Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park (TNBNW) is a national park located in the Bone Bolango Regenc... more Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park (TNBNW) is a national park located in the Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. Within this national park, there is the Pinogu sub-district, which possesses high-potential commodities, namely coffee and cattle. However, access to the sub-district is relatively difficult, resulting in Pinogu not fully utilizing its resources, particularly in the livestock sector. Considering that Pinogu is an organic area, all products originating from Pinogu should adhere to organic standards. To support this assertion, there is a need for organic certification from official institutions. Therefore, assistance was provided to help prepare organic cattle certification for Pinogu livestock groups, enabling them to obtain organic cattle certification from official institutions through outreach, document collection, and interviews. The outcome of this program is the necessary documentation and data required to meet the organic cattle certification requirements.

The presence of agricultural extension workers in Longalo Village is considered crucial in increa... more The presence of agricultural extension workers in Longalo Village is considered crucial in increasing farmers' income. These extension workers are highly needed to help farmers address their challenges and enhance corn production, which can yield profits. They serve as educators, facilitators, motivators, and consultants. This research aims to analyze the role of agricultural extension workers in improving income from corn farming in Longalo Village. This research was conducted in Longalo Village for 2 months, from August to October 2023. The number of respondents consisted of 71 farmers out of a population of 242, determined using the Slovin formula for sample selection. The data analysis employed in this research was quantitative descriptive analysis. The research findings indicate that the role of agricultural extension workers in improving farm income, in their capacities as educators, facilitators, motivators, and consultants, falls within the category of actively contributing, with a percentage of 78.59%.

Pinogu sub-district is an organic area in Bone Bolango district, Gorontalo province with abundant... more Pinogu sub-district is an organic area in Bone Bolango district, Gorontalo province with abundant cattle potential. Behind a large number of cows in the Pinogu area, a new problem arises in the form of cow manure scattered on the streets. One of the technologies developed to overcome this problem is the introduction of biogas as a solution for utilizing cow manure which is environmentally friendly renewable energy. The digester model produced is a tubular HDPE (high-density polyethylene) geomembrane that has the advantages of being cheap, durable, and suitable for construction in the Pinogu area which has shallow groundwater characteristics. The process of constructing the digester was carried out for 10 days at the house of a resident in Pinogu Induk Village with the stages of site survey, design of the biogas installation unit, introduction, and training on constructing the digester to test the flame. Gas can be used after 5 days of filling cow dung into the digester. In addition to biogas, the remaining results of fermentation and degradation of cow dung can be used as liquid or solid organic fertilizer. It is hoped that with the construction of the HDPE geomembrane model biogas, the community will be able to take advantage of the potential of cow dung as an alternative fuel or renewable energy that is environmentally friendly.

Pinogu is a sub-district located in the Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park area, Gorontalo. Limi... more Pinogu is a sub-district located in the Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park area, Gorontalo. Limited road access makes it difficult for the Pinogu community to sell organic cattle, which is one of Pinogu's main commodities. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge and skills of the community in the Pinogu sub-district in processing organic beef into beef floss and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in the business of making beef floss. The method used is training and mentoring with the early stages of designing tools (shredding machines and spinners), training on making beeaf floss, and assisting processing groups. This activity produces beef floss products with the name "SIBOGU" and a processing group with the name "KUB Mogulonga" consisting of mothers who are interested in participating in processing beef floss. This activity received positive support from the local government to assist with product licensing and marketing. In the future, it is hoped that the production process of beef floss can run sustainably and the cattle in Pinogu can have a more reasonable selling value.

This research focuses on  identifying the star system tradition in lowland farming in Gorontalo ... more This research focuses on  identifying the star system tradition in lowland farming in Gorontalo Province and  Analyzing the lowland rice farmers' income using star systems. This research was carried out in April-June 2022. The data were primary and secondary. The method was descriptive-quantitative, using an income data analysis and an independent sample t-test. The results demonstrated that:  the Gorontalo society complied with the 4-star system tradition, i.e., Totokiya, Tadata, Otoluwo, and Maluo and  farmers using star systems earned IDR8,595,476.00/farmer on average or IDR23,082,143.00/Ha on average at a revenue cost of IDR12,926,000.00/farmer or IDR23,082,143.00/Ha and a total cost of IDR4,330,524.00/farmer or IDR7,733,078.00/Ha. As exhibited by the independent sample t-test result, there was a significant difference in income between farmers using star systems and those using non-star systems in Gorontalo Province?

