Ramps, elevators, among other devices aim at the inclusion of these individuals with limited mobility. Various types of motor limitations, specially partial limitations, are linked to corresponding physical-motor rehabilitation process, with the purpose of reducing or eliminating the patient's dependence on a caregiver or devices for adaptation. Patients with motor disabilities must practice physiotherapeutical exercises along a physician in order to perform body and muscle analysis to ensure the patient's well-being. To reach a more accurate analysis, physiotherapists use a range of devices to acquire patient data, such as the spirometer, to acquire the patient's breath intensity and lung capacity. Similarly, there are other technologies capable of acquiring motion data and quantifying them. This work aims to develop a system that, paired together with an exercise game project (exergame), can acquire and transmit the motion data acquired in-game for an easier and faster analysis of the patient's growth, relying on graphs, tables, and other visual indicators to improve the evaluation of physiotherapeutic treatments. The usage together with an exergame also has benefits such as increased patient compliance with the treatment and improvements in well-being.

While there are treatments to reduce the impact of the impairment on the patient’s life, they can be either very costly or be alternative methods that are not directly aimed at rehabilitation purposes, such as the usage of Kinect Adventures to make the patient perform favorable poses and stretching limbs to help the undergoing treatment. Even though a low-cost device, the Kinect can acquire valuable data and make the patient perform exercises. However, a more direct and targeted approach might achieve better results with a game aimed for them. To attend to the many forms and variations of motor impairments, a starting point may be necessary for the development of exergames that fulfill the needs of each patient and impairment. The result is a low-cost base project that can be easily used, created using only online free tools while giving the developer creative freedom and a properly aimed solution to the patients.

The gaming industry is the most profitable entertainment industry today, yet the area of gaming adapted for people with motor disabilities is under-explored. Thinking about it, this work proposes to develop a work environment (Framework) to facilitate the creation of accessible games using eye tracking, thus giving the possibility of playing with just the eyes.
