Retail companies seek to improve their human resources to foster the organizational commitment of their employees. Human resources are the most valuable asset in an organization. Aware of the importance of human resources as the industry's main capital asset, it is a concern for the retail industry management by providing training to strengthen leadership in the organizational structure. The accumulation of waste that becomes public concern really needs to be resolved with various parties, not only from the government, but also the involvement of the community as consumers of the plastic waste producer. This plastic waste damages ecosystems and habitats such as land, sea and air. So that this community service aims to educate the understanding of the dangers of plastic waste and increase the skills of the community regarding how to process plastic waste that has no value but can be processed into handicrafts that provide creative economic value. The results of beautiful handicrafts, of course, in the future can provide prospects for the community to help the economy so as to increase family income and can minimize damage to the environment, both land and air.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of corporate governance (Size of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee) and company attributes (Company Size) that affect the timeliness of financial reporting of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the Republic of Indonesia. The study applied agency theory and formulated four hypotheses that guided the analysis. The study sample consisted of 225 companies registered with the IDX. To achieve the research objectives, the data collected was analyzed using SPSS version 19. The study found a positive but insignificant relationship between company size and financial reporting punctuality, but a negative relationship between board size, audit committee size and corporate sector with financial reporting punctuality. Organizations have faced pressure from their stakeholders to adopt environmentally friendly busin... more Organizations have faced pressure from their stakeholders to adopt environmentally friendly business practices since the last few decades, which creates a major problem in front of their management to sustain their position in the highly competitive market. In order to retain its strategic image among the stakeholders' minds, there is a need to develop some green practices in its human resources department that boost its sustainability. In this paper, there is a brief description regarding how these green HRM bundles caused a major impact on environmental sustainable performance. Its independent variables are; green hiring, green training & involvement, and green performance management & compensation. While organizational citizenship behavior acts as a mediator between independent and dependent variables. An online survey-based quantitative data collection method is used where 402 participants' data is considered to apply the SPSS test i.e. structural equation modelling. The majority of the participants' results show that green performance management & compensation cause a major influence on organizational citizenship behavior and environmental sustainable performance. While green hiring has, the least impact and green training & involvement show the moderate outcome on the dependent and mediating variable. This study is an informative approach for the Indonesian healthcare sector and its management to make some efficient changes in its HR policies, and also this data will add value in the decision making process of this state policymakers and other research fellows. Indeed, this is important research, but there are also some limitations like lack of mixed research, and Indonesia state-based restricted research can affect the acceptability of this analysis. This gap can fulfill by upcoming scholars in their research journals.

The purpose of this study is to assess the role of the Agriculture Extension Service (AES), Rural... more The purpose of this study is to assess the role of the Agriculture Extension Service (AES), Rural Financing and Institutional Context of Lender (ICL) in the agricultural technology adoption (ATA). For this purpose, the current study examined the impact of AES, rural financial and ICL on ATA by collecting data for Indonesia. The time series approach was adopted to complete the study because the relationships were examined over the time period of thirty years. The secondary data about the macroeconomic variables included in this study was collected from official databases and archival. The key tests applied in the current study include the descriptive test, unit root test, cointegration test, heteroscedasticity, and regression equation. The findings of this research revealed that AES has significant positive impact on ATA at first lag while the other two independent variables showed significant impact on ATA at that level. Rural financing has significant positive impact on ATA however, the ICL has significant negative impact on ATA. It means that all hypotheses of the current study are true. The results further revealed that RF and ICL have significant and positive long-term impacts on ATA while the AES has no significant impact on ATA in long-term. Furthermore, it is indicated that AES and RF have significant short-term impacts on ATA while ICL does not show significant impact on ATA in the shortterm. The present research will provide different implications for theory and practice by emphasising the role of AES, rural financing and ICL in technology adoption in agriculture.

In general, three of them have gained significant recognition in the literature i.e. just in time, supply chain management and quality control. This research investigates the associations among supply chain management (SCM), just in time and quality management and also their impact on organizational performance. Findings suggest that at all strategic and functional levels, there are associations among just in time (JIT), TQM, and supply chain management and are perceived as a significant role in the operational course of actions of the firms. The purpose of this study is to assess the role of the Agriculture Extension Service (AES), Rural... more The purpose of this study is to assess the role of the Agriculture Extension Service (AES), Rural Financing and Institutional Context of Lender (ICL) in the agricultural technology adoption (ATA). For this purpose, the current study examined the impact of AES, rural financial and ICL on ATA by collecting data for Indonesia. The time series approach was adopted to complete the study because the relationships were examined over the time period of thirty years. The secondary data about the macroeconomic variables included in this study was collected from official databases and archival. The key tests applied in the current study include the descriptive test, unit root test, cointegration test, heteroscedasticity, and regression equation. The findings of this research revealed that AES has significant positive impact on ATA at first lag while the other two independent variables showed significant impact on ATA at that level. Rural financing has significant positive impact on ATA however, the ICL has significant negative impact on ATA. It means that all hypotheses of the current study are true. The results further revealed that RF and ICL have significant and positive long-term impacts on ATA while the AES has no significant impact on ATA in long-term. Furthermore, it is indicated that AES and RF have significant short-term impacts on ATA while ICL does not show significant impact on ATA in the shortterm. The present research will provide different implications for theory and practice by emphasising the role of AES, rural financing and ICL in technology adoption in agriculture.

Findings suggest that at all strategic and functional levels, there are associations among just in time (JIT), TQM, and supply chain management and are perceived as a significant role in the operational course of actions of the firms.