The results of the study show that 1) the main reason for the motivating factor for farmers is to finance their farming business. 2) the results of the study can be concluded that the effect of KUD Berkat credit on farmer's business capital consists of Services, Forms of Returns, Loan Duration and Interest Rate shows different symptom intensity, namely for Services is significant (0.031 <0.1), the form of returns is not significant (0.985> 0.1), Loan Duration is significant (0.068 <0.1) and the Interest Rate is significant (0.001 <0.1). these indications indicate that a non-significant form of return still needs improvement. So it can be concluded that service, loan duration and interest rates have a positive and significant effect on farmer's business capital. Another credit factor that also influences the farmer's business capital is the method of submitting or borrowing procedures.

The purpose of this study is twofold: 1) it is inteted to determine to extent to which peasent wo... more The purpose of this study is twofold: 1) it is inteted to determine to extent to which peasent women plays a role from the perspective of their work contribution to corn farming; and 2) it aims to find out the income of corn farming in Randangan Su-district, Pohuwato Regency. This research was conducted in Randangan Su-district, Pohuwato Regency from July to august 2018, invloving 42 sampels. Further, it employed a suvey method along with desciptive and income analysis. The result show that 1) peasent women in the research area contribute to corn through the planting, there are received income is Rp. 35.000/person with five to six hours/day of the average working time. The women who make the planting hole are given Rp. 50.000 with the average working hours of five hours/day. Morever, three women do play a role in fertilization when it comes to the processof cultivation in which tney receive an income of Rp. 30.000 for four hours/day of working time. Inthe harvesting process , there are five peasent women contributing to the cornhusk removal by providing them a wage of Rp. 7000/sack. On the other hand, in the post-harvesting process, the women help their husbands in doing their work, or simply help them as the family member. 2) the total income of corn farming in the research area is Rp. 301.590.485 with the average value of Rp 7. 180.726.

This present work explores the correlation between emotional intelligence and impulse buying amon... more This present work explores the correlation between emotional intelligence and impulse buying among Apple consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was conducted at Hypermart Gorontalo from August to October 2021. The sample consisted of 30 people collected using an accidental sampling technique directly from the first source with surveys. All data were further analyzed with correlation and path analysis, processed with SPSS 20. The results revealed a negative relationship between emotional intelligence and impulse buying with a correlation coefficient of rxy =-0.479 and a significance value of p = 0.007. Thus, the study concludes that the lower the emotional intelligence, the higher the impulse buying during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This research was conducted in Bulotalangi Village from August to October 2021. The number of respondents used in this study were 47 lowland rice farmers. Data obtained by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Types of data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis. Then in line with this research carried out with the Cobb Douglass Production Function method, calculating production results and using the production variance value to estimate the production function. The results of this study indicate that: Production factors such as: Seeds and land area affect the production of lowland rice. While the production factors of fertilizers, labor and pesticides have no significant effect on the production of lowland rice.

This research was conducted in Boneda Village, South Suwawa District, Bone Bolango Regency in December 2021 with a total sample of 63 people. The research method used is the analytical survey method used, namely descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the data analysis that has been carried out on the access of the poor based on access to education services for the community in Bonedaa Village, South Suwawa District amounted to 63 people with each percentage of 25%, health services also for the community in Bonedaa Village amounted to 63 people with a percentage of 14.48% each, access to natural resources (water) whose energy is used has an effect on the community totaling 63 people with each presentation of 20%, access to natural resources (land/land) whose energy is also used for the community totaled 63 people with each presentation of 16.66%.

