Best practices need to be disseminated and published in order to be a reflection and inspiration for others to improve the quality of education. However, the facts show that principals and teachers do not yet have adequate knowledge and skills in compiling best practice scientific papers. This community service activity aims to improve skills in compiling best practice scientific papers for teachers and principals at Private Education Foundations. The training is carried out online with the following methods: lecture, question and answer, discussion, guidance, and performance. Salah satu cara yang strategis bagi pendidik untuk meningkatkan dan atau memperbaiki layanan pend... more Salah satu cara yang strategis bagi pendidik untuk meningkatkan dan atau memperbaiki layanan pendidikan dalam konteks pembelajaran di kelas adalah dengan melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), namun fakta di lapangan menunjukkan belum banyak guru melaksanakan PTK. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk: 1) membekali pemahaman dan wawasan guru-guru tentang penelitian tindakan kelas, 2) meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru dalam menyusun proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Yayasan Pendidikan Eben Haezer, Kota Salatiga dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 guru. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan melalui model in-on service training secara online. The sentiment will be in a form of tweet that was posted on Twitter that referred to hot debated issues subjectively. The tweet data then will be processed using machine learning to analyze the sentiment of a certain topic. This study aimed to analyze the sentiment of Indonesian public on one of the Indonesian airlines using Deep Learning, Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) method based on the training for Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), validation and prediction. The tweet will be selected in the span of three years (2017-2020) through the triangulation sentence sentiment process. The LSTM model gives a result of 98.5% accuracy and 92.2% validation accuracy in the data training. The main purpose of Market Basket analysis in the field of sales is to convey an important message to the company so that it can find out the behavior patterns of entering goods into the shopping basket by consumers so that partners can make a decision. In this study, the Apriori Algorithm is used to take into account changes that occur in the data. This study discusses data mining techniques in analyzing what items are most often purchased at the same time by consumers so that they can change the placement of items that are close together to increase the impulse buying effect. The results obtained are 5 rules where one of the rules obtains the highest confidence value when buying cigarettes, the dominant item is taken simultaneously, namely eggs by obtaining a confidence value that can meet the highest confidence requirements, namely 67%.

Several methods have been used to protect them, such as watermarking, security holograms, or using paper with specific security features. This paper presents a document authentication system that utilizes QR code and ECDSA as the digital signature algorithm to protect this kind of document from counterfeiting. A digital signature is a well-known technique in modern cryptography used for providing data integrity and authentication. The idea proposed herein is to put a QR code in the printed documents where the QR code includes a digital signature. The signature can later be authenticated using the proposed system by uploading the document for authentication or scanning the document's QR code. This activity is expected to create prospective school leaders of the Central Christian Education Institution Salatiga who can improve the quality of education through their leadership, creativity, and innovation qualities. The type of research used was R&D (research and development) by combining the Sugiyono, ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models. Research subjects for: 1) the initial stage were managers, mentors and FC coordinators; 2) the limited trial was STAK students; and 3) user trial was PESAT Foundation FC mentors. The problem was the lack of materials and training for mentors. This research was intended to design, validate, create and implement a Building Healthy Child Leaders training e-module for mentors. The type of research used was R&D (research and development) by combining the Sugiyono, ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models. Research subjects for: 1) the initial stage were managers, mentors and FC coordinators; 2) the limited trial was STAK students; and 3) user trial was PESAT Foundation FC mentors. Quantitative data was obtained through questionnaires and tests, while qualitative data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. Customer commitment can be seen from payment history, whether customer doing payment on time or late. This research using Markov Analysis to predict customer commitment using data of insurance premium payment history from each period, identify customer profile, and analyze the type of insurance purchased. This research shows there are three steps of customer who vulnerable to terminate the insurance contract with company. Insurance company could use the result to minimize customer attrition level with several ways like review the applicant profile before make insurance contract, recommends which type of insurance will fit to applicant, and monitor customer who late to do premium payment for two consecutive periods.
