Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja yang ... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja yang terjadi di PT. Dok dan Perkapalan Surabaya khususnya untuk karyawan bagian produksi. Populasi yang digunakan hanya karyawan yang berada di bagian produksi sebanyak 109 karyawan, sedangkan sampel yang menggunakan metode simple random sampling sebanyak 87 karyawan. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan disiplin kerja thitung sebesar 2,363 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 1,988 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,020 < 0,05 maka menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi. Sedangkan dari motivasi kerja menunjukkan thitung sebesar 0,694 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 1,988 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,042 < 0,05 berarti variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi

To objectify the Indonesia economic sector acceleration program, government can employ Triple Hel... more To objectify the Indonesia economic sector acceleration program, government can employ Triple Helix Synergy to develop SMEs fish-based foods through cooperation, guidance, and supports. Up to these days, SMEs' problems have generally been in product basic quality and product packaging safety. This study is descriptive qualitative percentage and aims to map the problems as product basic quality and product packaging safety in which can be used to determine policy to implement triple helix, referring to University for Science (S), Industry for Business (B), and Government (G). Data were collected by collecting fish-based products from market/sellers. The products were categorized into types: dried products, frozen products, cooked products, fried products, and other processed products. The products were analyzed for their quality and packaging safety and scaled into good and poor. The subjects were 51 SMEs who produced 52 products. The results showed that the triple helix (cooperation, guidance, and support) was best to be implemented to SMEs who produced poor products for both basic quality and packaging safety. SMEs that needed to improve their basic quality were ones producing frozen and fried products and SMEs that needed to improve their packaging safety were ones producing dried and frozen products

Adanya sikap disiplin belajar pada siswa juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor dari dalam diri dan luar diri siswa. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel konsep diri, lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar terhadap disiplin belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 14 Surabaya. Dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dan menghasilkan jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 104 siswa dari kelas XI IPS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket atau kuisioner dan untuk menganalis data menggunakan metode analisis data deskriptif serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Bhinneka Life Indonesia Surabaya branch. This type of research is quantitative research. The study used a saturated sample technique with a total of 50 permanent employees at PT. Bhinneka Life Indonesia Surabaya branch. From the results of statistical analysis, this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) and is assisted with smartPLS 3.0 software. This research shows the results of work-life balance has no relationship with employee performance. Work-life balance has a positive effect on commitment. While commitment has a relationship with performance. And the commitment variables can mediate the effect between work-life balance on employee performance. This study shows the results of work-life balance have a smaller direct relationship than an indirect effect on the performance of employee. The implications are based on results of research applied to companies that superiors can provide training to employees on the importance of managing the time between life at work and life outside of work such as life at home. Also, the employees can pay attention to their comfort while working or in receiving bonuses when the targets set by the company have been achieved. Supervisors can also provide other training to the employees to improve the quality of their work.

This study is used to serve as a reference in designing appropriate developmental programs for small business actors. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the pre-posttest technique in diagnosing the achievement level of the workshop on sustainable culinary business. The population was 15 culinary SMEs in Surabaya who participated in a sustainable business workshop. The pre-posttest was evaluated using 10 indicators (by selecting correct/B and incorrect/S) to measure the participants' understanding. Data were analyzed using the t-test technique. Results show that the preposttest technique was unable to measure the achievement level of the workshop on the sustainable culinary business. Thus, the pre-posttest technique will not appropriately be used to measure the achievement level of other similar activities/programs to develop a sustainable business.

This study is a Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D model Thiagarajan which includes stages Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate but the Disseminate stage is not carried out. The findings showed that the feasibility of the material, language, evaluation, and graphics of 87%, 85%, 85%, 87% with a very decent category. The average N-gain score got a score of 0.6 categorized as moderate and classical completeness of student learning outcomes is 90%. While the results of the responses of students get an average percentage of 90,4% categorized as very feasible. Improved learning outcomes can be obtained using MMPII worksheets which include metacognitive features namely planning, monitoring, and evaluating. This study uses limited trials that were conducted on 20 students of XI IPS class Kanjeng Sepuh Senior High School.

UMKM menjadi salah satu aktor ekonomi yang merasakan dampaknya seperti yang dialami dua UMKM Hijab œFahmi Collection dan œIzza Collection. Keduanya mengalami penurunan omzet dan bahkan ancaman berhenti beroperasi. Padahal, keduanya menjadi sumber penghasilan pengrajin hijab yang menopang kebutuhan rumah tangga mereka. This study is used to serve as a reference in designing appropriate developmental programs for small business actors. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the pre-posttest technique in diagnosing the achievement level of the workshop on sustainable culinary business. The population was 15 culinary SMEs in Surabaya who participated in a sustainable business workshop. The pre-posttest was evaluated using 10 indicators (by selecting correct/B and incorrect/S) to measure the participants' understanding. Data were analyzed using the t-test technique. Results show that the preposttest technique was unable to measure the achievement level of the workshop on the sustainable culinary business. Thus, the pre-posttest technique will not appropriately be used to measure the achievement level of other similar activities/programs to develop a sustainable business.

This study is a Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D model Thiagarajan which includes stages Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate but the Disseminate stage is not carried out. The findings showed that the feasibility of the material, language, evaluation, and graphics of 87%, 85%, 85%, 87% with a very decent category. The average N-gain score got a score of 0.6 categorized as moderate and classical completeness of student learning outcomes is 90%. While the results of the responses of students get an average percentage of 90,4% categorized as very feasible. Improved learning outcomes can be obtained using MMPII worksheets which include metacognitive features namely planning, monitoring, and evaluating. This study uses limited trials that were conducted on 20 students of XI IPS class Kanjeng Sepuh Senior High School.