Penelitian ini dilakasanakan di Kelurahan Bolihuangga Kecamatan Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo dari bulan desember sampai januari dengan sampel 42 orang. Metode penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian survey dengan menggunakan analisis data skala likert dan path atau analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja petani padi sawah ditemukan bahwa (1) faktor internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi petani padi sawah di Kelurahan Bolihuangg dengan determinan sebesar 14,90%. The results demonstrated that:  the Gorontalo society complied with the 4-star system tradition, i.e., Totokiya, Tadata, Otoluwo, and Maluo and  farmers using star systems earned IDR8,595,476.00/farmer on average or IDR23,082,143.00/Ha on average at a revenue cost of IDR12,926,000.00/farmer or IDR23,082,143.00/Ha and a total cost of IDR4,330,524.00/farmer or IDR7,733,078.00/Ha. As exhibited by the independent sample t-test result, there was a significant difference in income between farmers using star systems and those using non-star systems in Gorontalo Province?

The results of the study show that 1) the main reason for the motivating factor for farmers is to finance their farming business. 2) the results of the study can be concluded that the effect of KUD Berkat credit on farmer's business capital consists of Services, Forms of Returns, Loan Duration and Interest Rate shows different symptom intensity, namely for Services is significant (0.031 <0.1), the form of returns is not significant (0.985> 0.1), Loan Duration is significant (0.068 <0.1) and the Interest Rate is significant (0.001 <0.1). these indications indicate that a non-significant form of return still needs improvement. So it can be concluded that service, loan duration and interest rates have a positive and significant effect on farmer's business capital. Another credit factor that also influences the farmer's business capital is the method of submitting or borrowing procedures.

The purpose of this study is twofold: 1) it is inteted to determine to extent to which peasent wo... more The purpose of this study is twofold: 1) it is inteted to determine to extent to which peasent women plays a role from the perspective of their work contribution to corn farming; and 2) it aims to find out the income of corn farming in Randangan Su-district, Pohuwato Regency. This research was conducted in Randangan Su-district, Pohuwato Regency from July to august 2018, invloving 42 sampels. Further, it employed a suvey method along with desciptive and income analysis. The result show that 1) peasent women in the research area contribute to corn through the planting, there are received income is Rp. 35.000/person with five to six hours/day of the average working time. The women who make the planting hole are given Rp. 50.000 with the average working hours of five hours/day. Morever, three women do play a role in fertilization when it comes to the processof cultivation in which tney receive an income of Rp. 30.000 for four hours/day of working time. Inthe harvesting process , there are five peasent women contributing to the cornhusk removal by providing them a wage of Rp. 7000/sack. On the other hand, in the post-harvesting process, the women help their husbands in doing their work, or simply help them as the family member. 2) the total income of corn farming in the research area is Rp. 301.590.485 with the average value of Rp 7. 180.726.

It was conducted at Hypermart Gorontalo from August to October 2021. The sample consisted of 30 people collected using an accidental sampling technique directly from the first source with surveys. All data were further analyzed with correlation and path analysis, processed with SPSS 20. The results revealed a negative relationship between emotional intelligence and impulse buying with a correlation coefficient of rxy =-0.479 and a significance value of p = 0.007. Thus, the study concludes that the lower the emotional intelligence, the higher the impulse buying during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This research was conducted in Bulotalangi Village from August to October 2021. The number of respondents used in this study were 47 lowland rice farmers. Data obtained by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Types of data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis. Then in line with this research carried out with the Cobb Douglass Production Function method, calculating production results and using the production variance value to estimate the production function. The results of this study indicate that: Production factors such as: Seeds and land area affect the production of lowland rice. While the production factors of fertilizers, labor and pesticides have no significant effect on the production of lowland rice.

The results of this study indicate that the data analysis that has been carried out on the access of the poor based on access to education services for the community in Bonedaa Village, South Suwawa District amounted to 63 people with each percentage of 25%, health services also for the community in Bonedaa Village amounted to 63 people with a percentage of 14.48% each, access to natural resources (water) whose energy is used has an effect on the community totaling 63 people with each presentation of 20%, access to natural resources (land/land) whose energy is also used for the community totaled 63 people with each presentation of 16.66%.

Penelitian ini dilakasanakan di Kelurahan Bolihuangga Kecamatan Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo dari bulan desember sampai januari dengan sampel 42 orang. Metode penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian survey dengan menggunakan analisis data skala likert dan path atau analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja petani padi sawah ditemukan bahwa (1) faktor internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi petani padi sawah di Kelurahan Bolihuangg dengan determinan sebesar 14,90%.
