The factors that historically prevented the development of International tribunals and then looks at recent events, namely the end of the Cold War and the subsequent unleashing of unparalleled forces of nationalism and fundamentalism in different parts of the world, which have created an increased willingness on the part of states to Institute mechanisms, both at the International and domestic levels, for international criminal justice. With the establishment of the ad hoc International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and for Rwanda, the enforcement of International humanitarian law has moved into a new and more effective phase. Yet, the clear merits of individual criminal prosecution by international tribunals cannot simply override the very real problems and obstacles they face. Nevertheless, I concludes that justice can be done at the international level and that international criminal tribunals are vital in the struggle to uphold the rule of law.

Nigeria is a developing nation with a variety of issues that sustainable development might help with. Nigeria's economy is unstable due to its substantial reliance on oil. By making investments in industries like manufacturing, renewable energy and agriculture, sustainable development promotes diversification. Sustainable development sets a high priority on policies that are equitable that guaranteed marginalized people's access to fundamental necessities including healthcare, education and employment. In Nigeria, enhancing healthcare facilities and funding education, especially in rural areas, can empower people and lower the country's poverty rates. Poverty has drawn attention from all throughout the world. The UN established Millennium Development Goals in an attempt to find a solution, however some developing countries even Nigeria did not reach the objectives. Nigeria can make significant progress towards ending poverty while ensuring long term economic stability and social progress for its people by putting into practical strategies regarding sustainable development include promoting business investing in renewable energy projects and expanding access to healthcare and education.

The matter in hand in Jammu and Kashmir is related to the revocation of its special status which impacts its constitutional validity. The special status came to an end by the abrogation of the Article 370 and 35A of the Indian constitution. The territory occupied by the Indian government is an abuse of human rights which is badly effecting the life of the citizens of the region. India being the signatory to many laws and conventions is violating them by abusing the fundamental rights of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Furthermore the conduction of the delimitation in the region ensures free and fair process which reallocate the seats of the national assembly and parliament. The last delimitation conducted in the region increased the number of seats in the favor of Hindu minority and decreased in the favor of Muslim minority. Many resolutions and agreements have been taken place between India and Pakistan but still the issue couldn’t be resolved peacefully. Lastly the issue of Jammu and Kashmir can be resolved if the state get independence and the right of self-determination.
