelerin incelenerek ve bulguları sentezlenerek konuyla ilgili bütüncül bir tablo ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma nitel araştırma desenlerinden meta-sentez yöntemine göre hazırlanmıştır. Meta-sentez, çalışmaların sonuçlarından bütüncül bir sonuç çıkarmak için kullanılan sistematik bir şekilde sonuçların birleştirilmesi ile genellemeler ve yorumlayıcı dönüşümler yaparak kuramsal bir bakış açısı getirilmeye çalışılan bir araştırma yöntemidir (Polat ve Ay, 2016). Çalışmanın örneklemini, Google Akademik ve www.dergipark.gov.tr veri tabanında taranan 17 adet makale oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın sonucunda literatürde iyimserlikle ilgili model temelli çalışmalara ihtiyaç olduğunu göstermektedir. İyimserlikle kötümserlik arasındaki ilişkinin bilişsel ve davranışsal boyutlarda ortaya konulması gerektiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Literatürde ayrıca iyimserliğin geleceğe dönük bir beklenti mi yoksa zamandan bağımsız bir tutum mu olduğu konusunda belirsizlik olduğu görülmüştür. Benzer durum iyimserliğin beklenti olarak ele alınmasında mevcut olduğu söylenebilir. Literatürde iyimserliğe öğrenilebilen bir kavram olarak bakılmasına rağmen bu yönde yeterli çalışma olmadığı, kavramın eğitsel boyutunun makalelere yeterince yansımadığı görülmüştür. Son olarak ise bu çalışmada iyimserlikle ilgili bir eğitim programının temel taslağı verilerek literatüre katkı sağlanmak amaçlanmıştır.

The understanding, which is based on the fact that space must be felt for it to make sense, has i... more The understanding, which is based on the fact that space must be felt for it to make sense, has increased the importance of research that reveals the interaction between people and places through the exploration of various emotions. In this article, we aimed to explore through psychogeography how it affects the dynamic connections between religious and historical places, which are the legacy of past societies, and human behaviors or emotions. In the research, in which the case study model was adopted, we used document analysis and survey techniques, which are among the data collection methods. Based on the official website of the Tokat Governorship, we determined the religious and historical places in the city center and created a travel route. In our study, which consisted of university students as our study group, we preferred the open-ended questionnaire form and Plutchik's wheel of emotion method while obtaining the data. In addition, we asked the participants to photograph the point that affected them the most in the places on the tour route. During the analysis of the data, we examined the documents collected from the participants by subjecting them to descriptive and content analysis. After the analysis, we ended the article with some thoughtful views and suggestions on the emerging emotion maps.

Migration, which is a permanent displacement movement within the borders of the country, is calle... more Migration, which is a permanent displacement movement within the borders of the country, is called internal migration. With the effect of industrialization and mechanization in agriculture, migration from rural to urban began in Turkey after 1950. Most of the migrations have been to Istanbul. As a result of migrations, there have been some positive and negative changes. These changes in the social structure and in the cities have also attracted the attention of cinema and have been the subject of films since the 1960s. The aim of this study is to examine the migrations from rural to urban areas between the years 1950-1960 and the reflection of these migrations on cinema. Relational research method was used in the study. Within the scope of the method used, the relationship between internal migration and cinema was determined and the effect of this relationship on the films was revealed. Five films were selected to be used in the study; These are the films "Gurbet Kuşları, The Endless Road, The Bride, Wedding and Diet". As a result of this study, it has been shown how the effects of rural-to-urban migrations experienced in Turkey in the 1950-1960 period on society and cities are reflected through the art of cinema. In addition to the deterioration of the traditional family structure, unemployment, and adaptation problems, urbanization problems such as squatting are also discussed.

Methods: The study is a quantitative study based on a correlational survey model. Analysis of the data was done through artificial neural networks. The sample consists of fourth-grade students (teacher candidates) in social studies education in Süleyman Demirel University. Results: In this study, it is found that beliefs toward learning are effective regarding pedagogical beliefs, epistemological beliefs. Discussion: Hence, our finding is important in terms of implying that beliefs toward learning are more fundamental than the epistemological beliefs and pedagogical beliefs so that beliefs toward learning should be remedied to educate more qualified teachers. When these cultural codes are decoded by the reader, it becomes easier to perceive the work in many aspects and make textual productions from the text. In this study, Iranian author Samed Behrengi’s 10 story books which have also been popular in Turkey have been analysed in terms of text-space. First of all, the concept of space in the story books has been reviewed with a general screening method and then it is examined in depth. Thus, it was revealed how the dimensions of the research will be shaped. In the study, information about the space is coded and read through the texts. In this context, the contribution of space to text and text formation is discussed. In order for the spatial reading to take place, the author needs to make good observations. The study was designed based on the correlational survey model. Population of the study was selected in accordance to convenient sampling method because of time and fund limitations for doing reseach with populations having more number of participants or individuals specially chosen based on specific criteria. It consists of 259 gifted students in different age groups ranging from 7 years old to 13 years old studying centers of science and arts (BİLSEM) in Iğdır and Isparta provinces in Turkey.It should be noted that the students in these centers are chosen based on particular intelligence and ability tests. First finding of our study shows that students having special ability have higher points in the context of refusal dimension but lesser points in terms of resistance dimension.
