It was concluded that cerebral imaging would render help in pointing towards a MID if a mutation escapes detection on exome sequencing. The study is appealing but has several limitations which raise the following comments and concerns. The nature of stroke-like lesions (SLLs) is not sufficiently characterised. SLLs are a hallmark of MELAS but occur in other MIDs, such as MERRF, Saguenay-Lac St.-Jean cytochrome oxidase deficiency, Kearns-Sayre syndrome (KSS), OPA1-related disease, POLG1-related MIDs, ND3-related MID, Leigh syndrome, maternally inherited diabetes and deafness, ND4-related MID, MT-TV-related MID, and ND5-related MID (Finsterer, J. 2019). SLLs are dynamic lesions which usually originate from the cortex and spread to adjacent cortical or subcortical regions within days, weeks, or even months. They usually regress in size thereafter, to reach a final stage. In the expanding phase SLLs are characterised by hyperintensity on T2/FLAIR, DWI, PWI, and hypointensity on oxygen-extraction fraction (OEF) MRI. FDG-PET shows hypometabolism. SLLs do not comply with a vascular territory and usually show a lactate peak on MR-spectroscopy. SLLs may end up with or without a structural cerebral lesion. Structural lesions as an endpoint of a SLL include white matter lesions, cortical or subcortical cysts, or laminar cortical necrosis. Several abnormalities on imaging reported in MIDs were not addressed. These include basal ganglia calcification, laminar cortical necrosis as an endpoint of SLLs, subcortical cysts as an endpoint of a SLL, cortical cysts (toenail sign) as an endpoint of SLLs (Ishigaki, H.

The results showed that the addition of ZnO NPs with (0.005, 0.01, and 0.02) wt% to K₂SiO₃ are directly proportional to the viscosity (24.3, 25.6, and 27.2) cP and thermal conductivity (0.528, 0.538, and 0.590) W/m.K of the nanocomposite. The absorbance of the coating film is directly proportional to the film thickness. That is to say, increasing the film thickness (130 µm to 250 µm) will increase the absorbance and consequently decrease the reflectance which attains good UV-shielding performance. The FTIR test for coating layer (K₂SiO₃/0.02 ZnO NPs) indicated that a certain peak was formed at 3419.79 cm-1 wavelengths. (FTIR) confirmed the present Zn-O bond (tetrahedral) at 451.34 cm-1 and the existence of silicon by observed Si-OH and Si-O-Si bands at 3454.51 and 102.27 cm-1, respectively. The formed functional group appears as initial markers of chemical interactions between materials in the preparation process of making nanocomposite films.

This is done in order to improve the growth of their projects. In 2018, approximately 49% of organizations regularly used marketing automation. This technology automatically identifies the target customer and designs relevant content based on their behavior. It also automates repetitive tasks, reduces human errors, and helps achieve better results, instead of manual work. Competition is exerting its effects on organizations in all sectors, including the product sector. Our current topic was chosen to identify the aspects that the Carrefour chain of stores, specifically the Duhok branch, uses in using marketing automation to outperform its competitors, and the aspects that make customers choose this organization over others or the reasons for their departure from choosing it. The main research problem is the role of marketing automation in promoting marketing excellence. The research derived its importance through the crystallization of an intellectual framework that establishes the concept of marketing automation on the one hand, and the crystallization of another intellectual framework for marketing excellence, through which it has become necessary for organizations to control their marketing activities and use them in a smart way in order to be the leader in their field of activity. The current research aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the two research variables by analyzing (486) questionnaires, which represented the source for obtaining field information. A sample for the research was a number of workers in Carrefour Duhok. The research adopted two hypotheses to measure the strength of the correlation and the influencing relationship between the two variables. The hypotheses were tested by different statistical means. The researchers reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was that marketing automation shortens the repetitive tasks of marketing operations to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations decisions made by the organization.
