Accordingly, students’ engagement and participation during online learning have been a major concern among teachers. By adapting the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the present study is carried out to examine influential factors towards the intention to use gamification during online classes. With the use of judgmental sampling, 283 usable responses have been gathered from undergraduate students in Malaysia. Results revealed that ‘authentic’ positively affects three mediating variables of perceived value (PEU), perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived enjoyment (PE). Additionally, PEU, PU and PE posit positive responses towards the intention to use gamification in online learning. Furthermore, all three mediators also present positive effects in the relationship between authentic and intention to use. Thus, this study affirms the usability of TAM in the online learning context with the extension of authenticity as the external factor and perceived enjoyment as the mediating factor. The results give implications for educators and higher learning institutions to modify their learning outcomes and course content to be more interesting with the usage of online gamification tools. Perhaps, this study gives further insight for future research to apply other external factors, such as knowledge and trust to enrich the study in gamification context.

As a result, many moved to online learning mode throughout 2020 and 2021. There are proven success of online learning delivery when designed using the theory of cognitive constructivism which focus on combination of authentic and active learning. One aspect of active learning is learner-tolearner engagement. This study investigates the survey questions on learner-to-learner engagement from 117 respondents of UiTM bachelor's degree students by carrying out descriptive analysis. The descriptive analysis involves finding the measures of central tendency, calculation of Relative Important Index, classifying the distribution plot and determining the correlation between variables using Spearman correlation method. This study, which was inspired by the growing interest in these phenomena in the field of education, attempts to look into how perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness affect people's intentions to accept gamification in the classroom. In an effort to do this, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) will act as the study's theoretical foundation. Purposive sampling was used to collect data via online questionnaires, which were then analyzed using SPSS software. The undergraduate students enrolled in the Faculty of Business and Management at the UiTM Johor Segamat Campus make up the study's population. According to the findings, perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness have a favorable impact on the decision to accept gamification in education. While the intention to accept gamification in learning is unaffected by perceived ease of use. Following various recommendations for future research, this paper next looks for an explanation for these findings.

Despite these plans, seniors must face a tremendous burden, because the only way they can compensate for their old age is by saving for retirement during their working life. Hence, given that employees' life expectancies are uncertain, it would be hard to know how much they should save for retirement. Therefore, this research identifies that the pension funds are thus able to resolve these risks by delivering lifetime annuities in exchange for contributions made during working years. Based on the review of past empirical findings, this study identified the elements of colour, lighting, mannequins, music and floor merchandising as important elements in attracting the customers' responses and results in impulse buying behaviour. The outcome of the study is expected to suggest a conceptual framework for future research to investigate customers' impulse buying behaviour in different retail stores from different regions. Furthermore, this study also provide an understanding for the retailers to emphasise on the specific elements of visual merchandising to increase the attention of customers to walk-in to their store and indirectly influence their purchase decision making.
